Not sure where Cooler Master got that 19db noise rating from. Maybe as an exhaust at 60-70% rpm it's true. However on full blast as an intake. I can hear the fan whining from 30+ feet away.While you can't get a better fan for the price. This one doesn't come without problems. I'd really recommend have a fan controller to turn it down. Especially if you plan to use it as an intake. Or picking up some 7v adapters. If noise is not an issue then don't hesitate getting some at its 5-6$ price point.

Strategy to replace it and the rest of my fans with Scythe SY1225SL12SHInitially used to replace a failing fan in an Antec 900. They move a lot of air and the LED's are neither as well bright or as well dull. They, nonetheless, aren't the quietest fans in my case. At the time I ordered two of these fans for my case. Yesterday on 1 of the fans 2 of the blue LED's died. I got these to make my case look superior and they did. If I had been you I would as an alternative get the Cool Master Blade Master and just add you own cold cathodes.

I installed the fans and they perform excellent, can't hear them more than my speakers when gaming. Took my graphics card heat down by 4 degrees. The Blue LED does not match all other blue LEDs or my coolermaster storm scout case. They appear a lot more tourqious.

These items are flippin quiet. Even the hum of the wind going by means of a grill that some other reviewers have pointed out is seriously just a low frequency hum that sounds a lot more like victory than an annoying fan noise. Don't get me began on the cooling! I just installed two of these in my Full Tower and CPU/Case temperatures dropped about 10F (before I'd record these temperatures at around 88F to 95F now they're down to 77F to 85F) and this is in the summer time. I'm supremely impressed by this item. If you're hunting for a blinding LED fan, this isn't it. I was a bit skeptical about them ahead of I installed it as well but I kind of like the dimmer glow of these LED fans. Apart from the cooling and quiet of these fans totally overcompensate for any dissatisfaction with the LED brightness.

Quiet, effective, and a nice blue glow. Tough to screw in, but came out just fine in my CoolerMaster 690 case. Great value.

Semi quiet, I mean lets get genuine here, it's 2000rpm, it's not going to be as quiet as most stock case fans, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was reasonably quiet. If I am listening to music or watching a video at low volume you don't even notice the noise and I have these going at one hundred%.Fans run at 1950-1990RPM continuously so it's quite properly inside it's variety.The picture created me believe the blade assembly was clear but its the very same color as the rest of the housing, a good glossy black, not like a deep black but just about a semi opaque black.Watch out although, the wires are only like 8 inches extended, a large step down from the fans that came in the case, thank the lord they had been lengthy adequate to connect, but not long enough for cable management or rerouting, had to use the closest connector.Utilised a 3 pin connector, sturdy quality. The blue LED light didn't beam me to the enterprise, but for the price I wasn't shocked. Remember, WATCH OUT FOR THE Short WIRE!

Appears cool Didn't final considerably longer then a year. There are 8,765.81277 hours in a year. This is rated to final around six years. And that's if you run it non-cease. I now personal 2 of these fans and strategy on buying more. These fans are excellent good quality and have a good strong feel. they move a great quantity of air while preserving a fantastic noise lvl, and unlike a lot of other led fans, the led lights are not overpowering and have a wonderful look. The fan also has additional blades then most other fans which means a decrease rpm with a bit much more air flow than most other individuals. none Like most fans, they come with the normal self tapping screws and being that the fan is produced of a higher high quality plastic, it can be a small difficult to mount the fan at first. I find that with all fans, running the screws in and out prior to installation tends to make it go that substantially smoother.

Good airflow, good value, LED's looks good, fairly quiet. Two of 3 I bought 7ታቦ have failed. Completely froze up. I will not be buying any far more fans from Cooler Master as this failure caused me additional hardware headaches and a lot of time lost troubleshooting.

There isn't a groove for the screw itself, you have to make your own by forcing the screw in to the hole and repeatedly trying to screw it in. Skim through a few youtube videos and you'll see that this is a common issue.

Looks fantastic with blue, and moves a lot of air even though performing it!Can be super quiet. Can also be very loud! One particular of mine sounds like an airplane receiving prepared to take off when it's on full speed.Also the speed on my other fan has been decreasing. Not as well poor correct now, but it makes me wonder how low it will go... I bought two of these 6 weeks ago and they have been steadily declining given that. One has been acquiring consistently nosier, and the other one particular has been acquiring consistently slower (down from 2100 RPM to a max of 1900 RPM). For the price tag they aren't undesirable, I possibly just got some bad ones.

One of a trio of 120mm fans I bought as spares, since I never seem to have one when I need it. I wasn't interested in permanent replacement fans for all the more expensive ones I have, just something to tide me over if the need arose. I managed to pick up one of these for an excellent price, just to try it out. These also come with a three-pin male to Molex adapter so they can be connected directly to a PSU rather than a motherboard header. It shouldn't matter either way as they are single speed three-wire fans without PWM and won't ramp up or down according to the motherboard's temperature sensor. Do not be deceived by the description into thinking the 4 pin connector mentioned is a motherboard fan header connector. It refers to the Molex connector. Decent airflow specs, and it seems to move some volume. I'm not certain why so many others found them loud, as I found mine to be relatively quiet Maybe I'm just getting old and my hearing isn't what it used to be - too many years listening to those cheap 80 mm fans we used to put up with. The blue LEDs are mounted to cast  a blue light up the four arms of the fan shroud creating a spiral arm effect (pretty much exactly as the picture shows), rather than illuminating the blades as other models do. Just out of curiosity, I connected the fan to a Zalman Fanmate I had and tested to see how it would work spinning at lower voltages. It started right up at the lowest setting and ramped up nicely as I cranked the knob. And the LEDs ramped up in brightness as well :). All in all I have no complaints for the price I paid.

Moves a great quantity of air, and quiet. Immediately after two days, 1 of my fans began to make this loud irritating rattling noise. Blue LEDs. Have good airflow. A tiny loud. Two of my Blue LEDs are greenish for some cause. Not sure if that is a purpose to RMA or not. I didn't know they came with screws, lol.

Move a ton of air, not also loud, nice gloss finish, the LEDS are a good color but not as well vibrant. The screws strip effortless. If you want to move a lot of air and add a subtle glow to your system these will operate effectively.
