COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 Black Computer Case

My 1st HAF case and it's actually a wonderful case, extremely sturdy and heavy duty and it looks good almost like a bomb when all lit up. My GTX 570 fits great with a inch maybe two to spare but if you get rid of the middle section HDD cage you have a nice empty space to improve airflow. While this I'm confident is just 1 of those instances but one of the front removable drive panels just doesn't want to clip into place firmly on my particular case so any movement or touch and it desires to fall inside the case which is no biggy I just took it out and put a drive in it.

This case has very nice cable management and it has enough room to fit even the longest graphics cards (it has removable HD cage). I really like how the middle hard drive cage and 2.5" HD cage are removable. They allow you with some customization which I find is pretty nice for a case of this price.The quality of the case is pretty good as expected but I would have preferred that the interior or at least the back is painted black. There were some black smudges on the inside of the left panel but it didn't hurt my case so I didn't complain.All in all, this is a very nice case for the price point.

This is a very good case with a nice price, it pretty much has all the feature you will need. The instruction manual is very simple to follow for first time builder. It also include all the screws and accessories you will need in the future. It fits my Hyper 212+ dual fans without problem (you would need a low profile ram though). But please for your own sake, always check your item before you throw the boxes or receipt away. I got my case with a scratch on the side and it was touched up and covered with black marker so I didn't notice at first. In my opinion, coolermaster have great product but very poor quality control.

I got this case 3 weeks ago and I am very pleased with it. There's a lot of room for all the components and many additional fans. Really great, well worth the money. This is the case to go if you are on a budget.

Everything about this case appears incredible to me appropriate now. The case came in a properly packaged box and this is something I locate very good (I have some horror stories like we all do) Second, all the items included in the box are really nice. Clips to make this tool less, some space for SSD, 8 expansions slots and a bottom mounted power supply. That's often a plus in my book. It's not the 1st coolermaster product I have owned, nevertheless it's the 1st case, and I didn't switch my setup into that new case and I don't know how very good it's gonna go. Though the case is good, the side pannel seems a bit inexpensive and made of sub quality metal. Nevertheless the small HAF tag makes up for it. Since I didn't switch my rig yet, I don't know how the airflow, trouble, cable management is gonna go, but I do belive there's gonna be enough space for my custom CPU heatsink, my SLI GPU and my 2x120mm fans.For 60$ + 10$ shipping, you actually can't go wrong with this case, and while it's not as fancy as the logisys area51 case with blue led all over the location, it's whort the 15$ difference.

Made of a sturdy metal, only front cover and best piece are produced of plastic.A lot of selections for Fan upgrades7Ư expansion slots.Future proof with the SSD two.five drive bay.Removable Harddrive bayBottom mounted PSU WARNING! If you have a Corsair H70, or are thinking of putting one in this case. It will fit but you can not fit a fan above it inside. I fixed this purchase just installing my two 120mm fans on best of my case with grills. dilemma solved and it looks fineNo window, Though this is very easily fixed (see other thoughts).Only 4 5.25 bays. wish there had been atleast five, but i knew this buying it.Dust filters are kinda lame.. they kinda work. but wish the one for the PSU fan was a small much better. Considering dust in your PSU can be Extremely bad. I guess its not to large of a deal if you just clean it out each and every now and then. I couldnt actually discover a low-cost case with a window that i liked.. So, i just merely bought this 1 and cut 9"x10 1ǘ" hole for a window on the side. This case is a mid priced case by Coolermaster. It's cheap compared to other cases and has very good cable management capabilities which means maximum airflow. It's very easy to put install your new PC into it and comes with two fans (one in the back and one in the front). The case looks stunning in real life. Highly recommend it.

