(Just not mine) You can't seriously say significantly about a monitor if you don't like its image. For this certain monitor I felt that the color was significantly washed out. I compared it to a 贄, 17" CCFL screen and I couldn't actually think it but the color on the 17" just seemed to be a lot additional vibrant and better searching. I tried anything I could to fix the color to my liking on this ASUS monitor but just could not get rid of the purple tint/washed out feel. By my requirements this monitor just isn't up to par. However, my standards are larger than average. Consistent, vibrant picture. Relatively light and thin unit. Built-in speakers. Comes with DVI cable. Not as light or thin as some other OLED monitors. The sound is pretty wimpy, but its hard to do far better in a unit so compact and cheap. Overall this issue is easily worth each penny.

Its a pretty decent display. No problems so far, not that I'm expecting any. I just never went for Asus display's before, but I'm really happy with my purchase. It looks sleek and the resolution is amazing. At 1920x1080, there's so much screen real estate for your day to day needs. Might purchase another if everything goes well past the 6 month mark.

I bought two of those today and I am pleased with my purchase.This is certainly not the best monitor out there as far as image quality goes, but it's the best 24" monitor you can get for that cheap.The contrast is a bit off, but I imagine it's something I'll eventually get used to. Oh, and the speakers are a nice feature, and I don't mind the quality.I recommend that you consider this monitor BUT do some research first for other monitors. There are definitely some better ones out there.

Wouldn't thoughts a second monitor now!Built in speakers are good when I am away from my desk with my computer. Haven't had any problems. Speakers are weak but work. The picture on this monitor is excellent. Preset settings look wonderful, no want to tweak a ton. I am working with this in multi monitor setup and it outshines my older 22" Brand Name Monitor that also starts with an A.The monitor is a 23.6", but it is actually 1Ǟ" shorter(screen side only) than my 22", which makes the monitors fit rather nicely with each other, even though the resolution distinction messes things up. There is extremely noticeable ghosting in games. I played this RC flight sim game and when the plane was moving quickly, the ghosting is very noticeable. It appears to be most noticeable with quickly moving objects with light solid/semisolid backgrounds. Also played BattleField 2 and it seemed alright except for a few moments when a helicopter flew overhead. Also noticed when looking about at buildings with the sky behind them. I do not play substantially, nor do I actually care about the ghosting in the initial location, but I am just stating the facts.When there is dark scenes, obvious bleeding from bottom. Excellent color clarity, powerful backlight, excellent refresh with no noticeable ghosting in games. Backlight bleeds, mostly on the bottom; NOT noticeable unless screen is all black. Even with the bleed on a black screen, the blacks and whites this monitor produces are extremely clear and correct. Text and games look wonderful.There is ghosting, but only if you seriously attempt to get it to ghost in windows on white to black. I have NOT noticed this affect in games as soon as. Regardless of the minor drawbacks, this monitor is good. I gave it five stars since I got specifically what I expected from this monitor. No dead pixels. I upgraded from my old dell 2004 21" mainly because it made 150fps feel like 50fps, this monitor is very an improvement from that.
