Cons: It's a bit plasticky, but it's lasted quite some time. Some less-known device codes may need some online research.
Pros: This remote makes managing a big media system much easier. The PC/mac software asks you about your devices and automatically suggests a configuration. Upload configuration to the remote via usb, and one button turns on/off only the relevant systems. It's quite a complete system. Comment:

The remote is a nice size and shape. Haven't dropped it yet. The little LCD screen is clear and scales fonts to fit. All buttons are back lit except for the top "shortcut" buttons. It only does 5 remotes but it's worth it for the price. If you have 5 or less remotes you want to replace this is a great product.
