What little I have used it I am very happy with it. I am looking forward to using it on our upcoming trip. I am hoping the city navigator option is helpful, we will see.

This is a really great product. make driving and traffic from work to home a breeze. One issue I do not like is the customer POI can only be viewed from 50 m zoom or less, this makes it difficult to see POI along a route. But overall a good GPS.

Works great. Takes some time to setup (i.e. screen calibration and downloads). Would not be without one and this does a superb job for the price. Simple to operate, very intuitive. It has helped us find some quicker and shorter ways of getting to places we have gone for years. I would look to a larger screen and more features next time.

This GPS is very simple to use and is very accurate. I dont think the trafic option works for smaller towns but in biggere cities like toronto it will rout you using lowest amount of traffic. It has some neat features like eco rout that you can use to potentially save some gas. Overall it is a great unit I recommend it highly especially to new users of GPS systems.

This is my 4th Garmin GPS and they just keep getting better. There are some annoying points though. I may put in a address and when I get there I am off by 300-500 feet which has never been the case before with the other units. They were always on the button. Also expected this unit to not just say go right - go left but also the name of the street or highway as have my other versions. One other annoying fact is that sometimes it does not give the information verbally to turn off the highway or turn left until your almost on top of the exit. In many ways it is superior to older generation Garmin products but in others it does not hit the expected mark.

I have had a 260W for several years which works flawlessly, but a warning was showing up that my maps were out of date. Rather than pay for the update, I decided to try the 1350T, assuming I would be also buying upgraded technology. But the 1350T tried to steer me onto a street I know was closed 5 years ago, the highway I was driving on changed to a number I had never heard of, another major highway was shown as an ''unpaved road''. Based upon comparing this model to my old one, I have definitely lost faith in Garmin

The first 1350T I bought worked for about 3 hours and then failed. I exchanged it and the 2nd one seems to be working fine. The traffic feature on the highways around Toronto is good and has saved me time. I wish it had Bluetooth though. I would also like to see more voice choices to add a little spice to the drive

This is my second Garmin GPS and was really happy with my Street Pilot. I bought the Nuvi 1350 just for the lane assist feature and liked some additional features like speed limit etc. But the maps preloaded are so obsolete that my Street Pilot has more updated POI's and local info. Even going to Garmin website and downloading an update does not help especially when it displays businesses that have shut down or relocated over 3 yrs ago.

All I have to say is that this was my first experience with this company, and my first GPS - they both came through with flying colors! they mailed the GPS to me faster than I could hope for, and The Garmen 1350T is so accurate that I will never need a map again! Get it - it's worth it!

Great and easy to use. Turns are given in plenty of time. Like the speed and time to destination features! Wish you could chose a sexy male voice:).

This is my second Garmin and you cant beat them. Lane suggestions work on large highways. Picks up signal quick after first time. Large clear display. Only complaint is location of power cord connection to back of unit. Cable comes between unit and dashboard. Great value.

I own Garmin street pilot C550 for 2 years. I never had any problems with that unit. The first 1350T I purchased had a problem with the touch screen not functioning correctly. I wasn't able to press anything on the upper right corner of the screen. they promptly replaced my unit. The second unit I received worked okay. Not perfectly, but sometimes when I enter the address the input screws up. I think the device quality has dropped, but so did the price. The software is still buggy even after the most recent update as of Jan 5, 2010. I have the volume set to the lowest, but the speaker is still loud sometimes it is annoying. When making turns while the voice (TTS) is coming out and the map zooming in out, the voice stutters due to lack of CPU power. I use Always north up 2D map mode. Overall, I think it is still a good value for the price. Performance is like a med range budget product.

I bought this product for my husband for christmas. He has always wanted one. I did my research on Consumer report and the Garmin website, then shopped for the best price. Cant beat. I recieved it 3 days after ordering it. We used it for the first time and it lived up to my expectations. It was great and had a lot of perks that I did not know about. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a GPS.

I gave this item to my daughter for Christmas so she was very disappointed it would not function properly. This is the third Garmin I've purchased and the only one that's given problems. The GPS could not accurately receive the information I typed into it and very random letters appeared - if at all. Something obviously defective in the unit.

This is a great gps system to get around with. As with all gps systems you have to take them with a grain of salt if you rely solely on them you might go in a circle or off on a tangent if the roads have changed since the map was made. This one will get you there although the traffic feature will only help if you are in an area that is serviced by traffic.(Major Cities) I run mine constantly (always on) as I drive approx 6 - 10 hrs a day. I did find that mine after a couple of days will reboot when entering in a street address. The One feature that I miss from my Street Pilot is to be able to change from Quick to short on any segment of the trip as needed. (At least I haven't figured out how to do that one yet with ease on the 1350T) Another great feature is the ability to change the map from the big 3D to a more map looking screen to see streets quicker in a city. If you set map default size at 300 feet you can see about 4 to 6 blocks ahead. Updates easy

The NUVI 1350T belongs to a new generation of road GPS and Garmin has worked out all the glitches. This model offers a very high performance factor: it has a large screen, is very easy to use and is reasonably priced. We used it daily on a golf vacation and relied on it to guide us to all sorts of unfamiliar places: golf courses, restaurants ... and return us safely to the airport in time. Very efficient and user-friendly. It was money well spent.

this was so simple to use... i simply took it out of the box, plugged it in, and off i went! Helped my mom make deliveries and it was great! Thought it had Bluetooth and Where's my car? functions, other than that, this is perfect! Need to study how to use the traffic and lane assist functions -- got caught in traffic yesteray and it doesn't pop up automatically. Great value!

Has performed admirably so far. The only minor annoyance is the power cable - unlike some of the older models the power plugs into the unit directly instead of coming in via the mounting bracket, so you have to both plug it in and put it in the bracket to hook it up to power.
