After placing the order, it took longer than the 7 to 10 buisness days, more like 19 days, and the 'Tracking My Order' feature was not a big help. When it did arrive, it was easy and simple to operate. Loaded a few 'test' movies, plugged in with the HDMI cable, watched the first movie, and then ... OH MY !! The image quality was great, the sound was great. Superb product, well done 'La Cie'. WELL WORTH THE WAIT !!

My father got one and he loves it, Now I own one and I think it's the best thing since slice bread. Not one regret. All my friends love it too. I don't have to burn my movies to watch them and this is really easy to use, if I can do it any dummy can! Good quality product. THE BEST!
