ASUS P8Z77-V LE Plus ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI DP USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:It does not bring me beer It does not tuck me in at nightbetter color scheme needed

Pros:Fully featured for the priceASUS AI Suite is better than competitionGreat Bios layout6+2 phase designSLI and Xfire
Comment:
After a week or two of using this board I must confess that I love it. I bought it to replace a MSI Z77A-GD55 that simply disappointed me. Although the MSI board was a little cheaper, used Intel for the network controller and on the surface looked to be a great board I must say this ASUS P8Z77-V LE Plus is by far the better board... The P8Z77-V LE Plus feels grown up in all aspects that us gamers/enthusiasts care about. BIOSThe ASUS bios is great. One of reasons I like it so much is because it features an advanced mode that IMHO is much easier to navigate. Some of the other motherboards with UEFI bios are too cheezy. A motherboard's bios is supposed to be functional and to that end ASUS has done a great job with the P8Z77-V LE Plus bios.Board layoutEverything is where it should be for the most part. I would like to see the front USB 3.0 header turned on its side. Also I would like it if ASUS would look at what ASRock is doing aesthetically. The Xtreme4 is a gorgeous board to my eye, proving that cheaper boards do not have to be ugly. The color scheme used on the P8Z77-V LE Plus bios would bother me more if I was using a case with a side window. That all said, looks are subjective, so I will give ASUS a pass this time.UtilitiesAI Suite II is venerable and an asset that I Do Not want to be without. Compared to MSI Control Centre... never mind that, there is No comparison. AI Suite II is mature, fully featured and comprehensive. It offer 17 different and very useful utilities. Take Fan Xpert Plus for example. It is one of the utilities that AI Suite II offers allowing the user to create  custom fan profiles for the CPU, Chassis 1, Chassis 2 and Chassis 3 fan headers. Fan speeds will increase as the temperature of the cpu rises and Fan Xpert II allows one to determine how aggressive or how gently the increase will be at any given cpu temp. One is able to fully control the fan speeds giving the user great control of the cooling and acoustic footprint of their system. OverclockingThis greatly depends on ones cpu but the P8Z77-V LE Plus is a great for overclocking. There are many great overclocking settings in the bios. As well AI Suite II offers Turbo V EVO, a utility that allows one to make frequency and voltage changes from within the OS. Currently I am running a 3570k at 4.8GHz and the board is stable. I think that is about all I would like to share about this board. I tried to cover points that were important to me. I am satisfied with this board and I am sure that others will be too.

ASUS P8Z77-V LE Plus ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI DP USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:Price is a bit on the high side

Pros:Lots of ports
Comment:
There's a lot of ports on this board, overclocking is easily achieved with the easy to use UEFI bios and included Asus AI software. Only complaint would be that the LAN drivers were not picked up automatically by Windows. Price would be a con if not picked up as a bundle, but would still recommend for those looking for a good board.

ASUS P8Z77-V LE Plus ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI DP USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:its really picky about what usb ports you use when setting up for the first time with Winblows, the Ethernet controller is not picked up by plug and play "W7U 64".

Pros:over all a good choice
Comment:
as per the Cons, I had to install the lan drivers from CD prior to going on line an downloading the newer ones, sadly the instillation app on the disk is over run by bugs, its useless, however when I browsed the disk and ran the executables for the lan drivers with out the useless installer everything worked fine. probably better to do that anyway as its going to tack on some bloatware if you click "install all" tool bars, and i think it was showing a random AV app also.with respect to the hardware, once I had downloaded, and installed, the updated drivers everything was just outstanding, just mind the traps for new players.

ASUS P8Z77-V LE Plus ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI DP USB3.0 Motherboard
Cons:No Wifi includedA little expensive

Pros:StableUEFI BiosA lot of sata portsUSB 3.0 and pci-e 3.0eSataNice design and colors
Comment:
I like this motherboard, It's been working fine and stable so far. The UEFI Bios is nice to use. It has a total of 8 sata ports, 1 being eSata and 4 are sata3. The installation was easy, the manual has detailed instructions. 4 sata cables are included, all have an angled extremity and 2 are sata3 cables, which is nice. I'm using with the i5-3570k and G.Skill 8 GB RAM. I got it pricematched and still it could have been $20 cheaper. There was a bug when Intel EIST wasn't working after an overclock but it's working now.