I have to say I didn't think we could have a case like that at this price. I normally don't shop for that, but I replaced my power supply and I needed a case where the power supply is at bottom. I also wanted bigger fans. This case was recommended by a few ones and the reviews were all positive, so I took it without hesitation.The big thing with this case for me was the cable management. I had zero management in my previous case. It took 2 evenings to assemble everything (that includes removing pieces from the old case). It now looks pretty neat. I spent more time on the hard drives, simply because I got 4 SSD (2.5in) and 1 HD (2.5in also). The 2.5 to 3.5 adapters were not working with the no-screw adapters that came with the case. Fortunately, there was a hole on the no-screw adapters. I have put screws in the other side of the 2.5 to 3.5 adapters and the screws were long enough to get into the hole. After that I was really happy, I first thought I would need duck tape, fortunately there was a solution.The rest went smooth. As said in Cons, there is only one no-screw adapter for the DVD and I got 2 DVD, so I had to use screws.One last thing. With the side panels installed, when I turned on my computer, if I would let the case fans run at 100%, the front dust filter would be sucked by the powerful fans (Enermax twister bearing) and this creates noise because of the fans touching the air filter. I had to use the screws that maintains the front grid with washers to tighten the dust filter.Hope this will help in your shopping. I know it was long but it had to be said.

Incredibly massive mid case. Convenient cable hiding holes behind motherboard make it extremely clean inside. It looks and feels sturdy until... The side panel with the thumb screws is loose. I'm not confident if this is a manufacturing mess up or a packing/shipping concern. Nevertheless, the leading corner closest to the front of the case is incredibly loose and consequently makes a lot of noise if shaken or if I were to install a side panel exhaust fan. Quite disappointed in this :( If the side panel wasn't messed up, I would have rated this case probably a 4Ǜ eggs. I loved it until I noticed the loose panel.

Terrific Looking sturdy case. Loads of accessories. Lots of attention to detail. Comes with SSD holders and 2 120mm fans. Wonderful value. Its large. Insane number of harddrive slots. Screwless. This will last me decades. Its big and open. Use quiet fans.

I read a few for this case before placing my order. It was well recommended and I recommend it too for a good-size mid-tower case that isn't too tall and fits a lot of stuff.Despite being roomy and easy to work with, and having rounded edges, I still managed to cut myself three times while working inside. I tend to do that a lot though, so it could just be me. There's plenty of room inside, and you can remove the extra. If you have a lot of cables, getting everything in the back and out of the way might be tricky. I was able to get almost everything tucked away, so this is my "cleanest" case yet. It comes with tie wraps and things to help you organize. The HDD holders are great and easy to use.

At the price point the case offers plenty of room, good choice of accessories, looks very presentable. Options for lacement power supply (bottom), drives, optional fans and lorge CPU coolers are good. I added two Coolermaster Megaflow 200 mm fans (front and top) and placed the original front 120 mm fan on the side wall. The air flow is excellent keeping all components cool and the fans are very quiet. Practically any system should fit with ease in this case. Check one of the case reviews, they are very informative.

Roomy, affordable, really well created, superior design functions such as lots of room behind M/B tray for hiding wires, and front panel that's part of the case body and not the cover. With a 200mm fan in front, 120mm fan exhaust, and 2x120mm fans on leading exhausting, the case has wonderful airflow. And, even with all those fans, my Asus Q-Fan setting keeps points quiet when not stressing the ststem Only has thumb screws on the left cover. If you choose to replace the front 120mm fan with a 200mm fan be positive you have 1 1ǘ" long 6-32 bolts on hand initially. I purchased a Cooler Master lighted 200mm fan so there'd be no compatibility problems. But the fan only came with self-tapping screws that are wrong for the front installation in this case. The old fan's bolts had been too short for the thicker 200mm fan, and the extra mtg bolts supplied w/case were also too brief Ƒ 1Ǟ") Not worth knocking off an egg, but some thing to note.

This case is awesome. The case was shipped to me 3day. There is no visible damage on the box. The best tray is not secured to the top, three of four posts are broken/missing, and 1ǚ locking tabs is missing. There aren't even extra bits of plastic rattling inside the cage. Beware. I love this case.Originally I pieced together a computer for a friend using this case, it was the first time I ever put together a computer using a case with cable management, it changed me.After being spoiled by that my Inwin Maelstrom just didn't cut it anymore, upgraded to a Coolermaster 935 almost a week later, and soon after that I upgraded my secondary computer with this case from a Thermaltake V3, for almost the same price as the V3.Coolermaster makes some of the greatest cases around today.VERY highly recommended.

For what you pay for this case, there are few who can offer what CM does with the HAF 912. It's a bit of an ordinary case, but for budget builds, that's not supposed to be an issue. It was easy building a system in one - although I recently built another system with the Zalman Z9 Plus and found that one to be a slightly better case to work with and a bit better looking. Overall, you can't go wrong with this case.
