Quiet, Potent, Modular (if required), Cool (like stays cold). This factor is awesome im running an OCed system and a 5870. I have no stutters with voltages and it comes with an 8 pin MOBO energy plug if your motherboard supports it. None So Far does the trick, i bet it would run sli with 5800's but i believe you would be pushing it with the energy hungry nvidia 400 series, esspecially if you are ocing.

Arrived promptly Motherboard bios killer Killed my motherboard by not powering it effectively. At initial it wouldnt even post trigger the energy supply would not give my technique sufficient juice to post. thought maybe a thing died in my technique by coincidence. So i reconnected my old 480 watt power supply and the system booted appropriate up. Unplugged 480 reconnected 750. no boot. Immediately after pulling the cmos battery to get the bios to reset. System tried to post but hung for about 10 minutes. Shut off energy and now will not post. I blame Antec. I have had them for years and have had many diverse solutions from them. I was considering of swithing to Coolermaster now I wish I had. Going to RMA this and retire Antec from my personal computer builds.

Antec seriously tends to make exceptional products. I did a lot of research on 700-800 watt psu's and this is the Very best psu among its class. Far better than Corsair. Trupower. I've study reviews stating this psu can push out a lot more than its stated watts, Jee Antec i only wanted 750 ; ) This psu keeps my case cooler due to it becoming 80 plus bronze certified, read more under item details. None Pair this psu with an antec case )

This unit is quiet, has a higher number of connectors, and has modular cables. Was very easy to connect all the products in the case, the cables are long adequate to attain every little thing even with the cables routed below the motherboard. Can these be named cons? I guess. Not all the cables are modular, some are nonetheless really hard-wired to the PSU. This created for some "bunched up" unused cabling inside my case. Also, there are still fairly a handful of legacy molex connectors, several additional than a contemporary Computer would want. The cables are incredibly clearly labeled so you can tell which rail the cable gets its power from, this tends to make it quite straightforward to spread the really like and preserve your energy provide from spiking on any given 12v source.

Lot's of power and quiet operation. Ɣ) 25a 12V rails. Stays cool beneath sustained gaming. Not really a con. Not certain why they place two PCI-E cables on as non-modular but I didn't use them so I had to tie them and tuck them away. AMD 6000+x2, 2 512MB GTS 250's OC'ed in SLI , DVD drives, and ƒ)HDDs plus five fans and there is a lot of power left offered. It seriously is a excellent deal for the value.

Lots of power for my new create, strong building, sleek and quiet. Could have performed without having the hybrid modular system fully would have been better but im not complaining as i have a complete tower and lots of space for all these wires. *Great Quality - soon after lots of encounter with cheap energy supplies, I truly trust Antec for their Energy Supplies and Cooling Fans. They're the finest (in my opinion) and totally worth the money - I insist on them for my Pc's!*More than adequate expandability for a mid-to-high end method - Hybrid-modular style with some static cables (ex. ATX 24-pin Motherboard provide, 4-pin & eight-pin supplemental Motherboard power, 2x 6ư-pin PCI-E auxiliary power cables, 3x Molex, 1x FDD, 3x SATA cables) plus further modular cables tends to make setup uncomplicated and flexible.*Solid, stable power - after some monitoring, this PSU performs within 2.61% of spec in all regions*Four Ɣ) 25-amp 12v rails tends to make for excellent flexibility and stable power all through the technique (makes a nice base for running a number of video cards too).*Nice & Quiet.*Mesh-wrapped cables hold items tidy and cool. It's important to note that this PSU is NOT 100% modular, but is rather a Hybrid (or Semi-modular) style. However I'm also reaching here to get in touch with that a "con", it's actually additional something to just be conscious of than a downside to this fantastic PSU. Please see "Other Thoughts" for additional info/my opinion on this.I could see the cables possibly becoming slightly quick in huge, full-tower circumstances depending on the setup. On the other hand in any bottom-PSU-mounting Mid-tower case, I had no concerns (plenty of length and flexibility general). Unless you totally require a complete, 100% modular PSU, this is a fantastic pickup.I really like the style Antec put with each other for this (which hardwires core/mandatory power lines to balance out the power distribution to crucial elements when also delivering lots of expandability with the modular ports) - it's perfect for what I needed.*As an added note, I'm operating 3x SATA SSD/HDD's, 2x IDE Optical drives and 1x Radeon HD6950 2GB PCI-E card on an AMD Phenom II 1100T setup and didn't need to have *any* (that's suitable, NONE) of the modular cables that shipped with this PSU, if you're hunting to do something comparable, this need to quickly take care of your energy requirements, and leave you with room to expand (add an additional video card, and so forth) down the road!

Excellent energy supply unit. Not absolutely modular, but the modular leads allow you to add on if you have further items. In my case, I utilised two of the PCIe leads for a second video card. None so far. I had this 750W power provide plugged into my old UPS which is a APC 1000VA unit and it overloaded it. Make confident that your UPS is capabile of handling a energy supply of this size.

