I have an i7-875K so I really need a good CPU cooler. This one does the job and no matter how I OC my CPU, it doesn't make noise, I can bearly hear it. The best thing for this cooler is the price, you can't get any better cooler than this one for less than 30 bucks.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:- Need to take motherboard out of case for install.

Pros:- Great cooling performance- Quiet- Low cost
Comment:
Very impressed with this product. It offers great cooling performance at a low cost. The Intel stock HSF allows my E5200 (OC 3.33ghz) to rise over 70c under full load. My chasis doesn't have great air flow, but after installing this, the CPU temperature always stay under 60c. The fan is not noticeably louder than the Intel Stock one either. The installation is a little tricky since you have to take your motherboard out of the case but it took me no more than 30 min.

Cons:Noisy Fan

Pros:Strong coolingExcellent build quality
Comment:
Using this on an OC'd Intel E8400 and it works like a charm keeping my OC'd baby in the cool. I did replace the stock fan with a Noctua NF-P12 to match the overall silence in my silent build.

Cons:None at all

Pros:+Fairly Quiet+Cheap+Cool+You can mount 2 fans!!
Comment:
I got 2 of theses to replace extremely loud AMD stock cooler. Not I have cooler temperatures and a near silent heatsink fan. I have not tested them on Intel systems(Intel's stock is not THAT loud) yet, but i would bet they work just as well there. This is unbeatable for the price

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:huge, heavy - though expectedA little complex to install but fits all typesCan get somewhat loud but justified with the cooling

Pros:Very effective cooling and low cost cooling solution
Comment:
Amazing replacement for any stock heatsinks, it lowered my cpu core by 10+ degrees compared to the cheap old one I had. Improved airflow after installing it to blow out air through the back. It did block a NB cooler I was planning on using because this thing is huge so had to re-adjust.

This is probably still the best cooler from a price to performance ratio. Keeps my I5 750 OC'd to 3.6GHZ with no temperature issues.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:mounting system is a little clumsy

Pros:Amazing cooling over stock heatsinkIncludes decent thermal pastePrice is unbeatable when price-matched
Comment:
I have been using the stock heatsink included with my intel core 2 duo for almost 2 years.Installation was a little cumbersome but not impossible by no means. Since this supports a large range of socket sizes, mounting system isn't obvious to install.Once installed though, I noticed a 10C decrease to the stock cooler (using the included fan) under both load and idle temps. With my new amazing temperatures I decided to OC my CPU (e8400 to 4ghz) with awesome temps. 31C idle, 53C load.I am really happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is still using the stock heatsink.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:A bit tall, so might have fit issues

Pros:Great temperaturesEasy installationFits many socketsInexpensiveComes with solid fan mount
Comment:
Excellent heatsink for the money. The temperatures are just as low, if not lower, than my old Scythe Ninja. One major advantage of this is the mounting which is easy and firm. The mounting is cleverly designed so all sockets can use it. I can't say anything bad about it really. As long as it fits your case, get it by all means. It's weird that sometimes this thing goes back order for some reason...

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Installation might be a bit daunting for the inexperienced.Fan might be a bit loud considering it's a 2000 rpm fan.

Pros:Incredible cooling capabilityUniversal compatibility with cpu sockets
Comment:
All in all a very worthy and cost effective cooling solution for all sorts of processors. The value of this cooler is second to none, other more expensive coolers offer minuscule advantages in the range of 3-4 degrees for triple the cost.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:-The top of the pipes make it too big for some cases-Fan is a bit of a pain to take off once mounted and must be off to mount heatsink with most sockets-Included thermal paste isn't the best

Pros:-Great air cooler, best cost/performance in my opinion-Comes with an acceptable fan-One bracket and mounting piece for all recent sockets
Comment:
Don't let the cons I've listed detour you from this heatsink, it is definitely the best price for performance you will get. It comes with pieces so you can mount another fan for a push/pull configuration which will improve temperatures even more. The only thing I must say is to make sure it fits in your case before you buy it as it can be took big for some cases.

I am amazed. Currently useing asus m4a785t-m with a athlon 2 x2 250. 3.6ghz prime stable, and this thing cut my load temperature down from mid 40's on stock cooler, down to 27c. This cooler is astounding for $29.also, I'm useing 2x2gb of gskill ripjaws 1600mhz ddr3, and the fan on the cooler does not block the first ram slot. Very happy.

