Cons: - just that they're not usb, old school 3.55mm jacks

Pros: - crystal clear- really comfortable- sturdy design and lightweight- mute/volume buttons easily accessible- 10ft long cable- got this headset for $25 with a $10 gift card, so basically 15 bone. Amazing deal.
Comment:
Love this headset. I don't know what others are talking about, but, I've talked with buddies over Skype while playing on Xbox Live for literally several hours and no discomfort what-so-ever. I guess there's bathroom breaks where I wasn't wearing them but that's about it. The quality is crystal clear, although I have to mention that I have only used these over Skype and Magic Jack. The foam and plastic parts are quality, definitely won't deteriorate for ages. Mute and volume buttons work as they should, located about halfway down the cable. The cable itself is 10ft which is beyond adequate. For $15 it was a steal. Sweeeet headset. Even at regular price I would still recommend these.

Cons: No adjustmentMic not to good

Pros: Good SoundGreat value when on sale
Comment:
The value is great for 20$ when it's on sale. Sound is good, mic is good, comfort is fine, better than the PC141 version behind your ear which will hurt after about an hour of usage. Mic says it has noise cancelation but my friends can hear everything around me. What is funny is actually they can hear EVERYTHING I hear when I have my headphones on my ears.

Cons: Sound cancelling works well; clamps on pretty tightly and doesn't easily stretch out over time; obnoxious sealed clamshell packaging (you know, Audio-Technica would never make boxes like that); headband is unpadded

Pros: Reasonably durable; good quality for Voip; comes with an optional fabric filter for the mic
Comment:
This is a pretty no-frills headset that will do the job for very little money when on sale or via price-match. However, my recommendation is to spend a little more if you plan to use it frequently. It's just not that comfortable. And don't bother using them for music, you can do better for less.

Cons: After 3 hours it starts to hurt the ears.

Pros: Decent price for a headset ($25)
Comment:
People I've played with have noticed an improvement in the voice quality compared to my old standalone mic - however the volume can sometimes be shifty with SC2 (but most likely related to the game). The sound is fine, but really if you want to do long gaming sessions >= 3 hours I'd go for something that fits over the ears more comfortably.

Pros: price on salevoice clarity
Comment:
these are an alright headset for the pricepoint on sale k 20 bucks, not the best in the world, but they aren't claimed to be either, feel at regular price though you are paying for the name and its not quite worth it, all in all does what its intended to and nothing more.

Cons: - lower price means you lose some comfort when playing- bass isn't as noticeable (therefore enjoyable) compared to other headsets

Pros: - Excellent performance for price (got for $20)- Audio is crisp, even when volume is up- Volume can get to an incredibly high volume- nice and compact- voice chat is clear
Comment:
The sound is quality is superb for it's price. There is a reason why this small headset sells for $45 normally. You get what you pay for. For $20 when I bought it, you're pretty much stealing it :pThe sound is crisp and clear, with nice highs and mids, with decent bass. The voice chat is also clear, comparable to my PC 350 from what my ears told me. I do have to note, however, that I do have a dedicated sound card in my system. The comfort is a problem, but a break every 2 hours will solve that.

Cons: -None, but i guess head cushioning might help a bit but really not a significant difference

Pros: -Great Sound Quality(Bass,Clarity,Loudness)-Long Enough Cord
Comment:
I got this for $20, and for that price the quality of the headphones seem to be a steal. Music sounds great, as you can hear the bass and the loudness of this pair is up there with the "Hurts-a-Bit" Level. Havent tried the MIC yet so no comment on that. Also would like to add, Some headphones start to hurt your ear after a while but these seem to don't even after 2hrs+ but the top can get a bit tight for your head so adjust the length to your comfortability. Conclusion: Great Quality for Low price

Cons: Hard plastic offers no cushion on top of the head

Pros: Fairly good speaker sound qualitySingle cord leading to the earpiecesGood quality for the price
Comment:
Sound quality and microphone use is great for voip and gaming. One downside is that since there is no cushioning on the part that rests on the top of your head. The greatest concern for gaming is that if you are playing with this headset on for extended periods, you can start to feel the hard plastic on the top of your head. You may have to add your own cushioning. Overall, great value for the price.

