This webcam spits out some actually great video. I'm not confident if I could contact it "HD" but it is certainly the very best video from a webcam that I've ever observed.The incorporated software is a BLAST to use! Video works properly enough without having HD top quality for my use (tracing photos from pc to canvas). Initial: I identified out after it arrived that my computer doesn't have the requirements for the HD Excellent to operate (had to appear it up on the Logitech internet site). That's annoying.Second: I had to locate some other software to use since the included stuff doesn't give a complete screen preview. This wouldn't be a problem for every person, but I use it for art purposes so getting in a position to see what I'm doing is nice.Third: I bought this solution through a rebate chance, sent in my properly filled form with the ONLY bar code from the box and Logitech named it INVALID. So no rebate. Hmm.Oh yeah: The cable was too short so I had to purchase an active extension for it, and I taped the camera in location so it would stay exactly where I put it. General: Not pleased, but it operates... sort of. |

Definitely Great resolution, Awesome effects, video keeps up with sound fairly nicely even even though connected on the web (although) I have a decent net connection. Effects are sketchy when making use of skype but updated to most recent version of Skype and I'm having significantly less troubles |

Excellent res, cool effects (I hope the release a lot more), and I can lastly broadcast my DJ sets. This is litterally 1Ǚ the size of a dollar bill. Also the stand is a bit challenging to get steady anywhere. Final and least, the cord is way way way to brief. I have however to get it setup properly sufficient to run Traktor/Ableton w/ it on Justin.Television. I don't assume it is the WebCams fault, I think it is the truth windows 7 64bit is a PIECE. |

Uncomplicated setup and install. Operates perfectly with Skype. Swivels left and right. Operates properly under varying light situations. Short USB cord. Initially attempted to connect by way of a powered USB hub which resulted in extremely choppy video. When plugged directly into a USB port on the computer it worked perfectly. |

Clear, 720p, picture, uncomplicated to use, adjustable, cool avatar features, etc. Has supplied my close friends and me endless hours of chat roulette enjoyable! The software sucks (at least with windows 7). It takes a lengthy time to load and sometimes randomly freezes not also bad since you don't typically use a webcam for recording movies everyday. Excellent good quality webcam for Skyping with loved ones. The audio is great as well. Super effortless to set up and adjust. The base is kinda strange. It operates by hanging on the best edge of the monitor, but it hasn't fallen off but... so why am I complaining. |

The clarity from previous versions of logitech net-cams doesn't even evaluate to this for the dollars. its economical and has rather a bit of features for the cost ... good cam haven't discovered any yet , but will re-post if that changes Unrelated comment--- i have read literally 100's of evaluations and evaluations that New egg was slow on delivery.. i have to say i have been a customer for many years and By no means knowledge an situation... Awesome quality compared to my old Logitech Communicate STX. The HD quality is just a thing of beauty compared to what I utilized to have. Webcams have surely come a long way in a few brief years. I use this camera often for Skype calls and such, and it has an astounding frame rate and clarity. Even in full HD 鼐) Its rapidly and crystal clear. Ive always adore Logitech for these sort of solutions. The built-in mic is MEGA sensitive. It picks up sounds some occasions that even I cant hear. Only cause I give it a four out of five is because it randomly switches among 4ɇ and 16ɍ (Standard and HD) Either on its own or by Skype's performing. I do not get what causes the switch as Ive tried a lot of issues, but it can get rather annoying. This is the Finest camera ive ever owned Worth each and every penny, even without using the HD capabilities. |

Got a very good deal on this webcam from a friend, but would have paid full cost. Fantastic picture, has an auto-tracking feature that is nice, but kind of annoying. Has some enjoyable gimmicky software program. Mic pics up nicely, definitely the ideal bang for your buck in the webcam market place these days. The cord is only 6 foot lengthy, which i find to be extremely annoying, but it appears to be the normal in the webcam market. |

This is my second webcam and the picture quality is wonderful. The mounting and the picture high quality are so considerably better than my old Logictech web cam. The audio works fairly nicely too. The usb cable is a tad short. I don't use the included software so I can\'t comment on how well it works. |

This a single does not record any skype, gchat, etc whatsoever unless you get a 3rd celebration application.Good external web cam if you have a mediocre laptop like Dell, Apple, Acer and so forth. I would not buy any internet cam anymore if it doesn't have the recording capability of my chat applications. Yes you the cynical reader, I like recording my steamy chats with my girlfreinds. Duh.Definitely not created for bigger LCDs than 19". I had to stick it on my 24" monitor.
