Cons: a bit complex to setup, must read instructions carefully.

Pros: solid build quality, excellent range of motion, loads of mounting options

Comment:
All I can say is wow, what a mount, solid as heck, even when my desk is bumped the monitor shake is almost nothing, just about the same as the monitor on the OEM base. I have 3 monitors, so I bought 2 of these. My plan is to run 3 arms for monitors and the last arm (with the laptop mount) for my keyboard. I need to start standing more when working, and this setup is much cheaper than getting a height adjust desk.

Comment:
It is the best VESA mounting I have ever used.It has a slick look and comes with improved cable management system compared to the old LX models.I would buy it again when I have more monitors.