Cons: - The wire is way too long for normal desktop use (could be a positive though)- Sound quality is only decent for music, but good enough for games- Sound leaks if you are listening to loud sounds, will bother others lol

Pros: - Great quality build (I've dropped this from my desk numerous times- Volume control and Mic on/off switch on cable- Fairly comfortable- Mic is surprisingly strong for Skype and Vent
Comment:
Good quality build for normal desktop use and pretty good for gaming. My only complaints are the cord is way too long (I usually just curl it up with 2 twistix). Best surprise is the quality of the mic, and it's fairly comfortable on your ears. I've wore it for 3-4 hours straight without noticing it on sometimes.

Cons: -wires are kinda small in diameter. Was expecting it to a bit bigger, but that's to expect of a good cheap reliable set.- range of mic pick up?(50/50 split here, since there's no bg noise, but kinda annoying when you do something and push the mic away, then talk but have no one to hear it.)

Pros: -cheap-great sound for the price of course-quality of mic on receiving end is good
Comment:
Well built and provided to to last from droppings(from desk to ground) I've bought these as a temporary replacement when my old headset broke on me. They do take a while to get used to, but once they're broken-in they are really comfy. You can hear everything around you with these on, so beware to those out there that listen to footsteps and gunfire in fps games. The mic on this set is what I expect from a sennheiser and that is clarity. There is the problem of when your eating or need to push the mic away and you talk all the while this is happening, you become barely audible. There's no labeling of L/R, but it is easily fixed. Overall, the pc131 is a great buy for those on a budget. 5/5 for the price and quality. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-18-10 01:00 AM

Cons: Sound

Pros: Good microphone, comfortable for long periods of play.
Comment:
Clearity of microphone is fantastic, and long period comfort is decent. Can hear all noise with head phones on, and everyone can hear the noise coming out of headphones. Sound is below average quality for the price. Use for laptop, and are acceptable, for gaming computer use Turtle Beach HPA2, get what you pay for :D

Cons: Can become uncomfortable after long periods of useMic boom is flexable, but not very adjustable.

Pros: Lightweight.Good quality micDecent sound qualityInline mic mute and headset volume control
Comment:
Very satisfactory for those who use only for ventrilo/skype on a casual basis. The sound quality will probably prevent gamers from using as a primary in game audio source. I found the stereo imaging to be a bit weak. Also, as the earphones are not labelled, and designed to be worn either way so as to have the mic on your preferred side, if you are not careful you can reverse your stereo directions. Not good for FPS games and the like.Overall a slightly overpriced purchase at MSRP, but a solid product in terms of quality.

Cons: Wearing too long hurts the ears. The sound wasn't great as the PX200 that I have.

Pros: Nice long cordGood price on sale, good brand, nice headset.
Comment:
Got this headset when it was on special during boxing day, great sound for the price. My only negative is that they hurt my ears after a while. It's not possible for low price of these PC131 to get everything. In this case, earing hurts is normal after 3 hours.

Pros: clear audiocomfortlong cord

I bought these for 2 reasons: for use on TeamSpeak for online gaming and so that I could work from home when I needed to. I've never had a problem with this headset, the audio's always been clear and crisp and people on the other end have never complained of any clarity issues. The cord is nice and long, although I don't find the clip useful, and I can wear the headset for hours with no comfort issues. This headset is so good I wish my work would buy them instead of the crap they currently have and I recommend this headset to my coworkers for use at home.

Cons: Cord maybe too long in some situations?Wearing too long hurts the ears

Pros: Nice long cordPriceQuality
Comment:
Almost 9 months into ownership of these great headphones, haven't run into a problem yet with them. The quality of the sound and of the mic are good. The price is fair, even though it hasn't changed since I purchased them. The cord is nice and long giving you the ability to not accidentally tug on them and screwing up the headphones.Weaknesses which I encountered are that... maybe the cord is too long? I somethings encounter that the cord of the headphone tangles up with the other stuff around and even gets caught up in stuff without much effort. Big concern for those whom game a lot, these headphones DO make your ears hurt if you put them on for a prolonged period of time, so try to take them off once in a while and take a break or something.Overall, great product and could not be more happy with this product than I already am.
