Cons: - A bit heavy & unbalanced with two batteries.
Pros: - Crazy good battery life.- Comfortable (as a right hander).- Overall layout is near perfect.- Middle mouse button actually IS perfect.- Dual mode for battery life or high polling.- Programmable via the Logitech gaming software.- Dedicated buttons for changing the DPI.- Two Duracell alkaline batteries included.- Can operate with just one battery.- Nice large pads on the bottom. Comment:
I got tired of having to swap out a dead Ni-MH battery from my Logitech G700S every single day, so on a whim I purchased the G602S to replace it based solely on the reviews here. The G700S, which I've been using for six months now, isn't a bad mouse at all per se. It is simply my opinion that the Logitech G602S is better; to whit, I've been using it quite a lot all week now with just one battery and it's still at full capacity. It's more than just good battery life though. The button layout is actually better on the G602S too and the feel of the middle mouse button is pretty much perfect IMHO. I prefer detents (which this one has) and I really like how precise and satisfying middle clicking is on it. The DPI buttons are much easier to click without messing up, as are the side buttons which the G602S has more of.The only down side so far is that it's a tad heavy when using two batteries and it tended to tip backwards every time I lifted it off the mouse pad because of this. Thankfully it can operate with only one battery and is actually really well balanced that way. The weight with only one battery is approximately the same as the G700S, so I'm 100% good with that.Thankfully I never did buy that spare G700S I mentioned when doing it's review (didn't know at the time just how hard it would be on batteries), but I definitely plan to do so with this G602S because it's easily one of the best mice I've used in a long time. In fact I think the last time I used one I actually liked this much was the Logitech MX-1000 back in late 2004. All in all, I have no regrets at all. |

Cons: Just personal tastes but a hyper scrolling option (like the MX Performance) and a ring/pinky finger landing area would make this mouse absolutely perfect.
Pros: Optical sensor, amazing battery life, 6 buttons for your thumb! Comment:
So far this is my favourite mouse. The combination of GOOD wireless, optical sensor, well laid out extra buttons, replaceable batteries, large size with some weight to it, good battery life is hard to find in one mouse. Those specs were very important to me after trying many mice and being disappointed in them all in some way. This covered them all plus you get the Logitech great customer service should you need it. |

Cons: very largenot great for claw gripsno hyper scroll (very disappointing)DPI buttons and some of the side buttons hard to reach without changing gripthe "G" software is cumbersome and freezes on me. not very good
Pros: solid logitech constructionon the fly DPI switchingbig thumb rest11 programmable buttonstextured plasticvery smooth movement on gaming mousepad tiny usb reciever (not a big desk one so its good for laptops)comes with copper tops pre installed (not cheapo batteries)can run on one battery Comment:
picked this up on sale and am overall pretty happy with it. i upgraded from low end logitech wireless mouse that came with my laptop as a gift and i was playing BF4 with for months and it was making my hand cramp due to its small size. so switching to a real gaming mouse is a major improvement my only real complaints would be the customizable buttons on the side and the DPI buttons are not easy to reach when im gaming but i do have short fingers and use a claw grip so this probably wont be a problem for many. its def suited for palm grippers the back of the mouse is very large. the weight is good and the feet slide well. hyper scroll would be nice but for sixty dollars i will live. over all the mouse is pretty comfortable and my thumb or pinky finger dont drag on the table as for battery life i have no idea yet but it only takes 2 double A's so im not worried about it. glad i went with logitech again |

Cons: none so far
Pros: Comfy, long battery, lots of buttons Comment:
This mouse is pretty darn comfy and works well. You do need to have the wireless receiver very close, but it comes with a long USB extension cable, so its easy to do. Not having a built in Lithium battery is a plus, as once that dies, its toast but this one you can just grab some rechargable batteries and be good to go. If I run into any problems down the line, I'll update here, otherwise this is a sweet mouse. |

Cons: too many programmable buttons?
Pros: 2 modes for power/performance. dpi change buttons. great feel (medium sized hand) Comment:
definitely was interested in this mouse after buying the performance mouse. battery life was horrible with that one.may purchase a second for use at work. |

