T*K has always been 1 my favorites mainly because of their high quality. Quite rarely do I finish up with a coaster. Purchased Memorex since of a deal on their cost. If I create above 8X, at least 50% will be a coaster. I've got a very reliable IDE Plextor, a newer SATA Samsung, and an IDE Sony Drive, all with the most recent firmware. All give the exact same results if writting above 8X. If T*K is a handful of dollars a lot more for the exact same quanity, go with T*K, you'll be far better off in the extended run. These disks are fantastic, I have under no circumstances had any coasters. New eggs shipping was negative, complete top rated of spindle was smashed. Outdoors of the box was ok although. Properly, they are four.7 GB and by a fantastic brand... DO NOT try and burn video files to these disks going a lot more than 2X (at least that's how it is with my dvd-rw drive); my 16x dvd-rw drive only registers these disks as 8x out of six, four had been burned at full speed and the video files are corrupted as heck. The other 2 are fine, the two that have been burned at 2x speed. Also I would like to add that I have in no way had a difficulty with the memorex DVD-R 8x disks even when burned at complete speed... |

Tough, Reputable, Nonexistent failure price, Burn at 16x each time, Solid as Granite using Pioneer-112D and SONY DW-150A/Nec 4570 in both OSX and XP Totally None. I have been using the printable version of these discs exclusively for about two years now for DVD video backups. In that time I have gone via three one hundred disc spindles and have yet to encounter a media failure of any sort. All discs created have been one hundred% compatible with all my devices which includes my original launch date XBox console (which is rather picky as I'm confident numerous are conscious) and PS2 Slim. On my newest LG burner i have no problems with 16X burns My other slightly older LG burneron 2nd method will not reliablyburn above 12X and my other test were 8X. Particularly good media, have only had a disk burning error when I have unknowingly been burning a .iso that was 'read-only, unburnable'. No pre-made space on them to put labels, but this is a complaint I have with ALL burnable media. Ignore the extremely low critiques on here. Either those folks had been undertaking some thing incorrect on their computer systems (I have burned HUNDREDS of disks and never ever had even a single 'coaster' that wasn't of my own creation as above) or their drives had been dying. |
