Felt great out of the packaging, superb fit and comfort, awesome build quality, and easy pairing to my phone (LG Dare). I heard THEM just fine; no one, I mean NO one could even tell I had even answered the phone! Bought one and returned it because I thought it was a defective unit and the replacement had the same issues. |

This was a fine headset at first, although people often had trouble hearing me. About 5 months in, suddenly no one could hear me. Funny thing is I can hear callers on it perfectly now.! No longevity and not worth the price. |

I purchased this bluetooth headset to replace an identical that I thought I had lost. Of course, I found it after purchasing this replacement. No matter, I'm keeping both -- it's a great headset. Clear and comfortable to wear. Best headset I've ever had, and I've had several. |

This is a great unit! Is very easy to set up, extremely light and works perfect each and every time I have used it. I have tried many different units, but I really preferred this one. I have to hand it to Plantronics for a great headset. They do exactly what they said they would do. |

i have grown tired of purchasing ''the best'' bluetooth headsets only to be dissapointed and out the purchase price. i had decided to just get the cheapest made since the good ones were not any better. my last 2 tries were the blueant z9i and the blueant v1 both with noise cancel features which do work and people could here me fine. but i struggled to hear them and would push the unit into my ear for a better fit & trying for better sound. i gave-up. then i read some reviews on plantronics 925 but not seeing the noise cancel feature made me nervous. but what i did notice, this was the only unit where the folks making the reviews seemed to REALLY be happy with the headset and so i was off to try one more before completely throwing in the towel. this was a good choice as i have never felt the need to make a review before, here i am. another happy owner of a 925! so far i have no complaints and the folks who i have made calls with praised the sound quality. this unit has 3-settin |

An average performer in many respects. Fit is quite good, however, over time, the headset tends to tilt out of position and point downward the more you wear it. Very comfortable for long periods of time, however. Sound quality is average. The boom tends to rub against your face from time to time, which can be irritating and annoying. Build quality is outstanding, however, and the kit is very complete with 3 sizes of earpieces, micro USB to USB cable, and portable charger/case (which is arguably the best feature of the unit). This replaced a BlueAnt z9 which was horrific. The BlueAnt replaced a Jabra JX10 -- which was excellent, but the fit, over long periods of time, was uncomfortable. This is an expensive headset for what it is. |
The best one I've had so far! Several of my friends bought one on my recomendation and have loved them. Can't beat the price either. Very clear and easy to use. I especially like the 2 phone link. I also like how small and comfortable it is, I don't have to walk around with a huge contraption on my head.
