Overall, if you want a decent headet for a decent price. I have never had a headset so light and comfortable. It feels like air on your head. The ear covers are also a made of a nice material and you won't get hot wearing them. Overall it fits pretty comfortably and is decently adjustable. For some reason the ear pieces turn which I could never really figure out why except to take it apart. The cord is short, so unless you are plugging it into the front USB port on your computer you are probably going to need an extension.Does not work in USB 3.0 ports. Crackling, Popping, Dropping Sound.Overall, terrible construction. I had to resolder two of the cables in the left can, one of the speaker wires broken loose on it's own and when I repaired it I managed to rip out the mic cable as well and had to solder it back in.If you are rough on headsets, this one probably won't last.After I had used it for about 3 months, I think either the speakers themselves were damaged as I got this annoying static on everything that could only be fixed by unplugging and replugging in. When you did that sound might not come back in all applications meaning ending your game and restarting.Support with Plantronics seems dodgy as well. I can't really find a way to start an RMA on there website. Looking up some of the issue I was having, they had been reported in early 2013 and by the end of 2014 people are still reporting the same issue. Whether or not it's a problem because their construction is terrible or if the software doesn't work properly.Also the software is terrible. Only two functions. Turn Dolby Surround On or Off and Choose between Movie and Gaming/Music Mode.The only reason I would buy these again is because they are so darn comfortable and light.
