Comment: Installation went smoothly. . . until I turned on the computer system. . . When I turned on the computer system I had no video, no activity indicated by either audio or keyboard or mouse lights.Contacted Diamond Tech assistance (had to wait till Monday, received on Friday evening). Spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for tech support who then took down my name and number and told me that an additional tech support would get in touch with me. When I asked when I was informed that it would hopefully be in the identical day. I have not been contacted for the final three hours. If you go to Diamond's site to download the most up to date drivers be prepared for disappointment. To give you an idea of how poorly the on the internet database is kept, the drivers obtainable on the web site had been version 10.four, the video card came with a drivers disk, version ten.six. If you acquire it, plan on returning it. I know I am.
