Pros: Superb audio qualityDecent microphoneVery comfortable
Comment:
I purchased this headset after researching high-end products for a very long time. Many headsets have very poor audio quality compared to headphones at the same price range in order to offset the cost of the microphone. Sennheiser has made no compromises with this product, bringing their experience on making audiophile grade headphones to the gaming headset market. In contrast to most gaming headsets which over emphasize bass, the Sennheiser PC360s offer great overall coverage. In addition, the noise cancelling microphone offers decent audio quality and is very easy to control — simply rotate the microphone arm to the vertical position and it mutes itself. This, combined with the volume dial on the right headphone makes controlling your headset very easy. Finally, the ear cups on the headphones allow for extended usage without discomfort. The headband offers enough flexibility so that it should fit comfortably on most people's heads, but still maintains a very sturdy feel to them.Overall, I would recommend this headset to anyone who is looking for high quality headphones, but also needs an attached microphone. Sennheiser does not disappoint with this product.

Great gaming headphones, you can hear the sound of a pin drop  for example but could improve on the sound quality for the price.

After using a cheap pair of Carcharias for a couple years I was looking for an audio quality and mic upgrade which led me to the PC360's which I'm using with a Sound Blaster Zx.The PC360 has nice balanced sound with defined sounds and crisp, controlled bass but not in overwhelming amounts. It probably won't satisfy those looking to use it for bass-heavy music. The highs and and mids are a little warmer than I would prefer giving it a slightly muddier sound than I am used to for music but not necessarily in a bad way.It really shines with game audio/surround which is it's intent. The star feature of this headset imo is the large soundstage which is a perfect pairing for game audio, especially with surround processing. Game audio feels much more expansive and easier to pinpoint audio cues. The attached mic is excellent. The Carcharias were horrible for the microphone picking up audio from the cans...you had to turn down the game audio way more than I liked in order to use the mic effectively. The PC360 doesn't have this issue and the audio quality is noticeably superior. I probably would prefer a mute button instead of the, "flip up to mute" design but that's just preference. Flipping the mic activates an internal switch which is audible to users on the other end as if the mic is being unplugged/plugged back in. The cushion and comfort is excellent. I love that the ear pads sit around your ear and not on it at all...much more comfortable and easier to wear for long periods. There are some complaints:-I unfortunately did have to rma my first unit. There was a subtle but annoying distortion/vibration coming from the left ear cup with certain bass notes, as if there was physically something loose in there. The replacement doesn't have this issue...hopefully it doesn't develop it again over time.-The clamping pressure on your head is comfortable but fairly tight at first. I expect this will ease up with time as the headset breaks in.-It would be nice if the mic was removable because it quite large and a bit of an eyesore when not needed but that's a minor complaint.-The volume control and the ear cup is really convenient but it doesn't go down to very low volumes at all. It goes from medium to high. At it's lowest setting the audio is actually a little higher than a normal listening level and I have to further turn it down via windows volume control. That unfortunately defeats much of the usefulness of having the volume control on the headset. My sound card does have a headphone amplifier but still, the volume at it's lowest setting should be "off" like in most other headsets.-The build quality and packaging doesn't scream "premium" like the price would indicate. The headset is all-plastic and it comes wrapped in plastic bag in a plain cardboard box. There is literally nothing else in there...no case, no cord clips/ties/extensions, no adapters, no documentation of any kind. Obviously the headset is the main focus but a lot of those things are typical in other products in this price range. Hopefully the headset's construction holds up over time as well.Overall this is a good headset for music and an excellent one for gaming. I can't say that I would be extremely satisfied with it for it's full retail price but considering the reduced price it often sells for(and that I got it for) I am happy with it.

Pros: Clean and clear sound, nice controls, durable. Look awesome
Comment:
I have been using Sennheiser products for a while and I've had HD 555's for years. I prefer open design for most things and the PC 360's sound awesome because of that. I do wish they came with detachable mic and a case to hold them in but nothing can be perfect. This is my first high end gaming headset, I have used a SteelSeries 5H for a while but haven't been a big fan of them. I have tested these PC 360's on my PC with Auzentech Forte card and my Xbox 360 using a Creative Labs Recon3D USB external sound card and they sound amazing, solid and clean sound with no exaggerated bass like many gaming headphones. The quality of the microphone is awesome, I have tested using games and VOIP software and everyone was impressed. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Cons: The fabric of the cuffs are likely going to attract a lot of dust overtime. So recommend to keep your headset somewhere where clean when not using it.

