Pros: Easy to use
Comment:
Great external drive. Really easy to use but only has one USB out (no firewire, no eSata) Despite that the price is really good for 500G external. I recommend.

Cons: Now its broken, wont even last for a year, all data, songs and pictures are gone.

Pros: Big Capacity, automatic back up.
Comment:
I did not bought this from NCIX, and I tried to return it to the store but they wont accept it, so I have to contact Hitachi, website said the serial number is not under warranty. Stay away from Hitachi.