Cons: weight not adjustable, no pinkie finger rest, awkward size for those with claw grips, no hyperscroll wheel, not as many buttons as other gaming mice, not laser tracking
Pros: good weight (heavy), rubberized palm area, dpi button, normal and high polling mode, works with 1 battery Comment:
I purchased this the first time I saw NCIX have it onsale for $59. I was looking for a good multi-button mouse to replace my other gaming and non-gaming mice. I wanted the convenience I normally play RPG style games and maybe some shooters on a single monitor so I dont really need an ultra high DPI setting. The center sliding switch also toggles between performance (240 hours) to endurance mode (1440 hours) of continous use.Cordless, Wireless. I know most people will argue that a true gamer will need wired controllers to be reliable and accurate but I'm using both a wireless logitech keyboard and mouse for gaming needs and I have yet to have an issue Prior to purchase, I was looking at the next model up, the G700s but decided not to get it since it has an internal fixed rechargeable batteries and those usually die within a year or so. Even though the G700s still works in corded mode, it defeats the purpose of buying the more expensive option. Logitech also indicated that the mouse can run with a single battery (naturally cutting the usage time by about half, but still very repectable compared to some other gaming mouse)This is, however, not a so-new logitech feature for their mice. Most of the dual battery mice can run on a single AA battery. I've tested this with the M5xx series, M7xx series and even the generic looking bundled mice with the MK300/MK320 keyboardsLogitech has improved on the materials and plastics. Most logitech mice look really good when new but tend to have shiny and slippery spots after just a few days of use. The G602 has a rubberized upper palm area and a rougher textured finish for the lower palm area that extends to either side of the mouse.Logitech a 500MHz dedicated receiver so this one wont work with "unifying" devices but that is to be expected in order to achieve the higher polling rate consistently. The button layout is perfect for me (a smaller hand but with a palm grip) so I generally tend to go for bigger miceI like this mouse so much that it has become my everyday mouse even for generic tasks. I can switch on the fly from endurance mode to performance mode as needed or you can further customize using the Logitech gaming software. There are several things that I still would have preferred:1. An adjustable weight system - which they seem to have added to the G502 Proteus model. I solved this by using good rechargeable batteries (duracell, energizer, rayovac - at least 2200mAH and not cheap unbranded low capacity ones)2. A pinkie finger landing zone or a slighlty smaller wing like appendage similar to the thumb area3. A hyperscroll wheel that you can toggle to regular click-scrolling or ultra-fast scrolling for very long webpages or spreadsheets (this is also now present on the Proteus G502[edit] I've connected the G602 to a trendnet TK-209K KVM so I can switch between my work machine and gaming machine and both the mouse and kboard works without any lag. I have also since moved back to a rubberized cloth surface mouse pad instead of my Vespula hard pad. I dont see any noticeable tracking differences and the softer surface seems to be kinder on the PTFE feet of the G602. |

Cons: Clicks loudlyNo Fast ScrollSpecific USB Receiver (not so bad)
Pros: Long battery lifeComfortableWirelessBunch of Buttons I don't useLONG Battery LifeResponsive on most surface (bed sheets) Comment:
Great mouse, super comfortable and it's wireless.Takes 2 double A's. I think. Maybe they are Triple... fact is i removed the plastic and haven't needed to change the batteries since, it's been over a month.Where the batteries are stored there is also a slot of hold the micro receiver so its all compact. It's a bit loud, and could use with a fast scroll, but it's a great buy for under $65. |

Cons: - Heavy, thumb & ring fingers will get a workout picking up this mouse!- Need to develop a habit of switching off the mouse when not in use to max battery life- Finger training for double tiered buttoms to prevent mis-clicks
Pros: - Solid feel, well built & wireless!!- Smooth mouse travel (using G440 pad)- Lots of programable buttons- Great fit for my medium sized hand- Uses regular AA batteries- Two use battery modes: performance & endurance Comment:
This mouse replaces my G7 which I loved (G7 batteries losing charge & non-replaceable). After only 1 week, I really like this mouse and consider it a worth replacement. Looking forward to long battery life on endurance mode. |

Cons: price, if full price.
Pros: Very sensitive, nice shape, good amount of buttons. Comment:
Just got this mouse, and it's a big difference from my old mouse, but I really like it. I like to use a wireless mouse, even for gaming, and this one gives me a really quick response time. I am detecting no lag at all at this point. For a wireless mouse, there is a good amount of buttons on the side to key bind stuff and it's a pretty comfortable mouse. |

Cons: non
Pros: The most comfortable mouse I have ever used Comment:
everything about this mouse is perfect for me, I have medium to large hands and I claw this mouse and it feels perfect in my hand, the right click might be a little too light for me but all mice are but this one isn;t too bad for that.In linux most of the buttons work out of the box except G6 but that is much better than most gaming mice I've used.If I had to complain I would complain that the wireless dongle isn't unifyed, it would be nice to be able to run both my keyboard and mouse off on one usb but taht is a small compromise for this incredible mouse |

Cons: You CANNOT program multi-command macros
Pros: Battery life, design, Logitech quality Comment:
I bought this mouse because of the DPI shift function, as well as Logitech's great gaming software. I have the Corsair M60 right now, but HATE the software that comes with it. It's a pain in the ass to use.It is listed in the features on NCIX's website, and Logitech's that you can program macros to the buttons. This is false. |

Cons: Glitchy driver that messes up with laptop touch padsHeavy to carry it around
Pros: High quality buildFits long fingers or large handsGaming profilesTons of buttonsdpi quick switchCouldn't tell the difference between wired mouse to wireless Comment:
This mouse is a beast, it is everything that I have ever asked for when it comes to wireless gaming. Super good feed back, high dpi, and best of all it fits my hands well. Using the mouse it feels really comfortable. For anyone who had previous experience of internal wire snap with wired mouse, you might want to look into the G602 as your replacement. |
First wireless mouse and can say that its exceeded my expectations. Battery life is amazing. It will run in performance mode for months on end without replacing the batteries. Who needs to turn off the mouse when it lasts for so long. Tracking is good and response is quick in performance mode. Shame the DPI can't be more finely tuned, and the mouse acceleration toggle is not shown in the "On-board memory" mode, but the game detect mode (yet still affects in both modes). My first mouse also had the middle click slowly die on me. Too much browsing and using it for new tabs. Buying another for work, so figured I would leave this review.