Pros: Amazing sound reproduction and quality. Cuffs around the ears fits nicely in your ears, plus it doesn't get too uncomfortable after extended period wearing it.

Cons: - Price when not on sale- Requires a decent sound card- Tight around the ears and head, may need a breaking-in period- Can get uncomfortable if worn for very long periods 6+ hours- People that wear eyeglasses may experience a tight fit as the headset does squeeze the frame of certain glasses

Pros: - Great low, mid, and high range sound- Vented and keeps the ears reasonably cool in comparison to the PC350s- Light for its size- Build quality is very good- Cable is very flexible and can take some abuse (casters & chairs)
Comment:
I previously owned about 3-4 PC160 headsets, which were replaced as the microphone wires tended to break from both flexing and raising/lowering the mic. After taking a gamble on buying the PC360s, I was particularly surprised at the build quality of the microphone. It will most likely last longer than my previous headsets. The sound quality is also much better than the PC160s. Music and movies have more distinct and crisper sound. In my opinion, they sound more like ear-buds and less like speakers. In terms of gaming, BF3 sounds much better and lets me hear the enemies footsteps, gunfire, etc, when I am attacking or defending a MCON or flag. Because of this I have been called a hacker, not surprisingly. However, the headset is very expensive in comparison to brands and other Sennheiser PC series headsets. Other issues to note: First, the initial tightness of the headphones around your ears and head is very noticeable and require a few weeks of breaking-in.Second, I wear prescription glasses with wide arm frames which are reasonably flexible. You might need to get use to the ear cups flexing your glasses, which might be an issue with thicker or less flexible frames. The result of this may distort your vision slightly.

Cons: Tight on the headSupplied Earpads are not very comfortable

Pros: Good micGood functionality
Comment:
I had expected the sound to be a little better, and yes i do have a sound card (Asus Xonar ST), but it is definitely not bad. I have a sennheiser 595 and as a comparison, the PC360 is not as clear or wide and is a bit too muddy sounding, but with some tweaking in the equalizer, they sound quite good. Of course i understand that the 595 are superior headphones and by no means am i saying that the PC360 suck. The microphone is very good, though if the receiving end doesn't have proper audio equipment, i would say it doesn't matter TOO much how good your mic can be. For instance, i used my old Sony DRGA200 headset and switched to the PC360 and my friends could tell no difference over skype. However, the PC360 is definitely a pleasure to use, with the volume knob located on the right earcup so i don't have to fumble around for the inline module. Of course the same goes for the handy stow-mic-to-mute function. This headset, however, is not as comfortable as i expected it to be. It clamped rather tightly on my head and the ear pads were hard and not very soft, not to mention my ears heated up quite fast despite the product description saying the pads would prevent that. I switched them with my 595 ear pads and the comfortable level increased quite dramatically. Of course they're still not as comfortable as my 595 as they still clamp tighter and are heavier. Though i might have listed a few cons in this review, i still believe the PC360 to be one of the best headsets to buy due to the overall quality of the entire headset. The microphone is probably one of the best out of various headsets i've tested. In the end, if you're looking for a headset, the microphone should probably be the main aspect to focus on (otherwise just shop for high end headphones) and the mic on the PC360 is very good.

Cons: - Mic is a bit large (nit picking)- Price may be an issue for ppl without PP

