Has speed profiles built in - if you do not select it, it will default to 1033 vs 1600 MHz. Performs rapid, zero troubles so far. Long time to ship! Was not on QVL for memory, so I took a likelihood. I figured considering that the 2 GB modules have been on there, the four GB need to work - and they did!

Not confident. I purchased two sets in a matter of two weeks. The 1st set worked OK. The second has reduced SPD values and my system locks up overnight. Both are in a brand new P8P67 board and I use stock settings except I set memory at it's regular speed by XMP 1600.Under Memtest the old set is recognized as PC310600 and the old 1 as PC3-8500 . So what occurred to Corsair? Did they stop generating fantastic RAM? Manufacturer Response:You cannot buy 2 separate memory kits and mix them. Also, the XMP profile is not suited for this. Furthermore, the SPD has no influence on your situation. Please make contact with Technical Assistance and we'll help you.External Hyperlink(s): Corsair Get in touch with Page|

Corsair tends to make top rated of the line RAM, and I have under no circumstances personally had 1 that doesn't execute as advertised, or far better. As one more reader pointed out the timings on this ARE 9-9-9-24, not 9-9-9-27 as advertised on newegg. Hopefully they will right this error Don't look as cool as the Dominators, even though most folks wont care substantially. If price is not also much of an problem, I will Usually obtain corsair RAM. Sure, you spend a premium, but there is a explanation why.

Performs completely with an AMD 1090T BE CPU. I have ran games in Windows 7 64-bit HP with out a hitch. Had no difficulties running Linux off a 100GB partition. Solid set of RAM. None. • Analysis for hardware and application compatibility prior to purchasing!• Make confident your motherboard will assistance it!• Built and tested up to 1600MHz or reduce. Check the bios to see if your RAM is operating at 1600MHz. Most probably you will need to more than-clock to the shown manufacture speed. Do not run them above 1600MHz given that it is not built or tested to do so and could shorten its lifespan considerably. • Clock speed is not every little thing. You get more from a program with 16GB 1600MHz (etc...) than with 8GB 1866񳏀MHz. If you're acquiring for an AMD BE CPU, don't get anything above 1866MHz. Higher, most generally unstable, more than-clocking is needed to go over that clock speed.• Look at the specs. You can invest far more for further features you will not use or will need. • Maintain your receipts! Defects/Damage can come about regardless of manufacture. • Retain an eye open for manufactures supplying Restricted Lifetime Warranties. Occasionally you must register before a particular time.

Great worth when they operate. I purchased 3 pairs for an iCore7 box. 5 DIMMs have been fine, a single had a bad bit. I employed sys_basher to test the memory, repeated tests located a consistent error on on bit of one of the DIMMs, the other five passed.

Quickly, overclocks properly, cool, trusted Cost For a premium, one can get rapid memory that overclocks quite effectively. That is exactly what this is. Generally, I would place the "cheap" stuff in a computer system but, I decide on this memory for my most recent Core i7-2600K make because I wanted the utmost greatest functionality. The memory worked great out of the package and I have no complaints 4 months down the road. Amazing!

I love the truth I have thrown almost everything at it and it handles completely. The size is perfect for gaming and film editing. I also like the fact with Windows 7 ࿠ bit) Ultimate my memory operation per second went up. An inexpected but pleasant jump. Temp only move up only by 1 degree. None that I can come across but and I've been trying. If your seeking for an economical big memory boost - this is the one for you. I will be ordering a lot more when I make my brothers rig next month.

These work good. Have to be careful with sandy bridge, as it prefers lower voltage RAM. That stated, i have 16GB worth of this ram in an Asus p8p67 sandy bridge mobo and they run wonderful at stated speed. Mine run at 1.5v, not 1.65 though. Mobo set them there, not I, but so far they are rock solid. none
