Comment:
Beautiful tiny situation, but a weak power provide. The situation is sturdy and wide, and looks actually great. It is strong metal, and super sturdy. The case is little, so smaller that you should actually learn it, just before you place in tricky drive(s) and motherboard. The match for the components is difficult, but you can make a super develop with this case (though you gotta discover it good to do that.) The power provide is not suggested, cuz it was groaning on me, just even though I had the Tv card playing. Also, the sata rails/cables on the psu sre weird, one is six-inches from the psu, and the second connector on the rail (there are 2 sata rails/cables), the second connector is 25-inches away, making the initially connector useless to reach two hard drives in the reduce, primary compartment. General, I dumped this situation, cuz the power supply was weak. The manual says 2007 on it, and with Windows 7 out now, we are in a distinct world than 2007. I don't think the psu will function for most folks, unless you have a very basic method, with super low needs on the psu. Not encouraged, even though the situation is really extremely well made, and the airflow is excellent (there is no will need at all for either of the 2 optional front 92mm internal fans.) Like the Sonata, Antec loves to make weird points (though their power supplies is all I use.)

I chose this situation simply because it has a wonderful little footprint and is uncomplicated to grab and take to LANs. The thick heavy components make this soak up any vibration so sitting significantly less than three feet from it, it is dead silent. As reccomened by many people, I flipped the energy provide more than so it can breathe in the top. This also give you a little a lot more slack if you have a weirdly positioned 24 pin energy connector. The 380w energy supply is just remarkable. I have had my machine on almost 24ǝ for a year and it shows no indicators of power difficulties. Would truly like a hole in the mobo tray to run cable behind it. When i initial got this situation i set up an athlon x2 6000+ @ 3.0GHz on an asus board with a stock 8800gt. Upgraded to a Phenom II X4 @ 2.8GHz about 6 months later. three months immediately after that I swapped the GeForce out for an AMD Radeon 5850. Nevertheless on the 380w close to-silent energy provide and going strong. Energy draw at full gpu/cpu is about 260w.I replaced the included Antec Tricool fan for a 1200rpm noctua unit which moves a little significantly less air but is much quieter. Even with this lower cfm fan I was capable to omit the fan on the cpu cooler.

great seeking, quality power supply, fantastic air flow, major 120mm fan on the back.No concerns whatsoever with the cabling as others have had. This one came with cables from the energy provide extended sufficient to reach all it was needed. I use a Intel D945GTP board, and all drives which include the DVD drive are serial ata, so no sloppy flat cables. Properly, I've read the evaluations prior to buying it and decided to buy anuway given that I am utilised to have thing modified my own way.Actually, the hard drives mounting are bad. I like to have challenging drives close with each other and at uncomplicated reach, so I am making use of a dual drive bracket (purchased separately) and bolting them down at the bottom of the situation, vertically so airflow from the front panel fans pass by means of the drives and get out via the large fan on the back or the vents on the PCI slots. This is not a situation for individuals who have flat cables on any drive, specially the CD/DVD drive. When it's all done, it feels incredibly strong and compact.I believe a person already said that. It truly looks like a main brand Pc construct where every thing has a planned spot to be and not considerably room for experiments. It is what it is and that's the greatest it can be.

Quiet case with a big fan. Simple enough to get into it. Rubber mounted tough drive design is sweet. This case is a small smaller than some other "micro ATX" instances I've utilised, and this a single is a small also tight for my taste, but not horribly so. As other testimonials state, the pwr provide connector to the major board is appallingly short and I contemplate it a style flaw. Also, as other testimonials state, the CD drive slides in also close to the pwr provide. Makes the cabling very tight, but seems to not be a heat concern. I don't know if In-win has patents on their scenarios, but I consider Antec would do properly to get an In-win case and copy some of the characteristics. The antec case calls for much more prep time and screws. I believe the best case is an In-Win with an Antec pwr supply.

Solidly built, and quite quiet with 3 speed fan. Silicone mounting for HD is a good function. I extremely a lot like this case and I will use it once more for builds exactly where "customers" can afford it. It does have its shortcomings. See other thoughts. As other people have mentioned, a second HD would be all but impossible. I have one optical drive in this and there is just no location to stash the additional wires from the PS but below it. There are way, way much more connectors than could ever be applied in this case. They have to go somewhere. See other thoughts. Now the true reason for my review. I wanted to thank other individuals for their critiques. As was mentioned, a short optical drive is vital. A total length drive would fit, but you would will need a 90 degree energy connector. Each 90 degree energy and data connectors with a SATA optical. You wouldn't want to do this anyway, as the airflow would be severely restricted. The PS has a single fan in the rear. The only path for air is up via an oval slot that would be severely blocked with a common length optical drive. I employed as Asus SATA.I also had to flip the PS to get the 24 pin energy connector to reach the board. Thanks to other for a head's up on these matters.

