Incredible sound out of such tiny speakers. Speakers in the back offer excellent depth when placed in front of a wall. Fills the space with sound. Bass is deep and thundering, it genuinely will rattle anything in sight. Worth each and every penny. Bass was turned up a small bit above a quarter and my neighbor came up and told me to turn it down. It's that loud, if that could be a con. I wish I didn't reside in a flat so I could really appreciate these just about every moment I have. |

Compact Electrical humm, overpowering bass even when turned down. Logitech's tech. assistance is outstanding. These are my second set of Z523's following returning the very first set with an electrical humm. They sent me a new set and they have the similar humm. Sorry Logitech, but you lost me - going back to Bose. |

Great bass. Not overpowering, yet anything but weak Bass knob (last speakers owned did not, which sucked) Good clarity Very good price Not room shaking power Could have richer mids 360 degree sound is a gimmick A quite good set of speakers for practically any level of computer use. Possibly not fairly the ideal when entertaining a substantial group of men and women, but if you are sitting at your computer they are lots loud. I am confident getting drivers on the back of the speakers assists. Nonetheless you can certainly tell where the sound is coming from and if you place them behind your monitor quality is decreased. |

Cons: appearance isnt the greatest, the speakers look ok. mids and highs are average if you play to loud the bass over powers the mids and highs
Pros: good base, good price, good quality Comment:

Truly deep bass on these speakers. They rattle my moms windows if we turn them up. She loves them. Might be a lot more apropriate for a substantial area. The spearkers are a bit overpowering in a 10x11 space. |

very fantastic general sound good quality simplified controls could use a sophisticated mixer for superior manipulation for some sound junkies this was various to me setting this up considering that I in no way anticipated to see a serial port employed due to the fact before the turn of 2000 but it functions fine all round a huge upgrade from my old 2.1 altec lansing I undoubtedly would advise this |

Excellent sound quality.Songs sound entirely unique when compared to old speakers.Only hear feedback when turn volume way up.Non-overwhelming bass. Soon after about a year the speakers crackle when they are turned on. This lasts for maybe three seconds. Not a large deal, but I count on it to get worse more than time. Very first off, I did not get these speakers from Newegg.I listen to several hours of music a day and I look at myself a slight audiophile (my audio files have higher bit rates than 128kb/s).I listen to my music at average to above volume. I have no rap or hip/hop so I do not abuse my bass. Most of my music is (hard) rock, punk rock, and option (Zeppelin, Clash, RHCP) so crisp guitars are significant to me.These speakers provide. |

Cons: -None that I can think of
Pros: -Good sound-Takes up less space then a 5.1 system-Quite loud-Good bass for a computer set up Comment:
I bought these to replace an aging Creative 5.1 setup that I was sick of trying to make room for. These sit nicely on my desk on either side of the LED and have some really good sound to them for a 2.1 setup. |

Good sound, wonderful bass. These guys sound a lot far better than my old Inventive iTrigue speakers. They also appear actually good on the desk and match the rest of my equipment (if that is crucial to you). The speakers have a speaker in the front and the back, so no matter where you are in the space, the sound is fairly similar, so they're great for entertaining purposes. The bass hits quite tough, so I've fairly substantially ruined my relationship with the neighbors. When I initial saw these speakers, they didn't look like they'd be capable to do too a lot, but man I was incorrect. These guys can get considerably louder than my old speakers. |

Excellent sound, very loud.Nice additional ports on the hassle-free speaker. (music, headphones).I can connect my macbook utilizing an audio wire to transfer sound. Even though at the exact same time making use of headsets. I get a genuinely weird buzzing sound initial delivery my speakers didn't perform at all. Now they do function but nevertheless there is a slight buzzing noise when it's on highest volume. Sometimes it worst then other individuals. You might not consider it's significantly but it gets truly irritating. Plugging out the audio port and replugging normally fixes buzzing for a few mins. Fix the buzzing speakers would be great if so! |

