The Canon Pixma MP480 Clr Inkjet P/S/C USB 4800X1200 20/16PPM is a great printer. I have had the same old printer for over 4 years now... and wow this one is a HUGE upgrade. Plus it cost me under $50.00, which is a great deal, $70+ off. Awesome. Highly reccomend this printer to anyone who is looking to replace, or buy their first printer.

Cons: None so far

Pros: InexpensiveFast copyingGood photo quality for the price
Comment:
I paid about $50 bucks for this printer and it has exceeded my expectations. The photo quality is very good for a budget all-in-one unit. It will do fast borderless fit-to-page enlargments of existing photos using the on-board controls. Ink economy seems to be good and the replacement cartridges are cheap. I can't really complain about this unit in any way. For $50 bucks it's a major bargain.

Cons: photos ink can be solved in water

Pros: pricequality
Comment:
I bought this printer for a customer that wanted a cheap printer. For the price it does the job, I got it for 60$. It comes with ink cartriges and a pack of gloss paper. I would recommend this printer since its a nice printer, maybe end of a line, but it has memory card reader, lcd screen, its not that fast but it does the job for the low price.

Cons: ink doesnt last too long

Pros: Great valuebeautiful prints
Comment:
Very happy with this printer... the speed is decent and for the $60 it usually goes for, its a good value. The LCD works really well, and the setup was one of the easiest ive had. Not a single issue with it...if i had any complaints at all, it would be that the ink cartridges dont seem to last very long... its definitely a good idea to go with the XL size refills.

Cons: No internal bluetooth or LAN connectionPrice when there's no dealsDoesn't print really good on 3rd party gloss papers.ink goes fast and the color cartrige is all in one.

Pros: Good for fast and low budget productivity worksPrice when you look for deal
Comment:
I bought this printer/scanner for productivity and not really for quality printing at low cost, which was 60$ at that time, I thought it was a neat deal. I needed a small efficient and low cost for printing OOP codes and design samples. Once I get it, it was a breeze to install, and Win7 liked it. For 3 Weeks, I tested it capabilities, and it quite fit to my needs, but of course I ran into deceptions and I couldn't expect more for the price I paid, but I could imagine the frustration of the people buying this piece of hardware for 135$ now. The ink is bad, not really bad, but it like if it only like the Canon manufactured papers where I could get the max of the quality. I tried 3rd parties or HP gloss paper and it was a mess, all the ink was smuged like if I applied a Contour filter in Photoshop. This is disappointing when I think HP printers from my experience can accept any kind of papers. The ink goes relatively fast, although I stressed it the last weeks, but since I don't plan to use it much, the ink cost can not be much a problem and it only around 20$ or lower if you know where to get them. Another disappointing feature is the lack of internal BlueTooth and LAN socket, although you can get the optionnal BlueTooth but for the reg price, HP can offer it included with their package.

Cons: The regular price of $135 & the sale price of $60.I wish it could print documents that are just a little smaller.Integrated fax would make the product complete.

Pros: A pretty good all in one printer all round for photos, scans, copies, and just plain printing with good quality.
Comment:
I bought this from NCIX for $60 because I thought that it was a good deal due to the regular price marked at $135, yet once I did buy it I just so happened to look around a little more to find that it was being offered for only $35, from a regular $60, on another website as well as around the stores in my city. It was mostly my fault and I should have looked around more and that aside, I think the printer is a good product. I do wish however that it were able to print a document just 1/4" shorter lengthwise than the limitations it has in order to print individual cards. Photos were printed in amazing quality when testing with the supplied photo paper samples. It's a huge step up from my HP deskjet 3845 (that cost me almost $200 a few years ago, which is now hard to believe).

Cons: - none yet

Pros: - super high quality for a cheap-ish inkjet- flip up adjustable screen is nice as the viewing angle isn't that great- top feed input tray is nice for doing punch-out business cards
Comment:
Bought this for my parents. They love it; especially my mother who likes to print her own pictures taken with her Canon EOS 30D. She says she's noticed a huge difference in quality between this and the $100 HP they had before.

Cons: Loud, vibrates desk when in use

Pros: SD Card slot direct print, Scanner, Copier, LCD menu
Comment:
This printer is a wonderful machine performs exactly as it should for an inkjet printer. It's loud as inkjet printers are and it vibrates whatever surface it's on, but those are weaknesses for most printers when printing something off quickly. Haven't had any serious issues with this printer and the cartridges are easily found for about $14 (black) and $22(3 colour). (after taxes)

Cons: Colour ink cartridge combines 3 in one, it would be preferrable to be able to replace individual ink colours as required.

Pros: Solid construction and performance.

I also got this for $40 during the Boxing Week sale. Worth full price for the quality and reliability.
