-Doesn't get hot-Easy to Set up-Great packaging in shipping-Plays SC2 maxed out extremely very easily-Smaller sized than most ATI cards -There actually weren't any I purchased this anytime it initially came out and only had negative evaluations since it "wasn't quickly." But if you're discovering it not rapid... Then there is a thing wrong with you or you are attempting to do way as well substantially if you have to overclock it. It hasn't gone over 35C even when beneath complete load, which is a significant plus! (And stays around 23C whilst idle)

Wonderful cost for what you get. I have employed it practically regularly for about two weeks and it has performed effectively. It is quiet enough that I can barely hear it appropriate subsequent to me, even even though gaming, and it stays pretty cool. None. This card needs two six-pin connections and it is relatively massive. I bought this intending to get a card that is quiet enough to be place in a bedroom with no sacrificing overall performance, and it has absolutely not let me down.

Smaller than my 275GTX card. Drastically louder than my 275GTX card. Card is smaller than my 275GTX, but they placed the 6pin connectors on the end of the card instead of on the side, so pins and cords net you about the very same amount of actual space utilised. I was not blown away by the overall performance upgrade I got going to this from a BFG 275GTX card. I didn't anticipate 1, I got it for DX11 capability, but it's just an FYI. Card started providing me black screens after 1 day of use. Saw a lot of damaging comments about this card, but decided to trust the EVGA name anyway. Needless to say, I will be returning this card. I'll wait on 500's to come down in cost.

Stays cool under load, quieter and cooler than 9800gt slid3d11 appears amazing!!! Low energy requirements. 460se sli Very same speed in games that use d3d9 (ut2k4 and so forth) as 9800gt in sli newer games run greater on this than older d3d9.maybe its just a windows 7 concern..Every single card desires two empty spaces in back of the case to fit due to the substantial thick heat sink/fan. These cards are not a waste of time if you are on a price range. They are kinda like the 9800gt of these days. Maybe commit a small bit much more for the gtx 560 ti

This card if very rapid and can be overclocked really very easily with the supplied overclocking utility computer software incorporated. I can max out fairly significantly any game on my rig and this card will run the game smoothly on maxed out settings. All round this is a excellent card for a good cost. Extremely advisable. When I very first got the card I had a handful of issues with the drivers and some games had been choppy till I updated the drivers by means of the nvidia web site. I would suggest that as soon as you install this card update the drivers asap. I am going to get a second card and run them in sli sometime down the road.

This card is perfect for the mid-range gamer rig for the individuals that don't want to spring for the vanilla GTX 460. I OC'ed core clock to 810 MHz and memory clock to 1900 MHz making use of EVGA precision and it has been functioning good! I can play each and every new game on highest or medium high settings: crysis two demo on hardcore settings, terrible business 2 with anything MAX HBAO on and all, Black ops totally max. Got this card so I could play new games atleast devoid of lag, didn't care about the quality but I have been incredibly surprised. Incredible at how overclockable this card is, but runs fine at stock as well! Good inexpensive card to get onto the DX11 bandwagon with. Had a glitch running very higher Dragon Age 2 with DX11 at initial but Nvidia incredibly promptly released a beta driver that fixed it. I run it on a Gigabyte GA-P43T-ES3G mobo and intel Q6600 @ two.8GHz w/ 4gb ripjaws DDR3 ram. PSU is OCZ StealthXStream 500W psu (has 2 6x pin pci-e connectors, this one demands 2, 1 6 pin 1 four pin i consider.)

As far As the Video card goes I have no complaints...installs effortlessly comes up the initial time. Handles my HD monitor devoid of a dilemma and WOW maxed out. I have an HD Tv card and 22 inch view sonic monitor. I have 2 complaints. If you have a low cost energy provide and have quite a few Challenging Drives, 2 direct 12V PCIE power lines could not be accessible. This Video Card demands two. As fortune would have it, I bought a premium MotherBoard from ASUS and was supplied enough adapters for my desires and Antec 550 watt PS that had area for and supplied the direct energy lines.Second that Video demands 2 slots so if you have an older MoBo you might not have sufficient area for any added pci cards as this card requires 2 slots.

Quite great card graphics are amazing, with World of Warcraft turned up full on all graphics options, I get 45 to 60 fps with no problems. Seriously good in that respect. BUT..... Conflicts amongst HD sound on card and motherboard, random shutdowns, crashes, BSOD's, and so forth. Even although it doesn't appear to be centered on one specific brand but on the Fermi chipset itself, I took two eggs because of the hassle it takes to get the factor to perform correctly. No direct way to disable the HD audio on the card itself, you should go into windows Device manager to do this, then un-install and re-install the card with only the straight video drivers and the physx drivers. Then Maybe it will work. nVidia requirements to repair the conflict issues, but aparrently they are blaming it on the motherboard makers. This situation will result in them no quantity of problems till this is rectified.

