Cons: -Too much bloatware-First Set-up difficult to complete, programs are hard to find, needs a set-up booklet-Hard drives set up wrong? only 920 gigs in Raid 0

Pros: -Dual Fan Systems-Great Stock Speakers-Awesome Keyboard lighting-Games (Starcraft 2, Minecraft) ran at less than 30% CPU-Great Aesthetics
Comment:
Computer runs at perfect efficiency, only 920 gigs, instead of 2x500 gigs. Windows 7 lowest rating was harddrive, j 5.9, could use a SSD. Great Aesthetics, beautiful computer. Anyone who is a gamer will know this is the best laptop, for now at least.

Cons: The computer came with a faulty touch pad and it took ~1 month for the computer to be sent out, repaired, and sent back to me. Also comes with some rather bothersome bloatware.

Pros: - VERY fast.- No heating issues, even on Overclock.- Easy interface.- Amazing screen.- Overall badassness.
Comment:
Computer runs like a top-of-the-line computer should run. Fantastic screen and the matte finish on it makes using the computers outdoors or in odd lighiting areas very effective. The easy touch pad interface at the top of the keyboard is very easy to use and makes things like overclocking very simple. The customizable backlights on the keyboard are fun to play with, it's the little things... ya know?

Cons: Minor but annoying things:- No light to indicate caps lock on/off- 2 of the USB ports are on the right near the front which can get in the way of the mouse if you have things plugged in there and a small desk- Changing the volume brings up a small overlay icon in the center of the screen which if accidently clicked mid game will cause the game to minimize. I'm sure there is some software fix that can be done for this.

Pros: - Plays Starcraft 2 at 1920x1080 on High at 70-80 FPS- Keyboard feels great and types quiter than my old Dell Laptop- Excellent airflow keeps the case cool (No hot wrists)- Case finish looks very nice and hides finger prints well
Comment:
Overall I'm very please with this laptop. For the price I believe you get a great value in components. Speed is great, temperature control due to the large vents works extremely well. The all black case with LED keyboard looks superb. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a desktop replacement sized laptop.

Cons: Optical drive does not have eject button like GT683 has.

Pros: Fully-featured, powerful.
Comment:
This can run World of Warcraft on high settings without any issues, FPS gets sometimes to 150 fps or more. I opted to limit maximum fps to around 60, as there is no point in having more than what the LCD will output. CPUs stays at about 55°C when playing WoW.Runs Linux like a charm (Slackware64), but requires breaking the RAID0 and re-installing windows (must create  recovery DVDs first) so you can repartition the disks. All drivers worked flawlessly. Nvidia drivers are already certified for 64-bit Linux builds, and they are working great (awesome performance for X11/composite).The laptop is very silent, and feels cold. Air intakes are very large. The speakers/sound quality are very nice.I have no complaints about the keyboard. Keys are soft to press, and it is more silent than most laptop keyboards I've come across. The lights are quite nice during the night or in darker rooms. While in Linux, they stay white-ish.I would prefer if MSI had included an optical drive with its own (mechanical) eject button, instead of tying it to the 'dashboard' above the keyboard. But then again, I don't mind issuing 'eject /dev/dvd' or clicking an icon to eject. The touchpad can be disabled (there is a sank button above it, so you don't disable by accident) regardless of operating system. All in all, very satisfied.

Cons: So Fat...

Pros: Supports RAID 0 (I can't afford SSD)
Comment:
The keyboard flexing is extremely annoying. Why steel series put their name on this is beyond me. Why can't they just make them like macbook pros, their keyboard have no flex at all, and they aren't even made for gaming. Also, the whole machine is so fat... It's supposed to be a portable and easy to carry around.
