Cons: I would not leave it untended. Intermittent. Can fail badly.

I bought two kits. Out of the box I had problems. At first it was intermittent. Then one wire would work in the car and the other would only work at the computer. When the one in the car stopped working I testing in an outlet (thought it might me my iPod) and it blew up. |

Was looking for a Iphone power cube when i came across this. the cube was $5 and this whole kit was $9...should have dug a bit further and got a price match for $6. Oh wel....Haven't used the headphones yet but all of the other bits seem to work for and Iphone/Ipod. Can't say for sure if it will work with an ipad. |

Bought this for my wife to have a secondary charger in the car/work for her iphone. Price matched for $6. Happy with the product for the price, for it's intended purpose. Would recommend it to others looking for a second charger to not have to carry cables around to another location. |

I bought a few sets priced-matched at $6 and for the assortment of accessories that you get it was money well spent. The power adapters work with iPod/iPhone/iPad, but the iPad charge time is a bit long compared to the 10W power adapter that shipped from Apple.The audio response for the earphones poor -- ok for phone calls, but not well suited for listening to music. Earphones also have a microphone and wired remote control switch, and works with both the iPhone and my Samsung Nexus S.Overall, it is worthwhile buying this package if you can get at a good price. |
For the bits you get, it's not a bad deal. I was looking for a small USB wall plug and an USB car charger so getting this on sale was a no-brainer.The build quality is a bit lackluster, the USB car charger feels flimsy and the USB wall plug feels like it might come apart if you tug on it too hard. Having said that the wall plug withstood a trip overseas so for the price I paid I'm happy. The earphones are junk, and the ipod dock USB connector cable seems too tight compared to the official cables.
