pinnacle has upset me. tried figuring it out took forever had to download millions of drivers only picked up 13 channels trust me buy another brand. employees dont know anything about their products.

waste of money. its really laggy you click on something to record and it takes about 4sec before you get a response. also it has really poor quality and doesnt even use a standard size coaxial cable the connection is too small. you would think that since they cant use something basic that they would include an adapter but nothing doing. get a haupage instead.
