Pros: Works good

The installation process went very smoothly and the card works as stated. I have not tried the record functions but i assume that they would work just fine.

Cons: none so far

Pros: Easy installation
Comment:
Install was easy and the card works well after installing updated drivers. This replaces my ATI Tv Wonder, which I used faithfully for 4 years. So far this is a good replacement. Great price and I recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive tv tuner card for an older system.

Cons: WinTV software could stand improvement

Pros: Easy installation and set up.Economical (especially when on sale)ATSC tuner
Comment:
I replaced my old Leadtek Winfast 2000 deluxe to hopefully improve on the picture quality of my Expressvu TV. It did just that, improving the picture quality by a large margin, so I'm very satisfied.I'm using the WinTV software that came with the card, but it's not near as good/convenient to use as the WinFast that I've been using for years. Picture is very good, but it's not very customizable and you end up with a large menu/control panel on the left side. I prefer to see just the screen size with the control panel as a popup. I tried DScaler but couldn't seem to get the sound in sync.I haven't tried the ATSC tuner as yet because I don't have an antenna, so can't comment on it. For my use, which is mainly just watching TV in the corner of my computer screen, this is an excellent choice.

Cons: clumsy remote design

Pros: works with XP-MCE, bundled software, & third party softwaredecent HD picture for viewing on LCD monitor
Comment:
this is my third Hauppauge, went from a WinGO-TV to a PVR-150 and now this. Wanted the OTA HD.I knew the analog tv and compatiblity with MCE would work.Wanted to try the OTA HD function. Finally got hold of a good indoor antenna that could pick-up & lock-on to a good signal. It's night & day difference watching hockey on CBC-HD and reg CBC.You need to have MCE to be able to turn off the PC with the remote.

Cons: does not work in Vista x64 MCEperformance is uninspiring

Pros: works with bundled software
Comment:
I had a 10-year-old AIMSlabs Video Highway Extreme 98 that I've been using for a long time with MacGyver'd drivers and software. My latest build is a dual-boot system with XP Pro x86 and Vista Ultimate x64, and I knew Vista x64 would not like my jury rigged TV tuner card. So after 10 loyal years of servitude, I decided to replace my trusty VHX98. Besides, I figured the PC TV tuning technology must have improved quite a bit in that time.If this card is any indication, TV tuners have not improved over the past 10 years. The picture produced by the card is no better (and no worse, mind you) than my 10-year-old card with non-specific drivers. If that weren't disappointing enough, the card simply does not perform in my Vista Ultimate x64's Media Centre. It does produce video, but at 2 or 3 frames per second, max. It's like watching a slide show of what's on TV. I have downloaded the latest drivers from the manufacturer website, but still can't figure out what's wrong. It does work fine with its own bundled WinTV software, though. And WinTV isn't a terrible program, although it is certainly not my first choice. I will continue to use this card, as in the end, it does what I need it to do. But based on my experience, I'm afraid I cannot recommend it.

Cons: No RCA audio input (it's a 1/8th). 2 second delay to live.

Pros: Good picture. Excellent bundled software.
Comment:
Got this unit and tested it with mixed results. The PVR function worked fine but the 2 second delay drove me nuts (there is another TV in the room). The picture quality was good (didn't test the HD or digital input). The dual tuners is a bonus but I don't have digital to test.

Cons: Lack of features on Remote

Pros: Easy Install
Comment:
The installation process went very smoothly and the card works as stated. I have not tried the record functions but i assume that they would work just fine. Maybe i bought the wrong TV tuner card or i need a different remote/software but I cannot seem figure out how to turn off the computer with the remote. I have my computer in the bedroom and bought this to watch regular TV while falling asleep in bed. However when i am done watching TV I need to get out of bed and turn off the computer. What a pain. The remote can shut the WinTV application down but not the entire computer.Other than that it is a good product and worth the $75.
