Cons: Thick, heavy cable

Pros: Sound goodComfortable to wearDecent build quality for the price
Comment:
I got them during a half price sale, which made them a fantastic deal. The sound and volume is good but not outstanding. I use these at home and work on the PC to not disturb people around me. Tried them out on my Onkyo home theatre but was disappointed with the sound. However, I am very happy with them for the price paid!

Cons: Regular price of 99$ costs them a 4 star rating should be priced at 40-50$ range. plastic feel had to break in headphones early sound had distortion

Pros: comfortprice on sale was 60$sound after break in.
Comment:
I bought these thinking beyerdynamic cant go wrong right?well early impressions are they feel flimsy and really plastic/ cheap feeling. The sound early on had some distortion with bass esp on my xonar dx sound card on my guest pc. perhaps the sound card was putting out a little to much ohms for them or something i am not quite sure. I replaced them on that pc with a pair of logitech g230's which do not have any distortion and i stuck the beyerdynamics in my laptop bag instead. Although to my surprise when i when to used them on my (MSI-GT70-20C) laptop also with a amplified headphone output i have no distortion at even max sound and I'm now getting good bass reproduction and all around great sound quality so I have a feeling the headphones needed to break in or loosen up. So all in all what turned out early to be a dud ended up being a pretty good pair of headphones for the road and they sound really good now too and also are quite loud when turned up on this laptop so it's hard to imagine it was a wattage issue. I'd recommend them if you can get them on sale or say 40-50$ but they are too light plastic feeling for the 99$ price-tag on them for regular pricing.
