COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
Cons:May be too large, feels a bit cheap.

Pros:Keeps CPU cool, not -too- large, can expand to dual fan setup.
Comment:
This cooler is very effective. i5 2500k n4.0 28-30C on idle. Highly recommend it for its price to performance ratio. Lots of bang for your buck.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
Cons:Not Sturdy

Pros:PricePerformanceLooks
Comment:
This is an awesome cooler, got it for under $30. It cools an i5 idle at 27C.My only beef with it is that once mounted it slightly twists back and forth, regardless of how well it performs, I'm docking a star just for that.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
Cons:slightly tall... but to be expected with most aftermarket heatsinks

Pros:great cooling, quiet when not stressing psu much.
Comment:
a great product, cools my i3 530 (overclocked to 4.4) to 34-36 when idle and 68 max when prime has been running for 6 hours. got it for 31$ and change price match. the fan will get slightly noisy at those temps but its normal i think. also, when not stressing the cpu much, you can have no fan and temps would be fine, just 2 degrees difference, although when stressing, you need it to help cool down the fins and heatpipes. easy install but since my case is tight its hard to remove the fan when you need to (antec 200, budget build). when gaming on battlefield 3 for a couple hours with an msi r6970 lightning the temps never reach above 47. COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
Cons:Not a con per say - but measure to make sure it'll fit, since it could interfere with your first memory slot.

Pros:Great cooling for the average overclockerEasy to installIncluded fan is quiet enough
Comment:
Thus far, I've been very pleased with this cooler. I don't have any experience with the Hyper 212+, it's predecessor, but this cools very well, especially for the competitive price.I was able to overclock my 2500k to 4.0 ghz without even fiddling with setting in the slightest, and noticed virutally no temperature increase. I have no doubt that I'll be able to ramp up that overclock with ease when I eventually want to.I'm using a Coolermaster Storm Enforcer case (which is essentially a Haf 912 case with some extra bells n' whistles), and size is a non-issue. It does overlap my first memory slot, such that I can't put in high-profile memory, but no game needs 16 gb of ram.