Pros:-Price vs Performance-Easy to install

Install was very easy and even if you are not an overclocker (which I am), this is a very good product to buy.I have idle temp at around 30C and load at 43C, and huge difference between this heatsink and intel stock heatsink.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:May not be ideal for some motherboards/cases. (Measure!)

Pros:Best bang for your buck at about $20 (Price match).Preforms almost as good as the higher-end Heatsinks. Can mount two fans. (One is included)
Comment:
Due to it's size, one of my ram slots are blocked. Also, in my antec 1200, there us approx 1 cm to spare in height. As with all heat sinks, MEASURE YOUR CASE!At stock speeds, my idle temps went from 45 to 25. Load temps went from 65 to 40. (temps are with a single fan)I was expecting less performance, and was very pleased!I highly recommend this product to all!

Cons:The installation instruction manual included is very confusing

Pros:Works great. Very big and heavy and looks like it's ready for some heavy duty work. Includes accessories for you to put 2nd fan behind the heatsink
Comment:
Got this for my Intel Xeon x3440 Quad core processor. I haven't overclock my cpu yet so I can't tell how much temp will it keep down compare to the stock speed. It is huge so make sure your case has enough room for it.

Great Heatsink for the price. Come with a backplate to help the motherboard. Heatsink is Heavy and Huge, be sure you have enough room inside your case for it before buying. Fits perfectly in a Antec 900 Case.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:- The manual is total ****, you pretty much have to use ur head and figure out how it goes lol.

Pros:- Very silent- Very good performance, mostly with 2 fans.- Never seen a heatsink with fans so easy to mount!- Ridiculously cheap for that quality mostly once price-matched.- Doesn't take too much space like my previous (Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer)
Comment:
I bought this for my X6 1055T and I was amazed that by going from 2.8 to 3.8Ghz my cpu only went 11C higher on load and it's still dead silent. One suggestion I can tell you is to install it THEN mount the fans, otherwise it will be a huge PITA. I could get a second high quality fan for the same price of the regular price of this heatsink since it's so cheap when price-matched. It's performance are even the same as the products like Corsair H50 which cost 3x more so look nowhere else!

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:- Instructions

Pros:- Price- Performance
Comment:
The instructions that come with this cooler leave a lot to the imagination. I suggest reading reviews on how to most effectively apply the thermal paste to this cooler and make sure you do a dry test fit before putting the paste on and bolting it down. Other than the intruction manual being poor, the product is amazing. Got an extra 100mhz OC on my Phenom II X2 550 and lowered the load temps by 16C over the stock cooler. Also quieter than the stock fan.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:EXTREMELY bad instructions on how to install it. I've never been so frustrated installing a heatsink lol. if you buy it definitely youtube or google how to install it.

Pros:cooling. my idle temperatures for my i7 860 is 20 C, and 33 at LOAD in a Coolermaster 690 II case. It's also not that loud, maybe the volume of a whisper.
Comment:
super priced cooler that everyone should consider buying even if they never plan on OC'ing their CPU. This is so much better for such a cheap price. coolermaster hit the nail on the head with this one in terms of performance and price, and now reap the benefits of legions of fans!

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:Not the easiest installationThe copper pins touches the side panel

Pros:Price after PMQuiet
Comment:
Lowered the temperature of my i3 530 from 35C to 22C on idle. It's also quieter than stock fan when idling at 1000-1200rpm.The only problem is that I can't close the side panel because the copper pins are too long. So be careful, it's a little higher than 120mm.

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 120mm sleeve CPU Cooler
Cons:It's a tower! (If you got a small case, you'll have to mod your case or get a different cooler)For unknown reasons, idle has been 40C and full load has been 43C. Strange range of temperatures indeed (for myself).A real PITA to install (thanks to the unclear instruction manual) and requires patience to install the Cooler

Pros:Much cooler than the stock heatsinkRuns quiet compared to stock heatsinkExcellent price-to-performance ratio
Comment:
I wanted a heatsink that could cool the CPU efficiently without spending an arm and a leg to buy. This had been a good purchase for me. Even though the idle temp is 40C, it's running very cool 43C at load. I recommend this cooler if you are looking for a cooling solution without breaking the bank, but make sure you find the installation video so you won't be frustrated by the included instructions.
