non conductive? This compound is THICK! I like arctic silver products but I found this compound to be way also thick. It is thicker than peanut butter and virtually impossible to spread about. Thus far I haven't observed any change in temps but time will inform when its had a even though to set, but seeing how thick this compound is and how dry it seemed when applying to the processor I anticipate this compound to be worthless in a brief time. It will likely be as well dry to even function. When applying it to the processor, some of the compound even clumped up into little dry particles like wet flour.

amazing paste, works nicely and is not adhesive at all ... so considerably simpler/nicer to remove than stock TIM

Forms a tight bond amongst surfaces. As mentioned elsewhere this is a "sticky" compound, not a "cream". But that's a very good factor -- once you get a smooth surface the compound binds the surfaces air-tight. Somewhat challenging to work with. You'll need a little rigid surface like a credit card, patience, a keen eye, and a little luck. Even though putting in my heatsink I tilted the board and the heatsink slid off-center. It was *very difficult* to get rid of the heatsink in order to reapply the compound -- a lot additional tough than with a cream compound.

It does what it's supposed to. Non electrically conductive. This paste drops temperatures nearly as low as the Arctic Silver five Thermal Compound. I average 10C lower with this than the stock paste that comes with most CPU coolers. Smaller tube makes it seem like you are wasting your dollars.

It did not permit the CPU to overheat. I necessary a thermal compound for testing with dry ice and liquid nitrogen. Every person recommended this item to me. This stuff froze solid with each coolants. It was also not simple to operate with. Following making use of the stuff on two testing occasions (and it froze solid), I decided to just use no TIM at all. My temperatures devoid of ceramique as the the TIM had been much better than they had been with it. Now I'm just mad that I purchased two tubes of it.

the AS ceramicque tim is quite good at it's job, and will last a Lengthy time. it will cool off your cpu/nb/sb/gpuother thermally overloaded item with heatsink. on the other hand there IS one particular major con this tim is a ceramic tim, meaning that once it's broken in. that peice of metal laced plate ware has BAKED your cpu to your hs/f. this is only a con in that it could ruin elements, on the other hand i use this mostly to re apply nb/sb/gpu hs/f and it assists hold them cooler know what yer leaping into b4 you get

Does the job! Not sure how substantially 'better' it is than other thermal pastes. I got this just to examine it out, I haven't seen a 'noticiable' difference amongst say artic 7 vs Ceramique. I'm sure some other hobbiests will differ on my opinion. But I'm pretty confident as always, application of the paste it what makes or breaks it, and of course a fantastic HSF.

Along with my cooler, my i5 2500k at 4ghz idles under 30c and runs below 50c when loaded. I don't really have prior expertise with creating to compare it to, but my last prebuilt idled at 50c... So it seems promising. None to speak of I'm not a computer system expert, and this part was employed through my 1st construct. Enthusiasts, ignore what I have to say.

CPU stays cooler!if your not completely idiotic, it spreads okay.yep. dang this stuff is sticky! i accidentally place the HS on incorrect, what a mistake!took me TEN MINUTES to carefully pry the HS back off.also, it tends to goop up and stretch, such as 1 reviewer stated, "like pizza cheese!"hasnt fully set yet, but yeah. didnt acquire mine on newegg, and it hasnt completely set, but even though it hasnt, its still running cooler than the CHALK that was spread stock on the CPU.horrible, gateway, horrible stock thermal paste.also, apparently the wordh.o.l.y.and the wordc.r.a.p.are not allowed right here, nor isr.e.t.a.r.d.e.d.wheres my freedom of speech?

actually bond cooler to CPU - a small dab'll do you - I bought the little tube and have utilized on 4 applications and nonetheless have some left - you can undo and reapply - particularly if u do not more than apply in the very first location and use a good cleaning product - I use Arctic Silver ACN-60ML, which IS greater than plain alcohol IMHO require to read the directions on net web-site ; if you more than apply it will be tough to get the heat sink off the CPU but that is not the fault of the item have this in an AMD Phenom II three.two Ghz (standard no OC) and a Zalman CNPS9500 AM2 Quiet CPU Cooler in an Antec 900 case - steady at 31 degrees Celsius - don't seriously strain the boxc n significantly - not a game r but also on an artic cooler freezer pro with Phenom II quad core (AMD2 955) all is well

Keeps my method cool lots of compound I utilised it so far on five computers. no complaints other than its hard to spread, but i consider its superior to set the heat-sink on prime following applying the past without spreading anyway. Don't over apply the compound you don't will need quite a lot about a centimeter lengthy bead.

inexpensive, straightforward to function with,i dislike runny paste,Extremely Quickly SHIPPING,i ordered it one particular day and it was right here the Very subsequent afternoon !! way to go NEWEGG !! Doesnt operate appropriate off the bat, requirements set in,curing time, but i knew this before buying. Apart from the curing time, check their net internet site it says 25 hours, due to it needing several energy cycles, heating up and cooling down,to reach its stabilization point,But i sped this up abit since i occurred to have a transportable air compressor on hand.So mine was stable soon after about ten power cycles, what they must mention,is that the paste itself demands to be left alone for about 8 to 10 hours to actually set.But all in all its a quite excellent item, nice and uncomplicated to spread, doest come with a plastic spreader like some,BUT just do what i did,i cut up my expired plastic health card,or any credit card, into narrow strips and utilized that to spread it.functions actual very good! i lowered my cpu temps by about eight to 9 degrees,im operating a QX6700 with a V1 thermaltake all copper cooler, fairly large tower and 5 x 120mm fans .

Transfers heat decently Sticky disgusting mess! Challenging to rub into the heatsink surface to pre-treat the heatsink. Tough to manipulate this stuff at all or squeeze out how much you need. Very sticky and messy and it stretches like pizza cheese! Save yourself the mess and buy some ASilver5 (the silver stuff)I believed id save five dollars and get this stuff and ended up costing myself a complete lot of frustration.

I had the Cooler Master Hyper L3 on a Pentium D two.eight GHz with the stock pad for thermal compound and it was idling at about 55C (One of the clips could have been loose but that's possibly when it went up to 60C) NOW it's 38C with the Ceramique promptly after install. Even although this cooler had mediocre critiques saying it is barely above the stock coolers, AS Ceramique appears to make all the difference. none I didn't know if the thermal grease actually mattered that a lot before given that some coolers come with far better ones, now I know!
