Worked out the box Can't make Belgian waffles Plugged it up, ran the Windows 7 memory test, and it passed with flying colors. It operates. For spending budget RAM, what far more can you want? (Except perhaps "works...and keeps working.") Do oneself a favor and get the three-day UPS. If you go with "Eggsaver," you inexpensive b@st@rd, you will wait by your mailbox till you develop old and die.

Excellent cost, great to operate with, not chintzy at all. Purchased for an atom motherboard and it is precisely what I required. It is not the largest or the fastest but it nonetheless gets me where I wanta go as Jan and Dean mentioned. none If I had an i7 of course I would purchase distinct memory. Why get far more when the low-cost seats are fantastic sufficient

Excellent. Inexpensive. Now have to get one more mainly because my board needs to run in dual channel mode otherwise the unmatching ddr2 667 mhz ram stick outcomes is terrible choppy performance of OS and esp. my Two Worlds game! It was seriously unplayable with my 6GB ƒ in dual channel, 2 not), but i removed the unmatched 1gb stick and now have 5gb installed and all is nicely. none.

Worked suitable out of the box. No heat spreader. The value is right. None so far. Bought 1 stick to replace a failed GSk**l 1. Had had timings set to 4-4-4-12 prior to installing it. It took to it like a duck to water.Have often believed that heat spreaders had been far more hype than the real factor. If just 1 IC doesn't have a great get in touch with with a heat spreader, it'll overheat and take the stick down with it. All the failed ones in my rig in the last couple of years (about three of them) had heat spreaders on them. As I see it, memory with no heat spreaders and a fan blowing more than the modules (as in my setup) will do much better. Let's see if this idea is appropriate.

I like Mushkin Memory... In no way had a challenge with them The rebate... They stated on the rebate form that to speed up your rebate you ought to pre-register for it. I did that, and and then put everything in the envelope. Then I got the confirmation e-mail for the pre-registration, and it stated that in order to obtain my rebate I need to enclose a copy of the pre-registration form. "Please note you ought to mail this form along with the needed items in order to receive your rebate." So now my rebate, if I get it, will have expense me two stamps and two envelopes... I truly hate it when corporations do this kind of factor. Do you think it would have been probable for them to give some sign that this pre-registration form would be necessary in order to obtain the rebate??? This feels just like a FR_s Electron_cs rebate now, where they play all kinds of games so they don't pay you. I've purchased memory there and had a web page to apply for the rebate, and the internet page dissapears the very subsequent day... If you don't go straight to your personal computer and fill it out, you don't get it. I'm tired of this type of thing, and I will undoubtedly not think about Mushkin in the future if the deciding factor is a rebate! If I don't get the rebate, I will post a very negative evaluation.

Got this on sale for about 40 bucks. Expensive, but it works. I haven't had any problems with it yet. Next time I'll go with DDR3, which preforms better and is much cheaper.
