And yes, I attempted the following, all at the lowered burning speed of 4X; utilised my roxio 9., then upgraded to roxio 2011, then tried the free ImgBurn program, then turned my files into an .iso file and tried all 3 applications more than once again with stated .iso and then ultimately, I did come across an update to my optical drive and attempted all the previously talked about procedures ALL more than once more. I was apprehensive when obtaining these earlier in the year due to all of the adverse critiques but to date I've employed nearly the whole spindle and not had a single coaster. I've checked and rechecked the discs soon after burning then weeks/months later and there are no apparent issues like those pointed out in the critiques. I'd suggest these for the value to any individual. ^_^ They didn't magically turn me into me a grand pokemaster.
