I insist on compatibility with GPL audio and the iRiver L-Player delivers. I can store photos and music. Playback is excellent and even the stock headphones made me happy. |

After buying and returning two other mp3 brands, I came across this one by accident, and what a nice surprise. I have never written a comment before, but this player deserves it: From the packaging to the way it sounds this mp3-mp4 player excels. Very pleasant piece of equipment to have. The interface is very clever, and the menu is exquisite. Total digitalized FM radio. It scans the whole bandwidth in less than 20 seconds. The video playback is excellent too. It charges in about 1 to 2 hours via usb, and lasts about 12 hours for playing mp3's. The only thing to make it perfect is a better set of headphones, but that could be overcome easily by investing on another set. Very happy so far. I will buy another for my wife. Very good choice as a gift. |

when i tried to type an accurate review that listed why that product is not a good purchase i was told that i could not type the names of specific companies or special characters in my review. I did none of this things. I just typed the truth and my review would not go through! |

This has everything. Video and music player. FM radio. Voice recorder. I bought my grand daughter one similar to this, with the click navigation 4 years ago and it still looks and works like new even though she uses it almost every day. |

Small and powerful! this unit blew my son's mind and he is thrilled with it. The video is sharp and clear for such a small screen. Kinda want one for myself now.... Only drawback is the lack of printed manual and mini cd-rom (my PC has vertically mounted optical drives). |

Only use it for listening to mp3 audio books. The display is very readable for it's size. The only thing I dont care for is that the buttons can be activated very easily by accident, losing your place. Fortunately the controls can be locked out. The rewind control, at least on the one I have does not work well. It usually sends you back to the beginning of the file. Going to the previous file usually requires several attempts. The fast forward works fine.
