I'm in love with these, bought them at 70$+free ship and couldn't be happier. Its a real balanced sound (not just booming bass) and the mic is really nice! I'm an audiophile and I can assure you, you won't find a better deal for a gaming headset! |

I just received these and they have surprised me. The sound is amazing! I wasn't expecting this for $69. I drive them through my Sound blaster which has a headphone amp. I've played bf4 with them and positional audio is clear. I haven't tried the included usb soundcard. Mids and highs are beautiful and extremely clear. Bass is readily available (i.e., 18hz) and very distinct. I've pushed the 31, 62 and 125 on my equalizer just to see how much base i can get and it is very abundant but not overly boomy like most of the gaming headsets around the $100 mark. I bought a pair for my son when it was on sale. After trying these out for a few days I cannot use my Skull Candy headset anymore, the sound quality is so much better and the fit is more comfy. Gotta grab another pair for myself while still on sale. |
While the sound quality will not change your life, it is comfortable enough to forget you are wearing a headset. The fit-and-finish is very good, supplied with a heavy gauge cable.
