Holds my two OCZ SSD Drives as intended. Not actually a con due to the fact my case has a special mounting approach... Antec P182... but had to drill the bottom holes a tiny bigger to use the long screws that Antec supplies for their drive holder.

Cheap, does it's job of mounting a 2.five" HDD. Self tapping screw setup is hokey at greatest. The holes aren't actually optimized for the screw size and the screws are crumby, resulting in a fair amount of torque expected for installation. It's not very simple to get the screw threading straight either. Wouldn't risk a common platter HDD in this item.