Shipping was quickly every time I turn them on theres a little hummming that i can care less tbh its not that loud w/e but everytime i turn my pc on particularly loud deep bass sounding shoot by means of the speakers and I have to turn them off or they will prob blow out. I nevertheless have my dell speakers from 2003 from my 1st personal computer and at this point they are superior and they had been no cost with my 200$ tower that came with a tower/monitor/key/mouse speakers. kinda disappointed. |

Cons: headphone plug-in hidden behind satellite speaker (very minor issue)
Pros: great sound for the price Comment:
For the price, you can't do much better. With a little EQ tweaking through whatever player you use, the sound is very clear and can be turned up LOUD! :)I'm giving a 5* rating for the value/quality. It's not the best you can buy, but for $100 you won't do much better. |

Low cost - I got it on sale. Sounds excellent. The rear speaker does make the sound feel a lot more spacious. Plays relatively loud. Subwoofer is punchy but not overly so. Speaker cables are permanently wired. They had been nearly as well short for my setup. I had to move things around. I bought this for my new build. I wanted a thing fantastic with out spending a lot. This is it. By it these days! You won't regret it. I did a lot of study just before deciding on this pair. |

- Price tag (during Black Friday)- Look- Sound (as related to value)- Headphone jack on speaker - Volume knob doesn't turn smoothly. I fear that one thing is currently incorrect with the volume knob as it sometimes feels genuinely tight, and other instances it's extremely loose. I can really feel friction behind the knob when I turn it by one particular specific section. I've been exclusively using headphones when on the Pc for several years, but when I saw that these speakers had been only โ in the course of the Black Friday sale it was a wonderful deal. It's good to have the headphone input on the correct speaker so if I do want to place on headphones, all I have to do is plug'em in.For โ + cost-free shipping, it's an astounding deal, but I'm not confident if they're worth + |

On sale I purchased this for แ.99. It was replacing a busted Logitech S-220 17 Watts 2.1 Multimedia Speaker Technique that did not perform. I didn't consider that the difference involving 17w and 40w would be as major as it is and WOW! I will acquire yet another one particular when its on sale for my other computer system. Wish it had some way to mount to the wall. Fantastic clear crisp sound that you can effortlessly adjust with a rapid turn of the knob. Headphone jack on the speaker is good. The 360 sound is diverse but I like it. |

Very straightforward to set up; relatively great sound from such a smaller package; inexpensive (you can regularly come across a decrease value with rebate); surprisingly abundant bass (too considerably, even--I had to turn the bass handle to 10-20% or it overwhelms the rest of the sound). All round, this is a much greater setup than Z520 ƒ.), which lacks the subwoofer and actually charges a lot more. As a lot of have commented, it's also simple to touch the exposed speaker cone on the underside of the subwoofer. I inadvertently touched it lifting the speaker out the box, even when I was already aware that it was exposed. The sound is not as vibrant/crisp as Logitech's own Z-2200, though Z523 does cost substantially much less. |

Well the great point with this method is that it's not also high priced and it delivers well. Audio is crystal and the bass is siiick I was essentially surprised at how excellent it performs. My friend was walking up the stairs to our apartment Ɠrd floor) and stated he could hear me from the bottom floor outside and i didn't even have it cranked more than half-way. Properly unfortuntaley the problem was with the bass to becoming with haha. There seems to be an problem with the connection from the subwoofer to the other 2 speakers. It plays fine now, but if i move or accidentally nudge my subwoofer at all it fully distorts the bass to either actually high pitches or practically nothing at all (which could bring about the sub to blow out). Sooooo i have it to exactly where it functions fine and sounds good....i just can't move it or i'll have to invest one more 20 minutes attempting to fix it once again haha i would suggest it due to the fact it's hugely probable that this is just a defect with my specific program....i'm just functioning around it and it's been fine for about 2 months now (cuz i havent moved it) sooooooo ya definietely get it. If you do have a equivalent problem like mine and don't want to perform about it you can often RMA.
