Good connector if you need to connect mic to unbalanced inputs. Very professional grade adapter is foil shielded and has a flexible protective pvc rubber. Connectors are nickel plating and solid brass. There is a spring on the wire of the 1/4in to protect from strain from pulling or trips. Haven't had anything better in terms of quality then this.
