Cons: I can only think of 2. - 1 The board seemed flimsy.. seemed to have a lot of flex to it, so you need to handle it carefully, especially if you plan on installing an after market cooler. - Placement of fan headers and USB 3.0 Headers could have been better. some of the connections in my case could barely reach, if you have short cables, you might run into issues.

Pros: -Easy Overclocking right out of the box.-Easy Installation of PC components. Lots of spacing for Ram, Graphics cards etc.-This motherboard has plenty of extras for an inexpensive board, from USB 3.0 on rear and a USB 3.0 Header for Front Panel, SATA on rear, easy over clocking with UEFI, Too many features to list for an inexpensive board.
Comment:
Really this is an awesome product overall.I have no real complaints and would purchase again.

Cons: -asrock quality isnt necessarily the best

Pros: -it worked great fro the most part-good price
Comment:
Its a good budget board to get stuff going. would recommend a higher quality board if you are looking to do some more hardcore overclocking

Cons: MIR

Pros: Inexpensive gaming board.
Comment:
A good, feature-rich board with a nice colour scheme. Can't complain for the price, although the price would've been far nicer had it been $30 less instead of the $30 MIR. Can't win 'em all.

Cons: None

Pros: Has pretty much all the needed features for any PCEasy to work with
Comment:
Bought for a friend's home PC, have not had any problems with it yet. I have had my own ASRock mobo for over a year now and it has yet to fail me.

Cons: Some of the ASRock software's terrible.

Pros: Good Board, with a UEFI BIOS.Some of the ASRock software's fantastic.
Comment:
This is a good board but only a good board. Not a lot of accessories. Came with two SATA cables and the backplate, and that was it.As for ASRock Software, it's ok at best. I've had good experiences with MSI and ASUS brand motherboards, not quite as good with ASRock. Tried their drivers and will probably switch back to Windows default drivers soon as My SSD can't update  its firmware, and I believe that the ASRock motherboard and SATA drivers may be to blame.I wanted to make use of the ASRock XTreme Tuning Utility, but the software simply says 'This is not for your motherboard'. Downloaded directly from their website, and tried the tuning utility for the 970 Extreme3 ver2, but neither will run. Can always manually overclock or use the AMD auto overclocking through Catalyst, but I'm disappointed that the ASRock option refuses to load.I also find their XFAST USB software to be sketchy at best. Sometimes it causes USB 3.0 drives to not read, other times asks me to unplug and replug the device. Will probably uninstall.XFAST LAN software seems to be running, though I'm not sure exactly if there is any benefit. I'm wirelessly connected (Ethernet port to a DD-WRT router that wirelessly connects to another router, then to the modem), so traffic shaping may not benefit me as much as the wireless signal strength fluctuates second-by-second. But it does seem to be doing its job, just not sure it's smart enough to make a difference.Last they have an XFAST RAM option that gives you a custom-sized RAM Drive with one-click setup to switch browser temp files, system temp files, etc. to it, etc. This worked without a hitch, though the benefits aren't too visible, it's nice to know it's there. If I bump up the RAM from 16 to 32GB further down the line, I'll be able to set up a much larger RAM drive, maybe even fit a game on it for instant loading, which would be awesome. Board is worth it for that alone!

Cons: Could use a few more Sata ports for the size of the board.

Pros: Great features for the price point.
Comment:
Purchased this unit to make a new cheap gaming tower. Everything went smoothly in terms of installation.Seems to be a fairly solid board thus far.

Cons: (1) You have ONLY 10 DAYS for the mail-in-rebate, and that's not 10 days to mail it, that's 10 days total in which ASRock has to receive your MIR. So if you plan to use the MIR, make sure you read all the details before purchase. (2) If I plug in the USB2.0 header, it completely refuses to boot! I.e. it only boots if I choose to leave my front chassis USB2.0 ports unplugged. So now I have 2 dead ports on the front of my desktop ...

Pros: Nice UEFI BIOS and useful Dehumidifier option.
Comment:
I built my system around two weeks ago and this was the ONLY component that gave me problems. I was very very close to sending it back but I realized that it was more time/cost-effective to just learn to live with two dead USB2.0 ports on the front chassis. :[ ... lesson learned. My next mobo will be either Asus or Gigabyte. :[