Pros: - Unbelievably Comfortable (they don't even touch your ears!)- Perfect Sound stage (no freq interference)- Game awareness = Insane! (you must try them!)- Highs, Mids, and Bass are all perfect!- Simple, sturdy, and functional design (Well engineered)- Mic mute by putting mic up = epicwin- volume on right earcup = epicwin- Sturdy, looks like it's gona take some abuse :)
Comment:
Best headset I have had so far.Stepping up from the Razer Carchasias line, The sound quality is about 3x better. Basses are crisp and smooth without loosing any low end kick (for my techo music craze, they pump out seriously tight bass), mids are PERFECT, and highs are EXACTLY where I expect them to be. The overall sound-stage is the best I have heard (better than my hi-fi stereo system). The bass is perfectly done. It doesn't blur any other freq, but can shake you up pretty good to. FLAC files sound unbelievable with these. The biggest difference is in games, Just playing bf3 for 3 rounds, I must say that directional awareness is 2x as good as the razers, and for the first time ever, I have been able to hear how far away the enemy is (this makes these headphones infinitely better than the carchariases) . These headphones create  not only a 360* left-right sound stage, but more like a sphere, where you can hear from all angles. The difference is night and day. When you add the crisp sound attributes of the headphones to create  a sense of distance, it is a surreal feeling of being in the game. sound = 10/10You can tell the headset was well engineered, as there is no annoying inline volume control/mic mute and it seems the headset was engineered with attention to detail. To mute the mic, you simply move it to the upright position (folded away), and a reassuring click turns it off. Slide it down, and you're back in business. The volume control is on the right headset, and is a dial you turn (like an ipod, but not touch) It is very sturdy, and feels solid like hell. Construction = 10/10The ear-pads are unlike anything I have felt before. It's almost like a mix of the carcharias' mushy foam, and the rigid foam of the thermaltake e-sports. It's perfect. Fits firmly, yet is soft and comfortable. Seals around the ears very well, The earcup does not touch my rather large ears at all. The speakers are far away enough from my ears that they do not touch, so no more annoying ear rash/cartilage bruising! Wore them for 8 hours yesterday, and forgot that I had them on! (walked away from computer until the cable pulled my head back to remind me I'm still plugged in :P) The headband is so comfortable that I actually had to take the headphones off right now to remember it existed! Comfort (most important for me) 11/10!No Accessories, none needed. The design is simple, and does everything right, no frills or BS features. Some ppl praise "7.1" headphones, but you only have 2 ears, so stereo software mixing in game should be enough. Trust me, it is. I can hear jets approach from above right, and guns firing from the ravine bellow me. That is with a Realtek integrated soundcard, and with a Xonar DX, really all I get is higher max volume. The headphones practically drive themselves! Bundled shit = N/A :)Overall, could not ask for better gaming/music/movie headphones. The open backs keep my ears cool, and let me hear what's going on around me when the volume is low. When the volume is medium to high, you will not hear anything around you.

I have used this for a year now.Sometimes open headphones are annoying in LAN parties when people start shouting and I can't hear people on vent.Mic quality is pretty good. I like its function to shut off and on its own when you pull it up or down. I am getting a little crack on the part where it goes in and out. Other than that, nicely built headphone.

Cons: -Require a good sound card for it's performance to truly shine-They have a fairly tight fit on the head, which is okay, but if you're like me and wear glasses in-front of the computer then it may feel a bit painful after several hours of use.

Pros: -Amazing sound.-Super lightweight.-Better Price:Performance compared to overpriced crap like the Beats by Dr Dre Studio Edition.
Comment:
I've used a fair amount of headsets and I have to say that these Sennheiser PC360s are by far the best. I have these babies paired up with a ASUS Xonar Essence STX sound card and the sound reproduction is just phenomenal. I was previously using a Astro A40 headset + mixamp for all my gaming, and Beats by Dr. Dre Studio headphones for my music, but both of those combined don't compare to the performance of a single Sennheiser PC360.

Got these paired up with my Auzentech Prelude. After a bit of burn in the sound quality is excellent with nice mid and top end, bass impact and clarity not as good but I think an amp would help for that. They are very comfortable even with my big head I can wear them all day long, and the flip up mic is great for just listening to music. The mic works better than I expected, the sensitivity is high which works well with my Prelude's quiet mic input, before I had to shout into my clip-on mic.

These headphones are up to what I expected from a Sennheiser product: top notch sound and build quality. Okay, those are my first over $200 headphones I ever acquired, but I would gladly buy from Sennheiser again. These headphones sound AWESOME! Be aware though they are open headphones. I am using them with an ASUS Essence STX and have never had better sound from a PC.The headband is very comfortable, though it does clamp fairly tight to your head. The only disappointment is the bass which is not much better than a $50 set of sony headphones, though it seems to be getting better as the headphones break in.If you want good PC headphones, buy these when they are on sale for $200.
