Cons: Issues when computer wakes from sleep, BSOD in Bootcamp

Pros: 8gb of ram, inexpensive
Comment:
Bought this ram late last summer to upgrade from the factory installed 4gb on early 2011 MBP. Sometimes (frequent somedays, rare others) when waking from sleep the computer fails to wake and a hard reset is required. Ive tested the ram with Rember and though it passed, I know underlying problem is the ram modules since it stoped happening when the Apple factory ram was reinstalled. Also once while running Windows 7 in Bootcamp got the BSOB with an error code that was related to memory issues.Anyways others than the sleep/wakeup issue which can be very annoying at times the Ram has worked well. This was my first purchase of Mushkin ram and I think given the choice again I would rather pay a little extra and go with Corsair.

Cons: Did not work in late 2008 Macbook Pro 15" 2.4GHz(Yes I had the latest "secret" firmware installed)

Pros: Good priceGood return service from NCIX staff
Comment:
I upgraded a friends late 2008 Macbook Pro 15" 2.4GHz with this RAM but got the "3 beeps" RAM not detected error at boot up.System would not detect this RAM. It also would not work on my 2010 Macbook Pro 15". NCIX guys were great and very understanding. One of the guys in store had used this same Mushkin brand successfully a year ago but said they may have changed the chips used.I swapped it out for the equivalent Corsair RAM (non apple tagged) and it worked perfectly (cost an extra $3.50).Lion with 8GB RAM now screams on the 2008 Macbook.1 star for this RAM.5 stars for NCIX service!

Cons: nothing really

Pros: Nothing short of what you would expect in a 4gb upgrade over stock. Can handle much more applications open
Comment:
Simple installation, works on a mid 2011 MacBook Pro 2.4gHz. Great upgrade, and probably the simple single most cost-efficient upgrade for any MBP owner.

Cons: None.

Pros: Super easy to install. It took mere minutes to swap out the memory sticks from my MacBook Pro 13.3" (early 2011). Also, it bumped the video memory!
Comment:
They simply work. This is also a way better deal then Apple's very own $400 memory kit.

I installed this into my 13" Mid 2011 Macbook Pro 2.7 i7 the first day I got it. I had nothing to compare the speed with, but my experience has been nothing short of excellent.

I saw this on sale and figured I would go from 4gb to 8gb of RAM for cheap. Took all of 10 minutes to install it in my MacBook and it booted up just fine. No complaints at all and system info shows it running at full speed.

Pros: works perfect

Works great in 2011 base Mac Mini 2.3 i5, recognized on first boot. The Mini actually is OK with just the stock 2GB but sometimes had delays from paging with several programs or many big Safari pages, and those are gone with 8GB. I no longer need to be concerned about memory issues so will be able to try bigger projects. Scrolling long web pages seems smoother with the extra memory available for graphics, increased from 288 to 512MB.I researched memory for a while before getting these because I definitely do not want problems such as crashes and halts.Shipment arrived in 4 days with small extra cost for Express Shipping, unexpectedly NCIX used Purolator which is excellent, the chips had a jet ride from Toronto to Vancouver.

Pros: Low costBest capacity for an 'old' MacBookWorks like a charm
Comment:
I installed these 2 modules (8 gig total) into a MacBook White Unibody (early 2009).As stated on many web sites, these particular MacBook can use up to 8 gigs of RAM, instead of the 4 gigs limit as stated in Apple documentation. Its absolutely true: my white unibody MacBook works like a charm, and went from 2 gigs of RAM to a very comfortable 8 gigs for under 40$. Its the best upgrade you can this of for this machine for such a low cost. It's also pretty easy to install.I highly recommend such an upgrade to all MacBook White Unibody owners, especially if they want to install MacOS X Lion and take full advantage of it's capacities (Lion eats more RAM).Another worthy upgrade: I installed a OCZ Vertex 3 120GB Solid State Drive on the same machine. Pricier but once you see the speed increase... its priceless! :-)

Pros: -Same price as PC memory of equal size/speed-Works fine
Comment:
Got this yesterday. Popped it in. Ran memtest86, it passed. I'm not seeing any problems. Wasn't any more expensive than similar PC DDR3 1333 8GB kits. This is the second kit of Apple memory from Mushkin I bought. First one from ~2.5 years ago (also 8 GB DDR3 kit) works like a charm too.

Cons: I wish Apple compatible stuff would be cheaper.

Pros: Works well can't complain. It is 8gb.
Comment:
I can't complain about this, I got it a little bit on sale. Bought 2, installed one so far, works well! Find it annoying that Apple compatible stuff is a bit more pricey than Windows though.Would recommend it! There's a sale though right now..pick it up aha.Plus there's a free lanyard. I only got one though even if I ordered 2 separate packs.

Bought this ram for my mid 2011 Mac Mini. Works great. required 2 reboots to get the computer running after installation. First boot the PC just made a beeping sound, took the modules out and reinstalled and it booted OK. This is way more ram than I needed but at $55 it was a great deal. My Mac now usually has 5.9 GB free memory. Not sure its much faster but definitely no stalling when opening apps and now I don't have to quit apps to conserve on memory. Apps left in memory open up lightening fast. This Mac is used as a home theatre computer on my TV and web surfing, doesn't see hard core use.Bottom line; 4GB would have been plenty, but the low cost of $55 for 8GB made it affordable. Apple wants an extra $320 to upgrade to 8GB. Anyone can do this upgrade, Apple gives full instruction in the owners manual for upgrading ram.

Cons: You pay more for "for Apple" when other kits will probably work just fine.

Pros: It works and passed all the memory tests I have thrown at it
Comment:
Bought it and installed in a Mid 2010 MBP and it works fine, passed all memory tests. One thing to be aware of when buying this memory is what Frequency your laptop runs memory at. Installing this in the Mid 2010 MBP will drop  the frequency down to 1066 while keeping the 9-9-9-24 timings. In my case, it would have been better to purchase the DDR3-1066 model (Which Mushkin also sells). That way it would run at the same frequency while having 7-7-7-20 timings.Oh well, I doubt I would notice any kind of performance improvement anyway.
