Cooler Master RR-910-HTX3-G1 Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler - 92mm, LGA 1156, 775, AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM3
Cons:Instruction manual also uselessVery cheap feeling AMD bracket

Pros:Smaller form factor for a mATX buildDecently pricedPerforms well with two fansComes with all the hardware and thermal paste
Comment:
I purchased this for a mATX HTPC I built to cool an AMD Athlon II X2 250. It has an absolutely useless manual for AMD installation but YouTube has more than enough how to guides. I purchased a 92 mm Noctua for push pull configuration and the bracket was loose on the heatsink until I tweaked it a bit. Otherwise it's a good performer for the size/price.

Cooler Master RR-910-HTX3-G1 Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler - 92mm, LGA 1156, 775, AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM3
Cons:- fan could be bigger

Pros:- Easy to install (S939)- Heat pipes touch directly the CPU- Comes with extra thermal compound- Lot better than stock cooler- Low noise- Excellent Price/Quality ratio
Comment:
Bought this heatsink to replace the stock cooler on a S939 motherboard. Very easy to install. The cooling is a lot better than the stock cooler too. Noise was fairly low (had other component noisier in my system). Could be a bit better if the fan was 120mm but in general price was excellent (19$), cooling is more than enough and the fan isn't noisy.Very satisfied.

great cost/performance takes a bit of time to install for s775 & 1156, but worth it I just put it on my core i3-550, stock speed can't think the temps- idle @ 20C࿤F) and under load @ 42C鲫F) with the thermal management enabled (and utilizing bundled goop!). Combined with the CM Elite 430 (with 1 front 120mm fan) this is the quietest PC I have running. It performed extremely well on my s775 dual-core E2180 overclocked (can't recall the temps lol). Was a bit surprised to read some of the bad evaluations and problems with this, just take your time - have patience with the 8 micro screws to adjust the intel arms (a micro Š philips screwdriver assists a lot). The mobo memory/cpu sockets are truly close, was worried it would interfere but doesn't all 4 slots are accessible.

Comment:
Is considerably cooler and quieter than a stock cpu fan (obviously given). It dropped my temperatures from idleᤣ-40c/load 50-55c to idleᤙ-30c/load -45c, and has but to speed up to maintain my cpu cool. Not as massive as additional high-finish cpu coolers. Couple months later, nonetheless working. I didn't get it from Newegg, but rather I bought this cpu cooler from a nearby computer system store for about ว. I wish It had blue leds and a black coating, but for the cost, its expected.

Comment:
Working superior, installed with no problems, seemed to be less complicated to install than the the stock intel HSF. Dropped 3-five degrees at ilde and 10- 13 degrees load ( 49-> 36 degrees at stock clock) on a hot Pentium D, on slowest fan speed, about 800 rpm. Just installed with arctic silver, really should drop one more couple of degrees in a week or so. Not really a con but I necessary a tiny phillips screwdriver to install the push pin brackets. Didnt have one so a pocket knife seemd to get em tight. Didnt obtain this from newegg, got it at a local retailer.

Comment:
This was the first following market CPU cooler I have ever bought and I was pleasantly surprised. Idle temp is at 30 C and load temp hasn't gone over 43 C (room is about 21 C). Also was extremely pleased to see rather of the low-cost searching metal paper clips in the description to hold the fan on there are plastic attachments comparable to the Hyper 212. Installation I suppose-it was less complicated than other stock coolers I have installed but they are all truly a pain the rump to install. This thing is "quiet" not "quite." Not certain how numerous times I saw that when browsing through reviews for anything with a fan.Program:ASUS M4A87TD EVO AMD Phenom II X4 840 three.two GHzG.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB DDR3 1333EVGA GeForce GTX 460 768MBWD 320 GB & 500GB SATA II Hard DrivesHAF 912 case ƒ leading 120mm fans, 1 rear rear exhaust 120mm,and front 200mm keeps items frosty)

Cooler Master RR-910-HTX3-G1 Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler - 92mm, LGA 1156, 775, AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM3
Cons:- Hyper 212+ is not that much pricier- I would not go beyond a very light overclock with this heatsink

Pros:- Relatively easy to install on an am3+ board- Really silent so far, even when under load- Comes with thermal paste- Possibility of adding a second fan- Very cheap
Comment:
I installed this on a Phenom II X6 1090T at stock speeds. The stock AMD cooler was horrible at cooling and it was turning at super high rpms even under moderate cpu loads, making a lot of noise. Installing the Hyper TX3 lowered the core temperatures by 2-3 C at idle and by at least 5 C under mid-to-high load, while also greatly reducing the noise of the computer. The Hyper 212+ might have been a better buy, but the case the Hyper TX3 was bought for did not have enough space to fit the 212+.

Comment:
- Terrific price versus performance- Excellent style, feels solid and fits snug on board- The style is creative too, can exhaust straight out my back case fan- Really effortless installation (Have a AM2 slot CPU), took not even 5 minutes- Cools very efficiently at a quiet, low RPM- Allows for PWN control None that I can see yet! Dropped my core temperatures from 41 C to ㅏ C whilst idleing. Wonderful improvement and ready to do some overclocking. I am def. going to get one more when I construct my new PC next year. And as constantly, newegg came via with fast shipping and low rates as soon as once more!

