Ive loaded over 1000 music disks on to my new PC with this thing, and it's still running at the same speed as when I purchased it. I can't believe the speed it loads CD's compared to my old optical drive. Incredible. The only downside is that when it reaches max speed, it does get a little louder, but hey. Don't they all?Overall, solid drive, and would definitely purchase again. |

Aucun problème d'installation. Excellente qualité et tous comme le graveur de mon laptop ASUS, il est plutôt bruyant. Comme il tourne seulement pendent un bref instant, ce n'est pas un point négatif pour moi, mais peut être achalant si on l'utilise longuement. |

It is a very good unit, but it is a bit noisy. It is fast though and never failed to burn a CD or DVD within the past 2 years. To be honest though, I don't burn as much as I used too. It is a good reader on the other hand !Sometimes I am having troubles with it though. Randomly, it won't show in the BIOS and Windows. I reboot the computer and then it works. I swapped the SATA and power cables and no changes. It is not annoying because I don't use it as much as I did, but it happened to me few times in the past years. I have the latest firmware. For 20$ bucks, which is what I paid on sale, I don't really bother about this hickup.
