Memory either functions in your method or it doesn't. This didn't, apparently it's not compatible with this particular method. I've applied Mushkin memory in other systems with no challenges. I'm not blaming the memory, it just didn't perform in my EEE PC900. Installed and recognized by the BIOS but the video corrupts severely when the OS boot up. Mushkin has usually been a good provider of memory. I bought two of these for my HP pavillion dv6700t laptop and they function completely. Just plug them in and they perform! none You can never go wrong with muskin and you can by no means go wrong with newegg. It's a win win situation. |

Only 30 immediately after rebate, little 10 rebate, worked on Compaq Presario A945US with no voodoo magic important. Newegg thinks a padded envelope is a great way to pack memory. OK, numerous lappy's are coming with 3gb of memory. This is a 1gb stick and 2gb stick. This disables dual channel memory on my new Compaq. When I added this 2gb stick and pulled the 1 gigger.....POW, dual channel shows per CPU-Z (search that on Google - very good app). Why would Compaq use 3gb and do this???? Nicely, Vista (BEFORE SP1) and XP (any version) can only see 3.25gb. Picture the calls to buyer service when a guy can only see 3.25 of 4gb! That is my theory for doing this......a firm can run adds of 3gb as an alternative of 2gb Ƒgb 1gb that would be dual channel) and 4g causes confusion. Vista SP2 sees all 4gb, and in DUAL Channel. |

First of all the price tag is wonderful. The technique performs very well with it. No cons here, it's memory. The memory is not very compatible with the technique I constructed so I will have to trade it for one thing that will operate greater. I have their memory in my desktop & it works good as effectively... no complaints. |

Worked for two weeks. Has not worked right after these 1st two weeks. I thought it was an internal Asus situation so I set up an RMA for the entire unit. I then remembered that I had installed the mush the similar day that the Asus 1000h arrived. Turns out the OEM 1g chip allowed BIOS to post and Windows XPh to run. Never ever believed I would have this issue with mushkin... Bummer. Have to RMA mush? Oh properly, the Asus is nevertheless running. Gave a substantially required performance enhance to a fairly new laptop. None...it's newegg. I've been purchasing with newegg for practically 10 years now and not once have I encounted any difficulties or complaints. I couldnt think about a planet without newegg! |

The mushkin memory is good. I have 2 sticks totaling 4GB in my laptop and it is a lot snappier. I purchased this with a ฮ rebate at the beginning of this year. I in no way received it. I called the rebate workplace and they claimed that the UPC I sent in was not valid for the rebate provide. Ok... I don't feel so. It makes me angry about the rebate circumstance. Steer clear if you're depending on the rebate. I will add that I received one of the two rebates coming from mushkin. |

I've always employed Mushkin memory. I adore it. Excellent price tag and excellent functionality. Popped one of these in my Dell Inspiron 1525 and it worked like a charm. (took out the two 512MB chips though since the CAS timings were various.) I strategy to order 1 more of these to up my machine to 4GB! none |

Popped proper in and ran in dual channel with no troubles. Operates as advertised in new HP laptop. (Pavilion DV6000 series.) Can't assume of any since it performs as advertised and the value is ideal. HP putting with each other a laptop with a single channel plugged with a 2gb stick and the other channel plugged with a 1gb stick is just plain silly. (So.....no dual channel memory.) Would almost certainly run better with a 1gb stick in each and every channel for a total of 2gb in dual channel. Chalk that up to a advertising and marketing thing considering that the average user just sees that it has one particular a lot more gb of memory. |

Its Mushkin ~ at an economical cost! I've in no way had a DoA on any Mushkin prods. Highly suggest this RAM to any person seeking for an upgrade! Vista runs much smoother now. The only complaint I have is with the laptop. I ordered two 2 gig sticks and can only get 1 of them to operate. If you are seeking to upgrade a toshiba from 2 to four gigs, make confident the laptop will accept 4 gig. As often~ Newegg rocks! Speedy shiping! |