Comment:
Keeps my temps low. Conceptually, really should be a cinch to install BUT... Installation for me was a huge hassle. One of the push pins came to me bent which produced issues a bit of a hassle. With that said, let me say, this isn't at all bad item. It keeps my temps low but actually didn't do a great deal else than that. It didn't drop any of my temps. Do oneself a really big favor and obtain some Shin-Etsu or AS-five thermal paste. The stuff CM gives you has the consistency of rubber cement. I got this due to the fact I was feeling lazy. I was anxious to start off overclocking but didn't really feel like waiting for the Hyper 212 plus. Plus, as I said, I was feeling lazy. Installation for the 212 plus calls for you to eliminate your mobo to install a back plate. I bought this as a holdover until I could get an H50. As I stated, this isn't a bad item. I just had a poor experience with it but if you're not too lazy in contrast to me, go with the 212 plus

Comment:
Quiet when run at moderate speeds, Keeps my Phenom at good temperatures even under load. Can't beat the price. None that are actually a con. Be careful with the grease, direct contact coolers have gaps, it's their nature, and gaps can cause hot spots. I make sure the gaps are filled superior top quality silver grease and never have a dilemma. Certain there are far better, more high-priced coolers, but this is a great bang for the buck, nothing fancy but does the job proper.

Not the best out there by any stretch, I wouldn't use it for overclocking, ever. But, for normal use, it does the job well enough and the price can't be beat. I've used 2 or 3 of these in the last year for various builds.

bought it cuz the hyper 212 plus is too big to fit in my case.idle temperature stated the same, but my cpu temp dropped by 10 degrees when playing games (which i guess is good enough?)so i would say get this instead of hyper 212 plus if that is too big to fit in ur case

Cooler Master RR-910-HTX3-G1 Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler - 92mm, LGA 1156, 775, AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM3
Cons: There are wider than expected heatsink gaps between the pipes and the aluminum base. Must fill these gaps with supplied TIM at installation.

Pros: This is a high volume, clip-mount air mover for many PC's.Uses a 4-pin pwm connector for good balance of decibels vs. cooling.PC now idles at 35C and works at 50C (100% load) a 2100 rpm, maximum. Light weight prevents worrying about the motherboard's ability to support it.Includes a tube of thermal insulating material for installation.
Comment:
Despite the average looks of this easy to install hsf, this item beats the cooling power pants off of others in the same price range. Add a 2nd 90mm fan for a push/pull configuration and cooling performance increases well beyond first impressions.Worth every penny spent. Earned me brownie points with the wife!

Cons: Instructions fall short, but wasn't difficult to figure out.Purchase some thermal grease as the one that comes with is might not be up to snuff.

Pros: Very quiet, very coooool!Install was a breeze on AM3 with Phenom X6 1055T.Overclocked to 3.6GHz and is now 10C lower than stock fan under load.
Comment:
This CPU cooler is high quality and provides good cooling. It isn't one of the best, but for the price it performed much better than I had anticipated. There is room for a second fan, if you so desire.I had concerns about this cooler not providing enough clearance with my G.Skill RAM but there was about 8mm between the base of the fan and the top of the RAM heatsink.Overall, I'm very happy with this cooler and am considering a second for my 939 Athlon64 still kicking around.

Cooler Master RR-910-HTX3-G1 Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler - 92mm, LGA 1156, 775, AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM3
Cons: Doesn't completely cover AM3 processor.

Pros: Cools well, inexpensive. Comes with thermal paste.
Comment:
I purchased 3 of these coolers. One to put on my new Phenom II X4 940 125W processor. I had tried to use an Arctic Cooler Alpine Pro 64 on the processor, but the temps went up to 60 degrees C quickly when running 100% CPU load. That cooler was never designed for 125W, so I purchased these.I'm not happy with the clamping system as it seems a bit flimsy, but I have put 2 of them on different systems, and they are holding well.My biggest issue is that the base doesn't completely cover the surface of an AM3 processor. That being said, I have run the processor at 100% for the past hour or so in a very warm room (25+ degrees C), and the max temp has been 47 C using CoreTemp. The other processor is a Phenom II X2 550, and the temps are a lot lower than with the stock heatsink/fan.Intel users won't have any issue with the cooler covering their CPU's. Had I installed this on an Intel, I'm sure I would have given it a higher score.

Cons: -92mm only

Pros: -Uses stock backplate (For AM3 atleast)-Versatile (Supports almost all modern sockets)-Quiet-Good cooling
Comment:
I used this in my first built, I loved it. I was limited by size because of a side fan, and I chose this. It did the job, kept temps under 36C and was very quiet. If you can support a heatsink larger than this, I would personally go with the Hyper 212 Plus (Basically the 120mm of this)

Bought this for a Phenom II X3 and it works pretty good so far. It's a little big and heavy, but what do you expect. Instructions for AM sockets not so clear, but I figured it out myself. A little worried if it will support the weight over time, but it's a cheap build so I don't care.

Wow this thing is COOOOOL!
Comment:
I've pushed my CPU to the max and the highest temp I can get out of this is about 45C. I enabled the q-fan controller in my bios and the fan NEVER has to kick on. The heatsink and chassis fans alone keep it cool. When I have the cpu fan on it stays around 25C. Best 20 bucks I ever spent on my computer.
