Installed the memory and within one hour my computer totally crashed. I tried each memory by itself and one worked but the other one was very dead. Now I have the extra costs of a return to TigerDirect.

I purchased this ram for my wife's laptop, and it did not work. Apparently, Centon is the only company out of all of the ones CompUSA caries that does not support the use of their 4gb kit in that laptop. I am returning it to purchase another brand.
