Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Nice size. Weight adjustable. Works on a number of different surfaces.
Comment:
It's a basic gaming mouse. Nothing flashy. Nothing really special. That's all I was looking for at the time. So far, it's done me well. I've used it on a number of different surfaces, both with and without a mousepad, as well as different types of mousepads (cloth and plastic). It just doesn't seem to matter, the tracking seems to be just as accurate no matter what surface it was used on. If there was one "con" to it -- and this just comes down to personal preference -- is that I'm not a fan of the grainy texture of the rubberized portions of the mouse. I like the rubberized texture, but would have preferred it to be smooth. The ability to adjust its weight is a bonus.

Cons: none

Pros: Excellent tracking ability and accuracy. Use adjustable and customizable sensitivity profile on the fly. Hyperwheel is one of my favorite feature of Logitech mouse. Cloth braided cable. Comfortable palm mouse for long session usage including competitive gaming. No input lag.
Comment:
It still remains my primary mouse for everything I do from muti-tasking to gaming. It's reliable and never gave me any trouble in my past 2 years of ownership.

Cons: Bit pricey.

Pros: Very accurate, extra buttons, comfortable, and good software.
Comment:
Switched from an MS sidewinder X5 to this. I'm pretty happy with it, had it price matched to $53.Adjustable weight is actually pretty nice if you mess around with it a bit. The extra levels of adjustable DPI can be added with the Logitech software. So you can have more than 3 if desired. Buttons seem easy to reach. The scroll wheel toggle to switch between infinite and and standard scrolls is good. Would buy again.

I got this mouse a few months ago to replace an old Logitech M500 that was dying. It's a good upgrade, it feels more confortable than my old M500. You can adjust the sensibility of the mouse directly on it.

Cons: Braided cord came with kinks in the cord, which are not covered by the sleeve. Sometimes the sleeve material that is not covering the cord will catch on the desk, but it is not a major issue.

Pros: Been going strong for two years now (seems like forever). The ability to control mouse wheel as per-click or infinity glide is invaluable.
Comment:
This mouse is amazing for fine control in both work and gaming. Most of the buttons are perfectly placed and the mouse wheel is amazing. After two years of constant use, the feet are getting close to replacement and the grip material on the Left side (Thumb) has worn through.Overall the best ~$50 mouse I have ever had, and would probably by another if this one died.

Got it as a warranty replacement for my G5.Very precise tracking.Works on glossy white surface without a mouse pad.Comes with weight modifiers.Protected cables.Very nice grip on small hand.By the way, very work customer service by Logitech. My G5 stopped functioning within warranty. Call them and they asked a few questions. Once I told them the Laser light is not on when plugged in while the rest of the mouse lights are on, they issue the RMA right away, and while I'm sending back my G5, the replacement is already on the way. They send me a brand new retail boxed G500 as a replacement.

Although high-end Logitech mouses barely have major price drops on their products, you get what you pay for. Long lasting mouse and would last over 3+ years. I've owned G400, G5, G500 ect, and not one has failed on me. Recommend to anyone. ++

Cons: Mouse has dark stains over time.

Pros: Excellent sensitivity, weight add-on choices.

Excellent gaming mouse, though 5700dpi is near impossible to utilize unless you're that good.I'd say it's worth the money since a mouse lasts quite a while.

Cons: The middle button kind of "worn out" and is so easy to click it's a bit strange, I keep hiting it by error when trying to scroll down webpages.

Pros: Best mouse for all around gamingWeight adjustmentNice looking designDPI presets are so great!
Comment:
Excellent mouse for all around gaming, you won't want to go back after this. The wire of this mouse is cloth-coated making it impossible to wear out.I've been using mine HEAVILY for a year or so now and the only con I could say is that the middle button is too sensitive, but some will say it's just great! There was little to none learning curve with this mouse, I've also used it on a trip and it glides on any surface such as car seats and whatever you want, this is the product you want if you plan on keeping a mouse over the years that won't die on you if you beat it up and click like crazy in shooter games.

Cons: Cheap Feel

Pros: None Really
Comment:
I don't know why people would give this mouse such Praise!I have owned Logtech Mice products before and to be honest This mouse should Not! carry logitechs name.It has a cheap feel. And the weights really don't improve the feel much either.Yes it has adjustable DPI!Yes it has buttons that can be programed. In 2 weeks the scroll lock shift button broke under normal use.So now I have to ship it back to Logitech for replacement. And for $70 this mouse should be Perfect!....Its Not!Look at others in this price range 1st.

Priced down to $62.99, nothing better in life than playing a FPS with logitech gaming mice. Have tried Razer, etc. before but tend to find drivers flacky, even with WinXP.

Comment:
I tried the weight adjustment and it didn't do anything for me really. The mouse feels great in use and that is very important to me. Very quick and easy to adjust the DPI for different uses. I could complin about the price but I'm happy with the mouse so money well spent.

Pros: Love the weight adjustmentComfortablePreciseAwesome for gaming
Comment:
All around this mouse is great. I have a big thumb so for me the buttons are a little too low and I tend to hit them by accident. But besides that the Mouse is very good and precise.I recommend it to anybody. Especially when it comes on special around 50$.

Cons: Very little....

Pros: High & changeable resolution, lots of buttons, nice grip, etc., etc.
Comment:
Needing another mouse, I figured why mess with what works, so I got one of these to replace my G5. This mouse is very similar to the G5, but is superior in pretty much every way, except one.Good points:- Very high resolution,- Changeable resolution, with a simple button press,- Five resolution settings, totally user configurable,- Weight of the mouse is also user configurable, which is a big plus,- Lots of buttons, also all user configurable,- Scroll wheel can work a click at a time, or freewheel, with the click of a button, and also scrolls sideways, which, although I haven't used it very much, could be handy for some huge pics or documents- Nice grippy material on the sides.Nitpicky thing:- I prefer the somewhat grippy feel of the finish on the top of my G5, over the smooth finish used on the G500, but after a bit of time it's easy to get used to.If you need a new mouse, and want something full-featured, with a very high resolution, and is totally user configurable, you simply can't go wrong with one of these!!!