Tiny, neat, eye-catching. Well believed out inside, separate cooling zones for PSU and CPU. Relatively quiet (though far from silent). You really have to strategy your make; take almost everything apart and put it with each other in an intelligent order. e.g. mounting difficult drive in upper place signifies getting rid of floppy drive cage; attaching cables to that drive *after* mounting it is very difficult.I bought it for quietness (and worth and compactness) and it could be drastically quieter. Some folks would consider it extremely quiet, but I've accomplished a situation fan swap, and will do a PSU fan swap also. This is a really very good situation for a common machine. A huge situation will not cool any far better. If your expectations are realistic, and you've performed your homework (e.g. the optical drive ought to be extremely short!), this is an superb situation which most individuals will look at quiet. It's ideal for a build with only 1 optical and 1 tough drive (perhaps yet another of either), preferably all SATA.Capable PSU has an excess of connectors for this situation Ɣ SATA, 6 Molex, Floppy, graphics). Cables could be superior laid out and much more suited to the case. e.g. SATA cables both have 1 connector at 6", 1 at 18". How about 1 getting six & 12, and the other 12 & 18? How about just getting SATA connectors, plus adapters for legacy Molex, therefore drastically reducing the redundant wiring?

The situation is inexpensive and it comes w/ a decent PSW. There aren't seriously any sharp edges, and the 120mm fan pushes a lot of air seriously quietly. It doesn't look half negative either. Being a microatx case, you'd count on items to be smaller and possibly cramped. This situation is small, cramped, and genuinely has no spot to put wires. If you have something in the three.5" drive bay (like a card reader) you are stuck mounting a drive to the bottom of the case. The drive mount in the cd bay area would be ok, if there was an additional spot to put the PSW wires.

80plus 380W power supply. 120mm vent and adjustable 120mm fan. Great look. Prime and side vent is good style. Great construction.Vibration isolation HD mount. As well considerably energy supply for the case. There are three - four drives bays and 9 connectors, and too substantial for the space. There is not a lot of space for unused energy cables and connectors. The fan of power provide is rather noisy compared to other Antec energy supplies. Paint job is not as excellent as Sonata/Solo. For the excellent, the price tag appears small high. I wanted a tiny and functional case and this fits the bill. I also have a Antec Solo and they have equivalent appearance. For the mATX situation, this is a very good situation but compared to Antec Solo, it's not quiet at all. I'm disappointed by the PSU selection. It would have been significantly superior to use smaller PS3 or mATX energy provide. You ought to use a smaller (shorter) optical drive. If you are paying this considerably, you'd greater think about Antec P180 mATX rather of this 1. But, I have no regrets as this is a lot functional.I drive 120mm fan by 5V as an alternative of 12V. You can mount other 120mm fan ATX PSU upside down. It draws the air from the leading vent, producing the machine a lot quieter.

Great looking, sturdy case. I am an antec fan and nearly often obtain their circumstances. The motherboard, video card and memory all fit quite great. Straightforward to connect USB and reset, power switch and so on. A lot of options for fans. Two 92MM up front (not integrated) 1 120mm fan in the rear (included but no fan sensor plug) and a spot for a fan on the side of the case. Tricky drive mount in the bottom of the situation is a nice option with the micro/ATX. Nice blue backlight about the power switch. Nice, compact situation. five.25 drive bays are incredibly crowed with the cables coming from the power supply. Even though there are two 5.25 slots up best you can actually only mount 1 complete size drive up there. If you mount a tough drive up there you'll have to turn the drive around with the plugs facing out since there is not sufficient clearance for the sata and power cables in the back. You'll need a 24" sata cable to reach your mobo this way. I'd obtain it again if I was building a modest system like a media center computer.

Compact with 'silencing' functions like grommet mounting for drives and "isolated" psu chamber. PSU is noisy. PSU chamber is a bit also tiny. Only two grommetted mounts. The "floppy" bay need to come with inserts to install two two.5" drives. The power LED cable ends with a 3 pin connector which won't work with some (my) motherboards. This is a good situation, relatively uncomplicated to function with but the chassis is a bit shallow so PSU chamber will only take a short CD/DVD. It's critical to feel ahead of installing and it's helpful to eliminate the grommet plates and PSU before installing the parts. Sadly the PSU is noisy relative to the situation and cpu fans. I haven't decided how to deal with that yet.

Incredibly great case. Great build, great cooling, very tiny noise. There's not a entire lot of area to maneuver in there, which is expected when you want a small situation. Even so the routing for the power provide cables could use some function. I had to flip the PSU more than just so I could attach it to the motherboard. It was also tricky to get the IDE/SATA cables up into the 5.25 bays. Incredibly good little situation. Would undoubtedly use it again.

