Cons: Flakey software if you want to use the adapter for any other bluetooth use. Can interfere with WIFI reception if you have the bluetooth reciever plugged into a USB port next to a WIFI adapter.

Pros: This Keyboard and mouse combo is bullet proof. KB batteries last a year or more in a daily use office environment. Mouse needs to be recharged once a week or less.
Comment:
I have 4 of these combos in use in my home and office. They all work flawlessly. My home keyboard went through its 1st battery in about 2-3 years. The mouse gets charged every several weeks. For gaming the Keyboard is OK. The mouse- is pretty good but a wired is better (Middle mouse button missing for gamers). The range is great. I never have a problem getting out of range with this combo. What more can I say- I own 4 of these.

Amazing keyboard. Great rage, reliability, battery life. Nothing to complain about. Works great and worth the price. Best wireless / bluetooth keyboard and mouse I have used. People giving it 3 and 4 stars for dumb reasons should be slapped in the face followed by a swift kick to the groin

I'm very happy with this mouse keyboard combo. I bought it for the mx mouse, which I really like the scrolling features, I'm always using it. Great to have programmable buttons too, I pop windows 7 magnifier from a batch file when pressing the top button, allow me to navigate my blue-ray menu when watching a movie on my plasma tv from my computer. The keyboard is great too, I pretty often use the calculator function on it and like to see the clock on its lcd when in game.

Cons: Keyboard could be better, doesn't feel like your typing on a hundred dollar keyboard.

Pros: Software and mouse
Comment:
I really like this mouse, I have a logitech mx revolution and it has a button for switching between fast scroll and clicking scroll mode. On the mouse in this bundle, its clicking scroll mode, and switches automatically to fast scroll mode with you flick it.VERY INTRESTING - MUST READWhen you buy this you pay for the mouse and heres why.- I have calibrated my mouse so that in office applications, its scrolls freely, in the internet browswer it clicks slighty but other wise scrolls freely, and in normal windows it clicks heavily, and to get it to scroll freely its a hard flick. Basically via software some how, the mouse changing its profile as you change where its pointing, and you can have a different profile for every program installed. - Feel is amazing.- Charge only lasts about 15 days, but charges in 1 hour.- Works on glass - Pretty much anything about the mouse and keyboard can be changed in the included softwareI saw a review where someone complained about the keyboard being audiable when you enable and disable caps lock, but the sound can be turned off. You can even disable caps lock key all together, along with the windows key ( for gamers, althought this keyboard isn't oriented towards them) and some other keys i forget.BOTTOM LINE Buy it for the mouse, and use the keybaord with it. Software is too good. Who cares if the keyboard doesn't have many bells and whistles, its not backlit because it runs on AA batteries. If you want it lit up, get a wired keyboard.

I love this keyboard, it's the first thing I've ever bought for it's design. I find a new feature in in almost every week. The clock really helps me, when in full screen mode. I also love all the short cut keys and still haven't tried them all yet to see what surprise I find. The mouse is great to, I'm constantly using the search button. When I discovered the Z axis stroller, I fell in love with it.

This keyboard and mouse combo is wonderful! We had a Microsoft combo of similar specs and price range but it was AWFUL! This is a refreshing change, so far it has never hung up or quit responding like the Microsoft combo. The range on the Logitech is superior as well. Great buy!

Cons: Quality is less than what you would expect at this priceVolume controls on keyboard are not so goodMouse was bad for so many reasons, see below.

Pros: Lookin' goodComfortableLCD display is a plus, makes the whole thing look good and displays info that can sometimes be useful, such as room temperature. Lots of shortcut keys, can be programmed from the software
Comment:
This a nice keyboard, but for $200 it could be better. I got this when I built my pc more than 1 1/2 years ago (it was cheaper then too, I got a great deal on it on sale). The keyboard is comfortable, and is not too big and not too small. It has all the keys you would expect plus more shortcut keys which you can program to do whatever you want. Also has a flip-3d shortcut, and zoom in/out. Originally, the keys had a really nice, dampened feel when pressed. It really felt like a quality product. Unfortunately that did not last very long. Two months later, they started to rattle and became really noisy, just like any other cheap "plastic & springs" keyboard. That was really disappointing. Also, the media controls are poorly designed, they are too small and packed too close to each other. I can never hit the right one, and good luck trying to use them in the dark when watching a movie. The mouse was really disappointing. First off, the rechargeable battery was built in, and you could only recharge it with the charger supplied. Unfortunately the 2 contacts on the bottom of the mouse soon became corroded and made very poor contact with the base, so recharging that thing was a pain. Also, I am not sure why Logitech would think that I want a mouse charger on my desk. I bought a wireless desktop to get rid of clutter and cables, so yeah, thanks for that crappy charger, Logitech. (didn't know about it when I bought it, I thought you can just charge it through USB, like my previous one.) Second, the mouse never felt comfortable for me. The thumb groove was too deep, and I always had to be careful to avoid accidentally hitting the thumb wheel, so my thumb would just start to hurt after 10 minutes of using the mouse. And third, the mouse would just become completely unresponsive once in a while, for no apparent reason. When that happened, I had to turn it off and then back on from the button on the bottom, and then it would work again. So anyway, I was never happy with the mouse, and I got rid of it and replaced a few months ago with a Logitech Performance MX, which is a HUGE IMPROVEMENT, it's what the Revolution should have been from the beginning. So overall, I still like the keyboard, but for $200, I would not be all that happy with this combo.

