I got this card for a new system. It has been running everything that I throw at it with max settings on a 1680x1050 22" monitor. This is a really good card for the price. |

Was hoping to get the core up to 1 ghz but seems to max out at about 900 mhz but the memory is running at 7 ghz! well ... thats just spiffy. Will it run crysis?? Yup at 1900 x 1200 everthing maxed and super antialiasing on runs smooth still need to check fps but runs fine for me. Also makes older games like half life 2 look amazing cant find a single thing to complain about. Now if I had the time and money I would be tempted to water cool it now that would be KRAZY but I do like the look of the vapor-x if I were a single video card I would definatley want a date. |
Wanted something in the $200 range with extra cooling , Quit fan, crossfire capable , with direct x 11, 1 GB memory , ability to over clock if I want or need to , eco friendly , ability to run 2 monitors and connect to 50 inch plasma tv in living room . Oh Ya! I don't play vidio games, but I have grand kids that do , so it had to be able to handle todays games. HD 5770 reviews told me, thats what I needed and Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 Vapour X covered all my needs.I've been using it for 2 weeks now as part of new build and It's handled every thing I could through at it. Best part is havn't had to O/C , can't hear it and it runs very cool 24-26 "celcius in rig" monitored with senser ! Great card for games and has no problem playing movies on living room tv. picture quality is incredible. Read many product reviews before deciding on this vidio card . I'm very happy with Product and have know problem recomending it . Would definatly buy again! note: 2 in crossfire out did or matched HD 5870 and cost less according to reviews , good value at sale price . Hope to buy My second one soon!