Very tiny case. Eye-catching. Quite quiet fans on power supply and rear situation. Rear situation fan is three speed controled by switch. Saves a lot of desktop space, only about 14 inches x 14 x 8Each HD and AC97 connectors for front audio jacks. Silicon mounting system for tough drive keeps it quiet. There is sufficient space to mount a Zalman CNPS8000 "silent" heat pipe cpu cooler. Be certain to mount the backing plate on the motherboard ahead of installing it in the situation! Low interior space makes mounting elements tricky. The energy supply and five.25 drive places are partitioned off from the rest of the situation. The power supply has cables in abundance, in reality there are many much more energy connectors than you can truly use in a case this tiny. Cable routing is tricky. I essentially cut off one set of common drive cables and capped the ends with insulated terminators to make the wire bundle smaller. Hard drives mount in rather unusual places. Case floor or the lower five.25 bay (no adapter needed, mounts to the bottom of the bay with silicon grommets and particular screws) If you mount a drive in the lower 5.25 bay you can only have one optical drive. If you mount the HD on the floor of the case you will block your PCI slot on the motherboard. This was not an problem for me given that I planned to use the onboard video and only one particular optical drive. My case arrived with minor harm to the assistance/mount pins behind the front situation bezel. It is plastic. The rest is incredibly solidly constructed steel. It looked as if somebody dropped the box rather challenging in shipment. This did not influence the functionality of the front bezel, it nonetheless clipped on OK just slightly loose due to the fact of the loss of the aligning pins behind the cover.

This case looks and feels wonderful to me. The fit-and-finish is great and the situation is pretty solid. It appears to run fairly quiet (I have the 120mm rear fan set on "Medium" setting) even though I do set subsequent to a fan and an air conditioner, so I could not be the greatest judge. The manual was fantastic enough that I was in a position to cram every thing in and turn it on in an evening (it was the first laptop or computer I've ever built). PSU seems to be performing a good job given the components I installed (I was scared I may possibly will need a greater-watt PSU). Space is limited, even though that's what the kind aspect is all about. All the PSU cables are shunted forward and through a side hole that seems as well tiny for the job. Due to my build, I had to put both the DVD and the HDD in the five.25" bays and it is a very tight fit. I wish the integrated case fan could plug into the motherboard for superior control. Now that every thing is in, on the other hand, the computer system runs and looks wonderful. I adore it. Squat, solid, Antec-good quality, quiet, classy look. Paired with Gigabyte P55, i5 760, and Gigabyte GTX460 1GB. Can use normal PSU, put my older Seasonic in (which had 8-pin cpu and 24-pin method power, luckily). Fascinating design, you put the PSU in upside down from how you're used to carrying out it. If your PSU has "bottom" fan like my Seasonic it works perfect. Be cautious with what you obtain for the top section. Quite limited space involving back of PSU and disks. Wish it came without having PSU due to the fact I place in a slightly far more strong one particular. I have also owned Antec's major white situation from 2006, the P150. Antec has a well-deserved reputation.

Very good cable management. Roomy case for a Micro Atx. High excellent, effective PSU. Clean front panel layout. Quiet. Front panel is flimsy plastic. 3 1ǘ" bay design eliminates access to right hand side screws if drive or accessory mounts flush with front panel.Threaded holes for motherboard standoffs were not tapped strait and had been tough to get began. Drive bay punch outs were falling off. Plastic drive bay covers imposible to take away with out breaking. Case layout is terrible for an individual who would open and perform in it often. I can't assist but to consider that Antec developed a pretty good situation that the Chinese fabricator/manufactuer compromised for profit's sake. It's nevertheless a good worth in spite of the inexpensive really feel and poor manufacturing quality.

Situation is what I expected. Looks like Antec has heard the feedback about the energy supply and I didn't have to take it out and turn it upside-down. It was already completed for me. Full-size optical drive fit in upper chamber with challenging drive and energy provide. This is the first situation I have bought based on critiques rather than the lowest price. I like it and would advise it. It's been a couple of years given that I place a computer system together and a basic, smaller chart explaining the screws would have been Really useful. I ended up utilizing the incorrect screws to attach the motherboard to the situation, then had to use some pliers to hold the brass offsets though I backed the wrong screws out. That was a discomfort. The case doesn't have a chassis speaker (would have helped me diagnose the no post I encountered, fixed by reseating the CPU). As a confirmation, the Ninja Mini heatsink does fit in this case. No want to purchase proper angle SATA cables.

I wanted a situation with high excellent construction, ease of assembly, included efficient and quiet P/S, compact size, and quiet operation. I also wanted front panel USB, audio, and 1394. This situation met all these needs except ease of assembly (see beneath). I read the evaluations very carefully, so I knew what I was receiving into with regards to assembly and fit. I also skilled very tight fit for cables and drives in the top compartment. I was ultimately profitable in fitting a 7" long DVD drive and 3.five" tough drive (both IDE) into the top two five.25" bays. But it took lots of cramming and squeezing, and I was only able to attach the two front mounting screws on every single drive (the DVD since it was riding up the power supply cable bundle on its power connecter, and the 3.five" drive because the IDE cable was pressing against the outer edge of the opening to the main case compartment so the drive was tilted a bit to allow for that). If I had bought new SATA drives I could have alleviated these problems. It would be nice if there had been far better provisions for mounting a difficult drive in the floppy spot. And I don't care for the tricky drive mount in the bottom of the situation--up front by the floppy would be much better. 24 pin power cable barely reached M/B. The assembly challenges for this compact situation had been an acceptable short term nuisance and tradeoff for the additional compact situation size sitting on my desktop. I discover it incredibly quiet in operation. My configuration: MSI G45M Digital M/B, E8500 CPU, IDE DVD and three.5" tough drive, Kingston 2X2GB 800MHZ DDR2 memory, onboard graphics.
