Cons: a bit expensive 1CDR=1$

Pros: Verbatim top-notch quality as usual
Comment:
Nothing to say on quality, Verbatim always been high quality backup media. I got a Lightscribe burner a long time ago but never really try that feature until a few days ago. It's pretty cool, but it comes rather expensive if you're using them for every purposes. I hope they come down in price more. Highly recommended for CDs you wanna keep for a long time.

Cons: - none

Pros: - lightscribe- fast burns!
Comment:
NO coasters to date and I don't expect any either. Lightscribe is neet. I do recommend you download the image/templating software from http://lightscribe.com/ as this is likely easier to use than any bundled software. I would understand how other's could disagree, but personally I really liked the pea green colour of the disks.

I tried a couple of these with my LG GSA-H22L and they work very well. After a couple of practice discs, the LightScribe printout comes out very good.

Comment:
I've been using Verbatim Lightscribe CDR's for a while now, and am pleased enough that I plan to buy a 30 pack of the Verbatim 16x DVD-R ones in the near future. While Lightscribe discs are limited to monochrome rather than full color, this isn't really a limitation in my mind. I don't really care for ink jet printers due to the high clog factor involved, and paper labels have always been a pain since they never stay on for very long. Paper labels tend to shrink in a cold climate as well, causing creased ridges that may adversely affect the player it's used in. Lightscribe is a great alternative to all that hassle. Burned discs look very sharp and much more professional this way too, far better than using a permanent marker certainly. I use a LiteOn SHM-165H6S and of the 17 CDR's I've used, it hasn't burned a single coaster yet, nor messed up while burning a label. I'm close to running out of discs, and so was quite happy when I noticed recently that NCIX was selling 10 packs for $7.99 each while offering a $10 mail-in rebate as well when buying three. Thirty Lightscribe CDR's for $14.00? Fantastic! Sure hope they do the same thing with the Verbatim DVD-R's in the near future. And while they may be a little more expensive than your regular writable media, it's not like you have to use them for all your burning tasks, only the permanent ones that require a nice looking label. Who knows, it may even be possible to burn discs with a limited color range even, using current Lightscribe drives. All it would take is media with several color layers embedded and varying the laser power depending on how deep you want it to cut. Just an idea I had, but who knows?

Cons: Trop cher encore pour utiliser courament.

Pros: Très bonne qualité.Donne un aspect professionel.
Comment:

Cons: little bit pricy

Pros: good discs with no duds so far.
Comment:
I recently bought a BENQ lightscribe burner and so far i love it. These dics have worked like a charm with no faulty dics so far. They are a little bit pricy but hey, they're pretty new and nothing new is cheap. People always ask how i did the label on the disc. Would buy again.