Cons: Older PC's may have trouble interfacing with the keyboard/mouse prior to driver install, unlike with many RF based sets. Mouse battery life is a bit short (13-14 days) compared to AA based counterparts (2-3 months+). Can be a slight response delay when mouse/keyboard is in standby before kicking back in. Mouse's search key is pointless and placed in a bad spot. Volume controls are lacklustre. LCD invisible in dark rooms. LCD Display actually sticks up so much that it may not fit under some keyboard trays with the legs up (!?).

Pros: Very comfortable typing surface. Mouse is sleek and form-fitting for both large and small hands. LCD is clear in medium-bright light, visible in low light (monitor light is enough for it to be seen in some cases). LCD display of temperature, current playing track (with progress bar), volume and more is just plain freakin neat. Built in standalone calculator function too, no less!
Comment:
Wireless keyboards/mice are generally geared towards those who wish to type than game, and this review is with that in mind. Gamers need not apply, this combo is NOT for you!I find this keyboard one of the most comfortable I have ever typed on, legs up or down. I RARELY like using a keyboard with the legs down, but after only an hour on this one I became not only comfortable, but preferred it. The layout of the keyboard is simple, and though the F-row keys and volume control keys leave a lot to be desired, what this keyboard truly specializes in (shockingly!) is being a keyboard. Honestly they could have done without the extra feature buttons entirely and I'd review it the same...the "Media Center" button and it's companions at the bottom right are all but useless, but I do from time to time at least utilize the mute button on the left. The mouse is just sexy. It feels good to hold, it functions beautifully and responds very well with no lag unless the batteries are low. The batteries last an acceptable amount of time, but are far from stellar. Recharge time, though, is very short which is nice. The search button they included at the top of the mouse is all but useless and poorly placed, but at least they tried. Luckily it's just small enough that accidental presses are nonexistant most of the time (a few wobbly pops might trigger some rage, but luckily you won't likely remember)If you're looking for a new set of wireless joy for your PC, Laptop, HTPC, or even your Playstation 3 (YES it works great with one...NO there's barely any use for it unless you have Linux installed, but oh well!), this is a very good choice. I got mine for $99 Canadian from Best Buy...I'd say it's worth up to around the $149 mark. This review was modfied by poster y 03-24-10 01:59 AM This review was modfied by poster @ 03-24-10 01:39 AM

I ordered the mouse and keyboard so that I could use my computer with my new LCD TV and it is wonderful. The batteries on both products last a REALLY long time, they were easy to setup and use and have a lot of really good features. No problem recommending this one. Wish they were just a tad cheaper, but after a bit of comparing I couldn't find anything with the features for less.

I like all the features on the keyboard. zoom, media, photo, gadgets, and a great mouse that allows you to program the buttons. It even will search a highlighted word from 5 different search engines. It also can kick in a fast scroll that can have you at the bottom of the page at maniac speed. The mouse has it's own rechargeable cradle and keeps it charged for weeks while it takes maybe a half hour from dead to full strength to charge. If I ever assassinated it with Mountain Dew I would buy another one the same day.

My pc has been part of my home entertainment system for over 5 yrs, and I have tried several (atleast 5) different wireless keyboards and none have them have been worth a darn, but the most expensive one that i ever tried before might have cost 60 bucks. Now this Keyboard cost over 120, but you get what yuou pay for. It works great, no complaints. I dont use the mouse, (I'm a trackball guy), so if logitech would put out a bluetooth version of thier basic trackball, it would make my day, and after seeing the performance of this keyboard, I would be willing to pay a 100 bucks for it. But anyway, great keyboard.

Good quality product. The keyboard is very comfortable, and has plenty of handy features. I love the mouse, though. Not only is it comfortable, but there are so many buttons that come in handy for gaming. I own 2 other bluetooth keyboard-mouse combos from the same manufacturer, and this mouse is by far the best. The functional range is perfect for scenarios where your using a large display and your PC is on the other side of the room. It's actually plug and play, but to get all the options you need to install the software. The only downer is the price... and for that price you'd think they'd include a USB extension cable for the receiver (like they did with the MX-5000). Still, a great product.

Well... I had such great hopes for my snazzy new keyboard since I'd 'made do' with a standard combo for a while. I love the available features and quick use buttons as well as the overall look and feel of the keys and mouse. However, getting the Logitech software to fully function has been another story. Even after following all of Logitech's posted help information, obviously a known issue, still no luck. So, for now, I'm just using it as a regular wireless setup without all of the cool features.

Like- Superb construction! Its like a spaceship. Lots of useful features and the ones you don't use are low key enough to stay out of sight. Very smooth mousing and very quiet typing. Plays well with W7. Neutral- Calculator and numlock button are 1. When num lock is off, the little display becomes the calculator and hitting enter will copy results to the clipboard. I was expecting an OS calc button, but you can configure another button to do that. Dislike- Keyboard creeks a little when twisted, I was hoping for uni-body construction for this price. Was hoping for a nail drive connector that would be more notebook friendly. I'm slightly missing my right mouse button that was on my last keyboard (useful for spell check without leaving the keyboard). The pause button will go back to the beginning of song then pause when hitting a second time. Lastly, I can't seem to find where to setup an email inbox for keyboard notifications.