-Quiet! -Far more than adequate power cables of every single variety.-Lots of energy.-Excellent client support (see other thoughts). They say only the "mandatory" cables are hardwired, but a PCIe cable, Each 4 and 8 pin CPU cables, and a molex cable aren't specifically "mandatory" to run a decent computer. Not worth an egg, although. This was a totally free upgrade from the EA750 (which demands to stop being manufactured immediately). Antec client help is great, even although they're only readily available for telephone help like four hours a day with no live-chat alternative.

looked like a nice 650w energy provide. Newegg RMA lady was nice. I received waiting on other components, but got bored and opened it. started to look at the manual and whatever i notice it says TP 650....... Antec place the TP 650 in the TP 750 box. Now I'm going through RMA. How does this even come about? Watch out and think about this ahead of ordering. I seriously doubt it was just mine, that it was just a fluke. Manufacturer Response:Unfortunately, with the volume of solutions we make, manufacturing errors can take place. - super quiet; effective; cool operating- hybrid modular and sleeved cables- plenty of modular cables for extra power- steady 3.3V, 5V, and 12V power output- strong, Japan-based capacitors- heavy (as in weight); due to the bigger heat sinks to retain the internal temperature low - most storage devices in a modern method are going to use SATA power connectors rather of MOLEX; one particular of the non-modular sleeved cables has two MOLEX and floppy power connectors- did not demand all the energy connectors (EPS12V) which is non-modular; would have liked to have had this cable modular so that it would not take up space I purchased this power provide when it was on sale for ๩.99 wanting a higher high quality, name-brand power supply. With the features, efficiency, and modular nature - this is an excellent power provide for that price tag and even larger. It runs my new AMD Phenom II x6 1075T rig devoid of skipping a beat and maintains its cool even when beneath heavy load.

This PS unit replaced an older version TruePower PS that died right after a handful of years. I spoke with Peter K from Antec and he and Brian in the RMA division produced sure that my exchange was flawless and that this new series is an upgrade to my preceding TP Series. Most detailed reviews that have thoroughly gone via this new TP-750 series and all but dissected it have come to the conclusion that this Antec TP-750 is quite related to the Seasonic M12D. Despite the fact that it is not the M12D it is no doubt built by Seasonic (a good reputation for good quality components!).This Antec version has 4 independently regulated 12v rails exactly where a lot of other makers do not. Would like to have had just the 24 pin cable hardwired and all of the rest modular, but all in all it is nicely performed and does have some modular connections allowing for enhanced airflow. Top quality Japanese Caps, 5 Year Warranty. So far I have constantly had great buyer service from Antec. Yes I would undoubtedly obtain a different Antec PSU if and when I will need yet another.G. incredibly really,i hear my case fans more than the power supply.Performs beautifully handles sli,raid,4 optical drive's and every thing else i can throw at it without having missing a beat Though modular the only actual issue that i did not like was the braiding that was utilized.Despite the fact that it was good and clean nonetheless the wires was visible. No large concern here though that is just nit picking The other modular wires that came with it will suit just about everyone,Although for me it would have been nice to have one more wire that just had 2 sata wires alternatively of the 3 as it would have helped clean the wire management up a smallThis is quite significantly it,practically nothing to warrant a egg off,as this is becoming quite picky.I am very satisfied with this unit and will Purchase more Antec goods for my future builds as i am amazed at the good quality they have

Very strong and cables look industrial in quality. Performs effectively - just as advertised. Fan pretty quiet. Have a lot of left more than cables from the unit that can not be unplugged. This outcomes in having to deal with finding space for them in the case. If it have been not for this I would have rated five stars.

Smaller sized than my last energy supply of higher wattage. Mounted completely in the bottom of my Antec case. Lots of additional cables. I run 2x GPU, 2x burners, and two HDs and nevertheless only had to use the pre-attached cables. Sweet mesh cable protectors. Nothing main but. Took two days longer to ship then stated. Pre-atached cables have a tendency to clutter the case-space. but I have no window so that complaint is minor. I saw some comments about the 4pin connector not getting extended enough to go over the best of a GPU, This is simply not accurate. I have 1 of the biggest Antec circumstances plus I run 2x GPU (old large BFG tech cards) and it Nevertheless had enough length to go more than prime of each them. I picture all that would be moot with a prime mounted PS case.

I got it on black friday sale.. 80$ it powers every thing i wanted it too. 4 difficult drives, asus 750a, amd 955, 4gb ddr3 1333, 1 dvd rom drive, 9800 gtx+. Very first one particular recieved had a seriously bad noise coming from it when the power was off, i was able to hear it across my room when pc was off. Contacted newegg, they replaced it cost-free of charge to me. Second a single for some explanation has the identical problem some sort of electrical noise coming from it, not as negative as initial one, but again can hear it when pc is off. Initial antec get. Its a fantastic issue i got it for 80$ otherwise, i would have had a fit of the wasted time to get it replaced... just to get an additional psu with identical difficulty just not as bad. All in all i will problaby buy from antec once again , but not this solution.

Also have five HDDs, two Disk Drives, a card reader and numerous fans running off this PSU and i haven't had any challenges with not possessing adequate energy.
