Well they have recently updated the drivers for this card. Patience is key to running this card. You must read everything carefully to understand how it works, and how it will benefit your online experiences. Go to their web address, and find out more details if in doubt. So far I'm very impressed while playing halo pc online. My ping is lower and is steady, and not jumping around like before. I use dsl. When I'm playing with heavy weapons, and have a lot people around at the same time, there is no more of the lag that I had before, or any missed shots. Very impressed! I was very scared at first, but I took a chance, and wish I had not waited so long to buy it. Looks like police lights in my tower now. Firewall is nice too. Add to cart, and click buy already!

this is a good buy but its not for every one you have to up date the firmware right out of the box so that it will work so go to the website first and download all the drivers and firmware you need

It's a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it. Noticeably smoother when on WOW. Me likey a lot!

The price is a bit expensive in line with serious gaming hardware, but this product improves the latency for a faster gaming experience and frame rates for smoother game play online in which makes it worth it. I noticed a competative advantage for FPS and MMO games like TF2 and WOW

It did nothing for my gaming. I actually got higher latency with this card than with my onboard gigabit. Don't waste your money on this. It has a ton of features which won't do you squat. I feel as if I just threw $106 in the paper shredder.

This product will not magically SPEED up your internet, go and upgrade your package or get a new provider.

I play and download at a time without losing velosidad discharge. Total what counts is incredible. Good product. I did not expect much.

I bought my first Killer NIC a little less than a year ago from EVGA, and promptly returned it because it would not install properly on my system. I thought I would try the Visiontek version as an early Christmas gift to myself, and took the plunge through Tiger. I am happy to say, that this time, it works - and pretty well at that. I mainly play CS:1.6, TF2 and COD4 and I have to say, that this card helps. My games are not as jerky as they used to be, and it seems like my frame rates are a bit higher all the way around. The Dashboard utility is great too - I have a Logitech Gaming keyboard with LCD display and Bigfoot's Dashboard shows all its stats on my keyboard's display - very cool. A big thumb's up to Visiontek and Bigfoot for getting it right this time.

It improved ping for gaming a little and added a firewall. Not worth the money I paid for it.

I have a EVGA classified MB with a i7 920 6 gigs of RAM, and GTX295 all watercooled. The onboard Gigabit lan runs just as fast as this thing does, if not faster. There are no performance gains to this card. I bought because i had money burning a hole in my pocket and wanted to see if the hype was real or not. My onboard lan is actually faster in most cases. The only thing i like about the card isnt actually the card but the program that comes with it that lets me decide what bandwidth goes to what programs. Look for reviews on this card at youtube. it shows a $30 intel NIC killing this card. And i say killing because at a 3rd of the price and 10MS faster, that is killing. Seriously if your having problems in games its your internet provider, not your Network card people. Also if you do buy this make sure you update to the newest drivers (12-17-09) or else you will blue screen like a SOB. This is the most recockulous product i have ever bought!

Verify this card will work with your motherboard befroe you buy. My MSI 790FX-GD70 is not comaptible with this card. I talked to Bigfoot tech (good guy) and he told me that there are several mobo's that are incompatible with this card. I installed in my son's EVGA socket 775 mobo and it worked fine. Really has alot of nice features. Excellent card. I wish it was compatible with my mobo.

Kudos to VisionTek on the Xeno Pro gaming network card, Graphics cards help you get good visuals, but dont do anything for your networking for online gaming. The Xeno Pro helped improve my in-game ping and FPS. Cool hardware firewall that runs on the card as well to protect your PC. Nice touch to my gaming rig

Got it a few days ago and used it for a small LAN party. I was kind of skeptical at first, but it's surprisingly smooth. There's a few other things on here I haven't had time to check out.. but it works as advertised!
