Cons: It doesn't open my garage door or start my car. I mean come on people! Logitech did an AWESOME job with this one! A few things worth mentioning, though. The box was a little smushed when it arrived. Newegg put it in a big envelope and it looks like it had a rough trip. Everything inside it survived so I really don't mind. It actually makes a lot more sense than shipping it in a big cardboard box stuffed with peanuts. Second, even though the web based inteface for setup and programing is fantastic, if you got no internety, it no worky.

Pros: Great design, afforable, extremely quick and easy to set up, can program nearly any command from an origional remote without pointing another remote at it, very good button sensitivity (e.g. volume control,) AND IT IS PERFECTLY SIMPLE!
Comment:
If I was going to spend $50 on a remote, this is what I would expect. Finally, somebody figured out that most people don't need a 9 device remote with a smartphone screen on the front of it. But, they do need something better than your everyday run of the mill universal remote. It is perfect for me and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Cons: Cant see device list without actually buying a remote and plugging it in. May have a problem with working with XP.

Pros: Nice layout, easy to hold, hugh list of programmed devices. This is the only one in the Harmony remote line that is nicely affordable.
Comment:
I've been using this for a month now, for my Viewsonic TV, Sony Blu-Ray, Shaw PVR and ASUS O!Play. I am happy with the result, after a little tweaking. While all the Harmony remotes have a lot of functionality, this is the only one that I could justify paying for, without actually knowing how well it worked. The remote is a nice size too fit in the hand, buttons in logical locations. The software to configure the remote didn't work on my rather old Windows XP box but it did work on my Windows 7 laptop. There is a rather huge list of devices that Harmony does support, but you have to buy a remote and plug it in before you ever get a chance to look at the long list. This remote nicely replaces my 4 other remotes. I did have to do a couple of extra tweaks with the software as not all the O!Play buttons had been automatically programmed in. The software allowed me to do the extra tweaks. Also wanted the sound level to always adjust the TV sound, not the sound level coming out of O!Play.A little worried that down the road I will end up with a fifth device that I want to control. There is a limitation of 4 devices to control with this remote. Admittedly, after buying this Harmony remote and seeing their extensive list, I may not be so apprehensive next time about spending more on a remote that could control more devices. One warning, if you are not rather comfortable with computers, the software, while easy enough to use, will intimidate you. Get a geek to help.