Plays SC2 on max settings, 60fps in game. Crysis Ƒ and expansion) is 70fps on max settings. Overclocks really properly--I got it up to 150% of factory speeds, and it stays under 60°. The issue that took me back with this card was the Nvidia 3D Vision setup. I opened the config wizard just as to what it was about, and found that they supported both the polarized and red/cyan 3D glasses. I dropped ŭ on some red/cyan (赼 for polarized and an IR emitter is just also considerably for me), and immediately could play almost all my games in 3D! I wasn't even expecting anything like that from this card. It did cut some of my frame rates in half to do that--but that wasn't a challenge at all (since SC2 cutscenes didn't assistance 3D). I essentially did need to have to overclock it for SC2. The cutscenes only ran at 11fps on max settings just before overclocking, and immediately after they got up to 23fps (which is fantastic sufficient for me, barely noticable). I have two 15cm fans on the side of my case correct by the cards, though, so it wasn't an issue for me.Locating the overclocking utility from nvidia was a pain--and triggered a handful of bluescreens. I had to download 3 various versions of it prior to I found a single that essentially worked. Also, this doesn't come with an SLI bridge--so make positive you have a single before you order two of these. Low-cost and simple 3D for the enthusiast. The red/cyan glasses switch yellows to look like greens, and greens to look snot-colored. That's not a difficulty with the card though. If I had the cash left over, I would seriously think about getting a 120hz LCD and the nvidia 3D Vision Kit that comes with the glasses and every thing you will need. The 3D has breathed new life into gaming for me.

JUST WOW.... Cost per efficiency is wonderful! I overclocked the card as quickly as i installed it from 640mhz to 850mhz and upped the Vram speed 300mhz as effectively. Not to mention the cards temps although operating furmark for 1.five hours in no way got above 68 deg cel (nice and cool). Have run a variety of benchmarks and my card overclocked destroys ATI 5870's.Very best CARD FOR THE Funds!!!!Overclocking this this is SUPER uncomplicated and the gains are remarkable. It has played anything on max that I can throw at it. Even crysis on max settings is a breeze! Just don\'t forget video vehicles are not the only element of your machine that effects FPS. Some people might say that they just don't see the identical outcomes but it is there other hardware that is holding them back. I run a I5 2500k @ 4.two ghz with 4gb ddr3 2133mhz ram and a excellent MSI Mobo. NONE Just acquire it currently.......

In all probability close to the best card you can purchase for beneath 赨, little card, runs cool ྼ degrees Celsius idle, 65 degrees Celsius through 30 minute anxiety test), plays everything I throw at it at at least 40 fps, good overclocking capabilities, free overclocking computer software incorporated. None as far as I can tell. If you're debating in between the GTX 460 and GTX 460 SE please note that if you overclock this card you can make it just as good, if not slightly greater than the GTX 460.

Cost. Nvidia. Runs quite cool (IMHO) beneath load. I can run marathons of WoW, L4D2, etc. and so on. And at load this infant hovers around 60C (And given that I'm used to my laptop's 8600 hovering about 72c and crashing all the time, seeing 60c is a dream come accurate for me!) Not as rapid as I believed it would be, but I knew what I was obtaining into from the "SE" on the card. This version of the card does have a couple of less shaders/cores than a complete 460, nevertheless the wider memory bus and 1GB texture makes up for it. Purchased this card to upgrade my desktop ƒghz Athlon X@ overclocked to 2.5ghz, 6GB of RAM). It was operating off a low-cost 8400GS for awhile just before I starting performing any gaming, but after picking up a 1080P monitor, the 8400 was struggling just to run Aero. Runs WoW with most point on higher @ 1080P at around 45-60fps steady. Lord of the Rings On the web (DX11 mode) hovers around 45fps with things cranked up as nicely. Most other games I play (L4D2, Dragon Age, and so forth. and so on. look to hover about 60fps steady)

Out of the box I installed this card into a new make. At very first I was blown away at what I got for the price tag. Ran Eve online on higher settings with no difficulty. I was operating this card through the HDMI to a magnavox Hd tv. Right after a few days I started getting a daouble screen overlay glitch that was green. I somties a reboot would fix the situation but over a handful of days the difficulty got worse. I attempted switching from HDMI to VGA but could not get it to show correct like that either.I then swiched back to the HDMIout. Soon the rebooting no longer salved the challenge started booting and displaying the windows loading words in a blue hue. Three a lot more reboots later and soon after the windows loading screen got absolutely nothing but white snow. I will be taking this card back to the retailer i bought it from. I will be exchanging it for another but If I had an further 30$ I would upgrade to a greater card. After reading allmost each reveiw I'v come to the conclusion that some of these cards just are defective. Purchase this card and cross your fingers. I sudjest saving the added money and buying the true 650 or a diverse brand. I will by no means get yet another Evega Solution.
