Cons: Ear Cups Are A Bit Small

Pros: Lengthy Cord, Great Sound, Clean Mic
Comment:
I bought this headset to replace a cheap (~$50) usb headset for voip and gaming use. The microphone is of decent quality (when compared to my Rode Vid Mic Pro) but was noticeably better than my $50 USB set.The sound quality this unit puts out is very good (when paired with a headphone amp!). Unlike many of the other headsets in this price range it is very hard to find something that is neutral sounding. Most "gaming" headsets put to much emphasis on the bass and therefore you miss many of the lows and highs from your games, movies whatever you happen to be listening to.One of the problems that people seem to be having is the headset clamping to you head. I will agree that it is pretty tight on your head for the first couple of weeks, however, after using this headset for 3 solid weeks at about 3 hours a night they have completely relaxed and now offer what I would call the perfect weight or "clamp" effect on the head.Very happy with this would buy again.

Cons: If you have big ears, the small and tight fitting cups will hurt over time.

Pros: Huge step up from Razer Carchiaras in sound. They do deliver wide dynamic range, and impressive bass for this price range. The mic is stellar for comms.
Comment:
On a sale price like these are right now, I'd snatch up a pair as a backup headset. Very good quality sound, but overall construction not as good as I had hoped for. I will wait for the PC 360s to go on sale.

cant really go wrong with sennheisers, sound is very accurate and easy to listen to, mic is good too, however it's a bit tight, might need to break them in for some time before it's comfortable to wear

Cons: It pinches my ears, those with large heads & sensitive ears beware!

Pros: Good Sound QualityMic has good quality and is long enough to reach my mouth
Comment:
First, lets get the cons out of the way. The pinching, while the only downside here, is huge. if you have a large head like myself (or large/sensitive ears), don't wear them for periods longer then an hour or two. You'll remove them and have to deal with a few minutes of aching pain. >_

Cons: - Not sure if it's a defect, but only the hinge on the right-hand-side rotates. Meaning the top of the headset can't move behind your head.

Pros: - Excellent sound quality- Mic is very good at picking up your voice and not background noise- Very smart placement of controls (auto-mic switch with the boom-mic, vol dial on the headset itself).
Comment:
Overall, is a very good headset. Definitely up-to-par with what I would expect for Sennheiser sound quality. One minor item to note that is more personal preference than a pro/con. These are closed-style headphones, so it blocks out more background noise, but also gets a little toasty for long sessions.

Cons: Small headband

Pros: Great sound
Comment:
Sound is great, good bassEarcups are a little bit small and headband ain't give much gap for my head even when fully extended.Hope headband will last, cause i had one from Plantronic ( a 80$ one ) that was build almost the same and the headband crack when stetching it to put over my head. My head is not that big and i use to take care of my items, whatever it isI got it on sale for 79 $

Cons: Mic is a bit too un-sensitive, Volume control doesn't mute all the way and headset is too tight

Pros: The volume control on the right earcuff is really nice and smooth, muting mic by raising it is a great feature
Comment:
Another "Tight" complaint. Headset will cause pain after a couple hours or so; Not a big fan of the deathly squeezing power of the headset. The volume knob is REALLY nice and smooth; I have to say a great feature. The microphone is a bit short and I have to put it very close to my mouth for it to work.I only bought it because it was on sale; nothing terribru but only satisfactory, would not buy again.

Great headset. Sound quality and the microphone are both great. The headset is a little bit tight to the head.. but it can be stretched out and fits really well now.

Cons: not particularly comfortable, not as loud as I would like.

Pros: Very clear mic, good sound quality, cheap for sennheisers.
Comment:
The mic is very clear on this that is nice. I was pretty disappointed with the comfort of these they are quite tight and will cause sore ears after extended use, but they do get a bit better with use over time. The sound quality is good but they don't go quite as loud as I would like personally. If you can pick these up on sale for the 90 dollar price point they aren't a bad headset, but for more than that I'd look into something else.

Cons: Initially quite tight on the head.

Pros: High quality sound, High quality mic
Comment:
A very good quality headset all in all, but it was a little painful to use for the first few weeks for an extended period. I think it's the way it's packaged, the headset pinches your head which becomes annoying. The mic is very clear.Definitely a good purchase, highly recommended.

Cons: Not so confortable for great ears, the cable may break near the headset.

Pros: Clear sound, easy to use, good value.
Comment:
I've bought it for my girlfriend and she loves them. At 79.99 it's a good value for this headset, i'd rather an USB connector but the jack connector are good quality too.

Cons: Uncomfortably small Ear-cupsReally tight on the head, no adjustment to prevent the squeezing.

Pros: Great Sound for Both Music and GamingGood Equalization of Bass and Treble LevelsGreat Mic QualityEasy Volume Control
Comment:
I bought this Headset On Boxing day for around 80 dollars and have had it for a couple weeks. The sound quality is excellent for Music and for Gaming, Ranging at both low bases (explosions, or Bass Guitar), and Good high Treble. It features a nice easy volume control on the outside ear-cup which is very handy, and the mic quality is superb. It also has an microphone "on-off" feature; when lifted the mic is automatically shutoff and when you pull it down to talk it turns on. Unfortunately the downside is that this headset is super uncomfortable, the Ear-cups are really small and my average sized ears don't fully fit in. The headset allows height adjustment but no matter how much adjusting I attempt it is always painfully tight I had to remove it every ten minutes to stop my ears from screaming at me. Now I have it for a while and I can tolerate it. Overall: Good sound for both music and games, very convenient, yet small, and uncomfortable. I like having it, would probably not buy again.

Cons: -Earcups could be bigger-Fairly tight design, not very comfortable

Pros: -Closed Earcups-Good sound-Volume Control on headphones-Mic automatically mutes when it is moved up
Comment:
I got these on sale, and I'm not completely dissapointed. For me the headphones fit decently. They have taken a few days to wear in, and they still aren't comfortable for extended periods, but it's acceptable. They could be priced cheaper for what they offer, but they do sound good, have solid construction, have a good mic, and are designed well. I prefer them over my PC161s, so if you are looking for similar headphones to that, but have more money to spend, these would be a decent option, if the headphones can fit you properly.

Cons: fits badly. Overpriced for what you get.

Pros: clear mic. volume on side of headset.
Comment:
Overall its not a terrible headset, i get the impression it belongs in the 60-70$ bracket. I took it back to best buy and got a pair of 555's from NCIX. Just isn't worth the price tag.

Cons: Takes a day or 2 to adjust, a little bit tight.

Pros: Clear sound and good mic with volume control on the headset
Comment:
The sound is really good if you're gaming, and the mic is perfect. You can also remove 1 ear cup. Mic goes to mute when up. Overall a good purchase for gaming when they are on sale.
